Brandon at Plumbing Solutions was great. We had contacted him in the past regarding both of our bathtubs being clogged. He was able to get one fixed quickly and the other needed more extensive work. We just recently called him to schedule time to get the other bathtub fixed and he scheduled time with us quickly to re-evaluate and confirm the work needed and the cost hadn’t changed. He got here around 8:45am and was done redoing all of our bathtub/sink plumbing by noon. He also noticed a leak in our toilet (when under the crawl space fixing the bathtub/sink plumbing) and came back after his lunch to fix that for us. He didn’t have that scheduled into his day but came back to fix it anyway. He also took a quick look at another issue we were worried about and gave some tips on what to look for to help us figure out what might be going on. We have a dog who tends to be nosy and he was kind and friendly to her as well and ensuring he was careful with shutting doors etc so she couldn’t sneak out. He also cleaned up after the work was done, which isn’t always the case with some companies.Plumbing Solutions is honest, efficient, knowledgeable, has great customer service and is priced appropriately. We would recommend Plumbing Solutions to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumbing service.Thanks again for all your hard work and time taking care of our old pipes and getting both of our bathrooms back in working order! This is my second review and recommendation for Plumbing Solutions. I called Brandon again because he was prompt, friendly and extremely helpful the first time. He responded the same way again. I had several small projects that needed completing: installing a utility sink and water softener, hooking up my ice maker, moving my shut off valve from the crawlspace and re-plumbing under my kitchen sink. He did it all in a few hours on the same day and his cost was reasonable. I would 100% recommend his work.

After I explained the problems I was having he spent time explaining what some of the issues could be and covered the different options to resolve them and what is usually the cause of these kinds of issues. I believe he honestly shared how he would proceed if it was his own home. I felt very comfortable with the information he provided and he quickly went to work and resolved all the issues and at a fair price. Not only did he get that installed but also took the time to replace some older piping and a new shut off valve which needed done but I had not noticed up to that point. Brandon is observant of details in his work that make the difference. Hes also just a great guy who took time to talk through options we were considering. In our 1940s era house he has installed kitchen faucet, drain line, refrigerator H2O line, installed gas line and gas range, and installed water softener. Seven months out, everything is working great!
