    David was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, thorough, respectful and informative. He checked where the main issue would be coming from instead of just doing what he was sent to do. He enlightened me on why the same issue arises, and told me what needs to be done to prevent it from happening again. Now hopefully my rental company will listen to what he has to say about it and do their part.

    The Plumbing and Drain Professionals came to my home as part of a flooring project. Brad was right on time, friendly and ensured everything was done perfectly. There was a mix-up about the floor timing and the office staff helped juggling the schedule, then re-re-arranged when it changed again. Their flexibility saved me, as I am a single Mom with two kids and working two jobs. David came back to the house to put everything back together and was so friendly and kind, did a fantastic job too. I just cant rate them highly enough for all they did today for the physical and emotional labor of supporting an anxious customer. Thank you so much!

    Very great service. I got a quote from Apex for over $6,000.. these guys came in and diagnosed/solved the issue less than 1/10th of that and solved it same day. Very reasonable people that actually care about helping you. Don’t call the big box companies.

    Brad and company with Plumbing and Drain Pros are awesome! I received a a referral to these guys from another Plumbing Co. I called and within 10 minutes received a call back and was able to schedule an Appt. The same day! Guys narrowed down my issue and got it fixed! I called several other Companies with NO call back.... if you need plumbing services, call Plumbing and Drain Pros! Period!

    Plumbing and Drain Pros is the way to go hands down. Tim and his crew came out to fix a broken sewer line in my foundation. They were on time and communicated/educated me on every step of the process.     Zachary arrived and was professional. However he stated he had to investigate but never brought any tools to figure out why the sump pump was backing up. He after us asking him to did clean up the 1 to 2 inch sewage in the basement. When he came back up he stated that he needed an camera technician to come and view to see why. However he never came back nor gave us an update. We are without a fully functional toilet or a fully working sump pump. Will update once this is rectified. Update: Chris and his crew were professional at handling the situation. They fixed the problem as soon as they stepped on site. I am glad they explained what happened more in depth and explained the next steps needed and what was needed of us.

    Chris and Davide were fantastic. I got new floors from rite rug and plumbing and drain professionals were contracted to disconnect my toilet. My toilet was old and had some issues. Christ walked me through my options and I ultimately decided to get a new toilet instead of replacings parts on the old one. Based off the information and advise Chris provided; picking out a new toilet at Lowes was easy. Once my floors were installed David installed the new toilet. He was friendly and got the job done quickly and to satisfaction. Thanks guys!

    Clayton with Plumbing and Drain Professionals, was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He replaced 2 toilets and installed a vanity for us. After completing the work, he explained the charges, the warranty on the work done and made sure that he answered any questions that I had. Excellent work at a fair price. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!

    Ive had home inspections in the past and theyre always short simple and they never find anything wrong. At least this home inspection. The gentleman talk to me and made me feel at ease with my Also confirmation of some issues in Appliances HVAC, etc.. I really appreciate what he did and this would probably be the company I would use in the future.     I had an excellent experience with Plumbing and Drain Professionals. From scheduling my appointment with Elijah to the technician Buzz fixing my sink, the process was smooth and quick. Both Elijah and Buzz where knowledgeable and professional and made me feel confident in scheduling with this company. I called a few other companies for quotes but my gut told me to choose this company and Im happy I did. This was my first time using this company but if I ever have any more plumbing issues, I will definitely call them 1st!

The next day Dan Caron came to analyze my plumbing problem. He is a very personal friendly guy and a good listener. He worked quicky but with steady ease. He had us all fixed in no time.     Clayton arrived as scheduled. He was professional and personable. My slow shower drain has been a problem for a while. Once Clayton pulled the drain cover, he discovered that the plumbers who installed the drain when the house was built neglected to knock the end cap off completely. There was a drain backup, but it was primarily due to the cap causing a narrow opening. Thanks to Clayton for being an excellent plumber. He knew what he was looking at and fixed the problem. I appreciate the service and would recommend Plumbing & Drain Professionals.

The individual that completed the work patiently listened as we explained the issues, assessed the work that needed done, and clearly communicated it to us. After the work was completed they walked us through what they had done and verified the original issues were all resolved.     Called on Wednesday morning with a hot water heater that wouldn’t heat water for more than 10 minutes at a time. They had someone out by Friday morning to inspect it. Long story short, I needed a replacement. They came out today and replaced my hot water heater. They even called me and said they found a 50 gallon tank for the same price as the 40 gallon tank. So I got a bigger tank at no additional cost!If you are looking for a great company you can trust. I can’t recommend them enough. They even came out to diagnose my original issue at no cost! 5 stars all around!

    We had just hauled in dirt and sown new grass seed in our back yard. When I went to water it, the pipe going to the outside spigot burst. Dustin was here within an hour of the phone call and had everything repaired and ready to go in less than 2 hrs. New seed saved!! Highly recommend

Called on a Saturday late in the day, Megan picked up right away, knew what a shark bite 90 was, I asked if the same plumber could come out that I had come out in August because he was great..sure enough Brandon H came within an hour.     Had a leak in my washer valve and needed it replaced. The technician came out and fixed it same day. Price was good. Unfortunately he accidentally punched through and through drywall in my laundry room and into the adjacent bathroom while fixing. This occurred over two weeks ago and the supervisor still has not even called to acknowledge the damage or arrange repairs. When I initially called to discuss the damage, I was told the supervisor would call me and I should expect a call the next day. I didn’t hear anything so I called back. This has been a recurring issue. I have called five times over the last two weeks, having been assured twice that I will receive a call back the same day to rectify the situation and still nothing. UPDATE: owner personally called me and arranged to have drywall patched and painted and reimbursed me for cost of original service. Not sure what happened with calling in and getting the run around about the repairs but I was very grateful to finally speak to someone and get it resolved. Bathroom looks great

    I called yesterday for a slow tub drain issue. I had been at work at Life Time Fitness and they used Plumbing and Drain Professionals. So I thought I would try it for our home. Gary was great. He explained everything in detail. He was able to assess the drainage issue and clear it up by snaking it. He cleaned up and was on his way in an hour tops. The price is very reasonable in my opinion. I will call them again and share my experience with our neighbors!

    This is a wonderful company. They have come out three different times for multiple different issues (icemaker line leaking, pressure tank leaking, upstairs water leak, install new water heater) and have done a great job each time. They were able to come out very quickly compared to other companies and their prices were more than fair. The plumber, Chad, was wonderful too. He was the best representative for the company that he could have been. I have had no issues with anything that they touched. I would recommend them a hundred times over to anyone.

    Yesterday, my cleaning ladies accidentally lodged the head of a toilet brush into my toilet.I called in and was able to get on the schedule right away. Plumber Chad Flack gave me a call this morning about 30 minutes before he arrived. He told me exactly when he would arrive, he showed up 4 minutes ahead of what he advised! Super awesome!     I had a tub that was not draining. I was having a tough day because my refrigerator went out too. The staff on the phone at Plumbing and Drains Professionals were so calm and professional on the phone. They were able to get me in the next day. The technician was very professional.     Update:I originally rated them 2 stars due to poor management, but the owner stepped in to fix a difference in quote over phone and quote from plumber. Owner was in the hospital, hence he could not return my call... but the manager ignored my calls. Im changing my review to 5 stars because of the professionalism from the owner, Mr. Mathews. Still 2 stars to the manager.Original review:Beware ... I cannot recommend them and I want to share my experience with them so it may benefit someone.Good plumber, but bad management.1) I called them for kitchen sink blockage2) I got a quote for $X first hour and go from there.3) Plumber came and gave me quote for $X + $200, and said the manager told him to give that estimate. A difference of $200 in quote and what I was charged.4) Manager was not available (went home), so I let them fix the problem. It took less than 1 hour5) I called the manager next day to get some of the money back (meet somewhere in the middle for the $200 difference), and he admitted he is new to job and made mistake in giving quote over phone.He offered to give me back $25 trip fee.6) I requested to talk to the owner, but he never returned my call. I called the manager several times for two days, and nobody returned my calls.7) I never received any receipt or invoice, showing any kind of guarantees on their work.My last resort is to leave a bad review so it may benefit someone.2 Stars overall because plumber did his job. I would give 1 star for bad management.

Two crew members came by our home to check out the issue that very night. They gave us a quote and scheduled an emergency start for that following Monday, right after the holidays.     I had a drain in my basement that was backing up every time I ran my washing machine or flushed the toilet. It was absolutely disgusting! I called on a Sunday around 3pm and they were out within 1 hour. The gentleman who arrived was very knowledgeable and assessed the situation and gave me options. About an hour and a half later everything was fixed, he even hosed down the floor where all the sewer drainage was in the basement to make it easier to clean. I was recommended this company and I will 100% use them again in the future if any issues arise. Thank you soooo much for being available and resolving my issue!

    Called them this morning to ask if I could get a new bathroom faucet and shut-off valve installed sometime today. They indicated no problem and promised a service man would arrive between 12-3. At noon I received a call from Moose to indicate he was on his way. He arrived in 15 minutes and completed the job within an hour. Moose was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant.     If you are like me you are probably searching the review section of the comments before you choose who you will call. I promise you won’t regret calling plumbing & drain professionals. I had an issue with water damage and I needed to find the source and have the floors repaired.. Dan came out and replaced the flanges and installed new toilets. He also helped to educate me with what was going on. Then I got my floors replaced and he came back out and reset my toilets and make sure they were bolted down. Very professional and friendly!

    Two technicians arrived and had shoe covers already over work shoes. Lead technician evaluated our two plumbing needs and gave my husband a choice of supplying the plumbing parts or we could pick up.Husband got half of the plumbing parts needs. They did such a wonderful job and were so accommodating that I felt compelled to contact you to tell you. Dan and Mike were incredibly professional and efficient in their troubleshooting of a very serious gas line problem. They were also pleasant company and kept the noise down to a dull roar. And not only did Dan and Mike perform miracles in this old house, but they were also willing and able to explain everything they were doing to a lay person and clean their work areas!     I would like to take the time and say a big THANK YOU to John Mathews. My grandmother had just passed away and we were planning on having 50 people over after the funeral and of course our toilet stopped working. We were so appreciative of his kindness and willingness to help a family he did not even know during a tough time.     Found out my hot water tank was leaking from the rim. It is in the basement so by the time we realized this, there is an inch of water and our laundry room and bathroom are flooded. I called and John instructed me on shutting of the water to the tank and draining it to stop the leak. They had a crew out first thing in the morning with a tank and new plumbing.     I was happy with the results. Our tub was clogged up and I had no idea what to do. Pulled these guys up in google and saw the good reviews so I gave them a call. It was after hours but they have emergency 24 hour plumbing services so there was someine here in less than a hour. The plumber that showed up was named John. He knew his stuff and was in and out after he unclogged our drain. I think he could have been quicker but maybe I am just picky.

    These were my go-to plumbers until I had a basement clog in a drain. I was told the work was warranteed for 30 days. It reclogged 3 weeks later but I was told that the warranty would not cover it because it had to have been caused by stuff going down the drain. Isnt that what a drain is for?? They said this without even examining the drain to see what caused the problem! And I had never had problems with this drain before. Beware, this company will use loopholes to avoid honoring their warranties!Follow-up: the owner contacted me immediately, honored the warranty and his staff did a fabulous job of repairing the drain clog! Thank you!
