I was able to quickly schedule an appointment to get an estimate for the furnace replacement in my home just before the winter holidays. Alana wad able to give me an estimated time of arrival, and was there within the time frame that she said she would arrive. (Which was awesome not having a three hour window of time in which someone may show). She spoke with me frankly about the furnace ans what would be best foe my home and budget. I have never gone through this process before and she was patient and understanding that I wanted to get a few more bids in for the work, along with giving me time to do my research on the systems that would fit my needs. She stayed in contact with me, while going through the decision making.The technician showed up in the time frame that I was given. Replaced the system and made sure all was working well before leaving.If you feel a little overwhelmed when it comes to furnace replacements...give them a call.

DJ was awesome at helping with our issues (combination of water softener, pressure tank, and hot water heater breakdown). He helped us understand a system that is completely new to us and answered all of our (many!) questions. He provided multiple quotes to help us decide how to remedy our issues. As a woman home alone with kids at the time, I didnt feel taken advantage of at all, or like he was trying to upsell us things we didnt need. I felt complete honesty and genuineness from him. We did purchase the service membership, because it fits our needs right now, moving into a new house that we dont know much about, but mostly because we can request a specific technician, which will definitely be DJ for our plumbing needs. 5 stars!

DJ let me know that the wrong height water heater was installed so I was able to reach out to the other company and have them fix the wrong heater issue. Then DJ from Peterman Brothers fixed and replaced the broken return piping issues. He did a great job. Would highly recommend Peterman Brothers.

We came home yesterday to a blank-screened smart thermostat and no heat. Our is an 8 year-old geothermal system. I called the company that installed it and services it and I was told that they have one geothermal technician and he was gone for a week. I asked for suggestions, they had none. I asked for a solution. They had none. I asked who their main competitor was. They didn’t know. When we checked out your site, we saw it was veteran owned and we liked that so we gave you a call. The woman on the phone was personable, knowledgeable and scheduled a service call for this afternoon. Ross texted en route as promised. He and his helper were fantastic! They diagnosed and fixed the problem. They explained it to me in a way I almost understood. They were professional, personable, polite and thorough. We’re absolutely delighted with the quality of the entire operation. Highest recommendation.

Will did a wonderful job on the annual A/C check up. I am disappointed that Peterman Brothers do not include filter replacement (as Fairfield H& C did) in the check up. I do not mind paying for the filter but do not want to physically replace those on my basement and attic units. As it was we had to scramble to go out and find and buy the proper filters and Will was kind enough to do it for us. Fairfield Heating came with filters already in their trucks and this was part of the service (charging for the filter, of course)..

Placed a call on a Saturday afternoon for a furnace that had gone out in one of our rental properties. I left a message with their after hours service and received a call back in about 30 minutes from a technician named Isaiah who told me he was on his way. I was not on site but he was able to diagnose the problem and had the parts on the truck to fix it. I’ll use them again if and when I have any HVAC issues.

I cant say enough nice things about them. I originally contacted to get a through-the-wall unit installed. After talking with the sales rep I quickly realized for the price I could get a much better system installed (finished attic) and ended up purchasing a ductless 2-piece system. Through the whole experience (talking with sales rep, getting the unit installed, getting a follow up visit to service my existing unit) I have been very pleased. I would give them a 10/10 for customer service, speed of service, timely responses, and overall satisfaction. For the installation I was able to get it installed within a week of contacting them. For the service I was able to schedule it the NEXT DAY. All of this in the middle of peak summer season where temps are 90+ degrees --- BRAVO!!

Contacted Fairfield H & C to perform pre-season service on my 12 yr. old gas furnace. On the day of the appointment, the technician called when he was on his way and showed up shortly. He was courteous and efficient and performed a thorough inspection of my furnace. He found a minor issue and replaced the part while he was there and pointed out another issue that may need attention in the future. Overall, I was very satisfied with Fairfield Heating and Cooling and would use them in the future.

My experience with the Peterman Brothers was good, but the only reason they came out was to fix a leak from a bad installation from Fairfield that leaked all the freon out of the system less than 7 months after install.
