We had a well issue. A pipe had become disconnected due to the wrong type of fitting installed in the past. We called 4 different well drillers/repair people. They either did not want to do the job, refused to schedule a time (even 2 weeks out) or never returned our call. We called 3 different plumbers who did not work on wells or did not return our call. We called Matlock Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised. Not only were they willing to come out and check out the problem, they scheduled a time a few short days later. Bailey showed up on time and evaluated the problem. He was experienced with the type of well and diagnosed the issue in minutes. He was able to come up with a solution in about half an hour and single handedly fixed our problem. We could not be happier with the outcome, cost and experience. Cant praise them enough!I called with an issue with my hot water heater and Jennifer was extremely helpful. She had Blaine out within the hour to fix it.Amazing service and hopefully wont need them again but would have no hesitation in using them, or recommending Matloc Plumbing to my friends.

Fantastic experience. Scheduled a spigot replacement and they replaced it perfectly, no more leaks! They also beat the bigger companies quote by over 75%. Let me say that again, a whopping 75%!!! I feel bad for everyone getting ripped off by these bigger companies. Make sure to get multiple quotes.

I have used them three times in the last 1.5 months (when it rains it pours) and they have impressed me every time. They show up on time, are very professional and will take their time to make sure they troubleshoot to actually fix the problem. They have offered advice on other issues and taken it upon themselves to fix some issues without me asking them to.They never pressure you to buy or do anything and they take the time to explain and answer any questions while giving unbiased advice.Highly recommended!

I recently hired Phillip Matlock to install a tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He Gave good advice. He Was prompt and professional. He had a good crew. He did a great job for a fair price. I was very satisfied with the results. I love my new tankless heater. I would gladly use him again.
