My husband and I contacted Rannebarger Home Maintenance for an estimate for pressure washing our house that was very dirty. They quickly sent us an estimate for soft washing the siding and they had us scheduled the next day. The siding and windows look brand new! While they were out, we asked about a repair for some downspouts, and they talked us through multiple options and based on the age and condition, we are going to have Rannebarger home maintenance replace the gutters downspouts and install gutter guards. They are affordable, easy to schedule and work with. Would 100% recommend.

Rannebarger did an excellent job with power washing and soft washing our home exterior, porch, brick patio, and walkways. They actually responded to the online quote request I submitted unlike several other companies Ive reached out to over the last year or so, AND they responded quickly. Coordinating over text was easy. They came out to make an estimate almost immediately and we were scheduled for the next day. Who knew our sidewalk was this color? We will definitely hire them again.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. We had siding come off our house and break after a storm. Ranneberger came out the same day and was able to go find siding to match our house. The techs were very friendly and outgoing. We had a sink to install but the hardware and instructions in the box were not for the sink in the box. Dan and his team were very understanding and empathic. When some companies might reschedule once you get the right items for the job, especially on a Friday afternoon, Dan went above and beyond to get us a sink and garbage disposal that would work and installed them that same day. I highly recommend Dan and his techs.

Dan was able to blast out a serious root problem - anyone else surprised to see a ~10 foot root come out of a drain pipe?!?! We are very happy to be able to resolve this issue with the hydro jetting and avoid a much larger problem of removing landscaping and moving the drain line. We are happy customers and will continue to use Dan and his team for more regular maintenance of our downspout drains going forward.

I called Rannebarger Home Maintenance and they were very quick to respond. They had the clogged fixed within a few hours of calling them. This company is wonderful! Everyone is so helpful and takes the time to explain what the issue is and what needs to be done. I had my home, sidewalk, driveway, walkway, and porch soft washed. Everything looks amazing! They were very careful not to get close to an area of my driveway that was starting to crumble in order to avoid causing more damage and even took the time to explain this to me. They are very conscientious and professional. I also had an external faucet replaced that had frozen and cracked over the winter. Did a great job with that too! Rannebarger is a reputable trustworthy company. It is my go to company for my home maintenance needs.

Finished product was great. Your employees worked hard to clean deck and it showed. Scheduling deck wash was a different story. Requested power wash online and with 2 phone calls. There is so much to say, I could write a short story. I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel Dan and his company need to be recognized for their persistence, hard work and skills. Dan not only worked night and day(multiple days) troubleshooting our mystery of a clog, he stayed professional and focused throughout the stress. We had a great experience with Dan and his team. We had a gutter drain line that also was our sump pump discharge that was not draining properly, backing up and dumping water back on our foundation. We had a different company tell us that we had roots in the pipe and that the whole thing to the curb would need replaced. We had Rannebarger come out and put a temporary diverter on the sump pump while we waited to get on the schedule (they squeezed us in the same day we called them and in the middle of intense storms).Dan the owner was back out just a few days later and scoped our line only to find...no roots and instead just a split in the pipe. He recommended we just replace the one part of the pipe instead of replacing the whole thing (like the other guys recommended). Just a day later and Dan was out again with a crew and they fixed our drain pipe and did a soft wash of our house and roof, all for a fair price. We are quite happy with the results and the service.We will definitely be using Rannebarger in the future for our home needs!

Five Stars, really!!!! No exaggeration. Dan and his crew completed a list of annoying home maintenance items for my 87-year-old mother--she was thrilled. Scope of the work included: fall gutter cleaning; low-pressure whole house wash; vinyl siding repair; pressure washing driveway and sidewalks; and re-plumbing outdoor hose bib to bypass water softener. The entire team was polite, efficient, competent, and showed up on time and finished in one day--all at a reasonable price! FIVE STARS. Oh, and Dan was great with mom.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!Previous review : This review is WAY overdue. The men (Dan and his crew) who came and fixed our drain in July were amazing. We have had our sewer back-up before, but the company w used previously scared us into believing it could cost us upwards of $20K to fix.Dan discussed with us what he believed the issue was, that its common, but we will ned preventative maintenance every 6 months. The poor guys had to clean up in the pouring rain as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am a Facilites Manager responsible for over 106,000 SF of buildings and 22 acres of property. January’23 we had a sewage lift station system fail. Dan and his crew were on the job site within a couple hours dismantling the system. Same day they found a sewage pump and control system, installed it with new piping and had us operational with the area cleaned up. Dan was knowledgeable, conscientious, dependable, and very responsive to our needs. That was the first of over a dozen major and minor projects we have trusted Dan with over the last 18 months.Larger projects included installation of a playground from excavation, drainage, equipment and surface. Soccer field was leveled, graded and seeded for improved drainage. Over 400’ of building foundation was excavated, sealed, French drains installed, finish graded and seeded. Fifteen feet of retaining wall was built to eliminate a steep slope. Seven toilets in one of our restrooms had seals failing and shutoffs not working - all fixtures removed, collars and seals replaced and shutoffs repaired in a single afternoon.This summer we have plans to utilize Dan to remove overgrown landscaping, improve drainage and seed several more areas. The downspout to drain water from the gutters to the curb turned out to have some blockage in it.The men used a camera to examine the internal state of the downspout and found a significant of leaves that mostly blocked rain water from reaching the curb. After removal of the leaves, water from the gutter flows to the curb unimpeded.

Rannebarger Home Maintenance was amazing. They were prompt, on-time and reasonably priced. I contacted them on a weekday evening, and Daniel was at the home the next morning at 8:30 AM. We had a clogged downspout that was the result of a tree root growing into the line that drained out to the street. They were able to quickly detect the problem using a camera and pinpoint the exact issue. Using a high-power jetter, they cleaned the line and broke up tree roots that were blocking the drain. Daniel showed me where the issue was on the camera and talked me through future maintenance and possible long-term fixes if needed. I know they do more than just gutter and drainage, but would highly recommend them to anyone with a gutter issue.

I hired Rannebarger to build and install a very large swingset for my son. It was very complex and the instructions were not great. Dan, Alex and Heath did a phenomenal job with placing it where I wanted, making sure it was level and secured, and making sure it was as safe as possible. They stayed way later than they expected to make sure the job was complete and I was satisfied. They finished at 9pm. They took time away from their families and personal lives to ensure that the job was done. Polite, professional and courteous. I sent an email stating I was interested in power washing my house which had algae on one side and my patio stones. I got a call back within an hour and was on the schedule the next day! I had a soft wash done on the siding and it now looks like new. The patio also looks great. Dan was very professional and took care to protect both my garden plants and the interior of my house. During the walk around before he started I happened to mention my one outside faucet didn’t work when discussing water access. After looking at it he offered to replace the faucet which I accepted. As the faucet wasn’t initially part of the plan he left after the power washing to do his other scheduled jobs and returned later the same day to complete that.I chose this company over others based on the positive reviews I read. Dan was able to help us out at a moments notice. We started with hydro cleaning and exploring clogged drain tile that had never been touched in 40 years. We have had them clean our gutters several times, power wash the house, clear the water line from the house to the curb and we had a stump ground out. We were still having issues with the vent after they cleaned it out, so they came back out to make sure it wasnt the vent causing the issue. There was nothing to see on camera but they persisted and pulled another clump of lint out. THANK YOU for AMAZING customer service and quick resolution every single time. We noticed a huge erosion problem at one of our downspouts, so I dug the area up to see if I could run new a drain line myself. I removed a 3 foot section and when I tried to inspect the rest of the line, I noticed it looked as though it was collapsed. We called Dan, and he came out and ran a camera; it was as bad as I suspected. Dan and his team came out two days later and replaced all of the damaged drain lines and re-engineered my sump pumps output to a configuration that makes much more sense in relation to fluid dynamics. They removed a tree, and a stump that were contributors to the problem and filled everything in, even the hole I dug. Dan gave us recommendations on how to bring the lawn back, and cleaned up in a tidy fashion. Great work all around!
