Excellent service, trustworthy employees and owner, great prices without any hidden fees. The estimate they gave me was honest and in consideration of how my home would best be taken care of. I have no knowledge of plumbing whatsoever and Tyler and Dustin explained in detail what was going on with my new home and how to best remedy it. To top it off, I hadnt realized where all these foul smells were coming from in the home until Tyler fixed the pipes in the basement - next day, gone! Recommend to anyone in Columbus area.

I cant say enough great things about Parson Plumbing! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding.I rounded up a few plumbing issues including three knob to combination shower knob, a main shutoff replacement, and a hose bib reroute. The team responded quickly and professionally. Kyle arrived right on time (called ahead!), was incredibly friendly, and explained the plan of work. All the projects were resolved efficiently, but Kyle also took the time to check for any other potential problems when we found a shower drain needing replacement.Their pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden costs. Excellent experience with Parson! I called in to describe our issue, and Steven was able to diagnose the most likely cause over the phone. Tyler came out a few days later and was friendly and efficient, and confirmed that the issue was exactly what Steven had described. He fixed our leak in less than an hour, so he used the extra time to shore up a few other minor unrelated concerns we were having. Highly recommend!

I have home warranty with HSP of Ohio. I called them for water heater issue, and they send my order to Parson Plumbing and Drains. Tyler from Parson came and looked at the water heaters and explained to me the issue and called HSP of Ohio to get the approval for fixes. He came back with the parts and completed the job. Tyler is friendly, polite and professional. He cares about your home and takes care of it like his own home. I would highly recommend Parson Plumbing and Drains, especially Tyler to help take care of the issue.

I really appreciated the responsiveness and communication from Parsons Plumbing. Ive contacted other plumbing companies and several did not respond or were not available for almost a week. Parsons gave me a call soon after I filled out their online form and made an appt the next day! I had a backed up kitchen sink which I tried to clear out with a snake, baking soda & vinegar, plunger, etc. but nothing worked. Nate, the plumbing technician, did a great job. He located the issue which was in the basement and snaked out some roots/blowed out junk that was clogging up the drain. He explained what could have caused it and how he cleared it out. The sink is now draining nicely! Thank you Nate and Parsons Plumbing team!

Just had Parson Plumbing out to my house to install a tankless water heater when my old water heater started leaking. Dustin and his colleague did an amazing job. They were prompt, polite, the install looks and works great, they left my house spotless, and everything (including the price) was exactly what they promised and quoted me. I could not have asked for more. Best of all, Parson did the job for literally thousands less than the quote I got from Apex plumbing for the exact same tankless system. Parson Plumbing will be my first call from now on.

They were kind, considerate of our animals and children, and wore shoe covers on our new floors. They’ve worked on our other property too. Got us scheduled quickly and completed all that work in one day! Also, super affordable given all the equipment and labor needed for the job. Highly recommend and will only use them for all our plumbing needs!

I cant recommend Parson Plumbing enough! I called their emergency service line at 9 pm on a Sunday night because my basement floor drains were spewing sewage. They were at my house in half an hour and had the problem solved by 10 pm. The service was professional and friendly, and considering what a disaster the mess appeared to be, Parson made it a tolerable experience. Ive had much more negative experiences working with other companies in the past and wish I had discovered Parson Plumbing sooner!

We had a backed up kitchen sink that upon inspection was caused by a ton of black sludge. A pipe in the basement needed to be cut and repaired to get the drain properly functioning again. Nate and Kyle were extremely helpful and were able to fix the drain and the pipe and did a wonderful job cleaning up the mess caused by the waste water. After being here for three and a half hours, I was nervous about how much it would cost, but was pleasantly surprised by the bill. It was quite reasonable. I will definitely be using Parson Plumbing and Drains for any future plumbing needs.

Going forward, Parson Plumbing is the only plumber I will use. Dustin was responsive and kept at it until he could get my water heater fixed. Other plumbers only wanted to replace my water heater for thousands of dollars. Dustin was able to fix it for much cheaper. Great company to work with.UPDATE: Had another great experience with Parson Plumbing at our new house. Kyle & Nate installed a few new toilets and did some repairs. They were good to work with checking their work several times to ensure everything was working as it should.

Had a leak in my hot water pipe, inside the cinder block of my basement going to under the slab portion (tri-level house). Did review checks and had Dustin come out for an estimate. Work was done quickly, and the technician (Kyle? I am almost embarrassed to admit after all the chatting we did I never did remember his name!) was friendly, and highly professional. Cannot recommend Parsons enough. Definitely will be my go to for all my plumbing needs in the future. Sorry guys, I hope to never have to see you again though ;)

My spigot was leaking which caused me to turn the main water off to the whole house. Our water pipe going to the spigot was behind drywall. Dustin discussed pricing and detail with me over the phone and came the same day! He cut a small spot of the drywall to access the pip and put a new (and better!) spigot on the front of the house. So very thankful for his timeliness and the best price I found between a few other companies to make it even better. Definitely recommend this company.

Unable to clear the clog in our old galvanized pipes we were made a priority on the next day schedule. Dustin and Nate came back on Tuesday morning replacing the galvinized pipes with PVC which was an all day job. Again Dustin and Nate were professional and courteous. We had a frustratingly stuck hose on an outside faucet. Nate came and got it disconnected and provided tips for preventing it from happening again. Responsive, fair, and polite. I would use Parsons again.

The night before Thanksgiving we had a back up in our basement. I called Dustin and while he wasnt able to make it that night, he was able to share some insights into how we were still able to host Thanksgiving without making the issue worse. He was able to make it out on Friday, explaining and resolving the issue; at a reasonable cost. He and Kyle were incredibly helpful and friendly. Parsons Plumbing will be our family plumber moving forward.
