We recently had a leak in our downstairs bathroom coming through the ceiling from our bathroom upstairs. Our Lohmeyer guy found the problem in a matter of minutes and had it fixed in a few minutes more. They give excellent service and its a pleasure to do business with them, and one of the good things about it, theyre just down the road! Next time you have a plumbing problem give them a call. I called Lohmeyer after hours on a Friday after coming home to find that my well pump had stopped working. Their office was closed, but I was able to leave a message online to report my issue and I got a prompt text reply the next morning as soon as they opened at 7:30am. They were clear in their communications that they would not be able to get someone out to my house until sometime Monday afternoon. They arrived mid-day Monday and identified the problem in a matter of seconds. Lohmeyer fixed my pump with a part replacement that was 1/10 of what I was expecting to pay out for a whole new pump setup. I was extremely pleased with their service and will be using them again in the future!

The guys came out to do some plumbing and install a new dishwasher. They did a fantastic job. The work was super and they installed a new line and shut off valve to the dishwasher, that was very much needed. They replaced the stuck shut off valves behind the wash machine and put on new hoses. They did very great work. They even swept the floor to get rid of a mess. They even disposed of the old dishwasher and the big box the new one came in. The guys were very nice and explained things and answered questions. I did this for my daughter for Christmas and birthday. She will definitely use them for her plumbing needs again. I recommend them.

How so many others fell to the wayside because of the Saturday morning call and their lack of customer service; voicemails were left and no response by carrier pigeon or flags or crier on that Tuesday or even Wednesday or at all!None…none but not our troop of heroes. No, dear reader, our heroes were involved from the first day, riding upon a motorized red horse of rescue to evaluate the situation, to bring calm to the Lord** and Lady** of the castle, and to relate that there was, indeed, rescue coming. And when that rescue came, it did not require the emptying of the lands treasuries , but came at a reasonable cost. We are so impressed with this company! Right from the beginning, the person answering the phone was very professional and pleasant. They set up an appointment very promptly, and to our surprise they were able to order and install our new water heater just a couple of days later - on the day before Thanksgiving! It turned out, through no fault of their own, that the new heater itself had a faulty part. Lohmeyer not only repaired it immediately, but reduced our bill to make up for it. Excellent service from Betsy & Mandy in the office to the plumbers, Mitch & Darek. They upgraded old plumbing, fixed previous incorrect repair issues, moved an outdoor water spigot, upgraded kitchen and bathroom fixtures, installed a refrigerator waterline, new cut-off valves, and a new water softener, and found and repaired a gas leak that no one else had been able to find. They are prompt, thorough, professional, courteous, kind, trust-worthy, and well worth the money. They take their time and do the job right. Mitch spent a good deal of time explaining the services needed, giving recommendations, and finding other issues that needed to be resolved. I will call them again in the future and highly recommend.

First used Lohmeyer Plumbing about four years ago. We just bought a new home and it had an irrigation system. We started calling around to find a maintenance provider for the system. Loymeyer had immediate availability to open the system for the Spring. Little did we know, they had been maintaining the system, and tackling all plumbing needs of the home, for the previous homeowner for years. That was a huge plus for us.From our very first service call, the staff at Lohmeyer have been true pros. Prompt, courteous, respectful of the home, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. 100% peace-of-mind with any work they do. They are our plumbers. We have zero reasons to look elsewhere.Work they have performed for us: Irrigation system maintenance and repair, shower water valve replacement, whole-home water filter installation, and exterior water valve replacement. Just last night we discovered a pinhole leak in the main waterline right after it enters the house. I called Lohmeyer this morning at 7:36. Promptly at 8:30 one of their red fleet trucks backed into our driveway. They offered to be there sooner, but I wasnt available until after 8:00. THANKS GUYS!

My tub was clogged, the stopper wouldnt stay up to let the water out even slowly and it was a holiday weekend approaching. I was scheduled for a Saturday without having to ask for it which was awesome. The guys arrived on time ready for work. They were very professional and friendly. Before we started using Lohmeyer for our households plumbing, it had never occurred to me that I could be excited about a plumbing service. Weve used them exclusively over the past decade and been so happy with both the quality of their work and their friendly and professional service. We use them for day-to-day repairs and service, but also had them completely remodel one of our bathrooms and were delighted with the results.When needed, Lohmeyer will go above and beyond. As an example, we have an outside pipe for our garden that needs to be turned off during winter and on again in spring. The problem here is that the taps for this pipe are at the bottom of a deep hole next to our shed. To help make this easier for us, one of their plumbers custom-designed a sturdy tool for us to turn the taps without having to lie on the grass to reach it, and we still use it to this day. That really impressed us and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have had a very good experience with them and have used them at least two to three times since I found out about them and I wont use anyone else, I was very comfortable leaving them in my home while I had to go do other things that I had appointments for and they did a wonderful job at the end cleaning up everything that needed to be cleaned up before they would leave, also when they would tell you a certain time that they would be at your home they were definitely there when you needed them, I mean I called and said hey you know I need this done, can someone be here and it was either the same day or firstthing the next day that they were in my home checking things out to see what I needed to have done I was extremely impressed on the work they had done and if there was any problems they would let me know right away and they wouldnt just cover it up and move on they make sure that your home is done correct and right with everything that they do

False information on my invoice. I have a home warranty and they refused to talk to them before the repair so its invalid for that repair. I was going to let it go but they made it a point to state that the home warranty wasnt mentioned until after the repair was complete. therefore i have to pay the full bill, no help from the home warranty. Honesty Is essential, they didnt use it.9/15/17They have made an attempt to correct the issue. So financially, its ok. I personally am still bothered by the misleading invoice write up.

We are thrilled with the work provided by the team at Lohmeyer! Frozen pipes escalated to a complete gut of our kitchen and that gut revealed some bigger non-related to the freeze issues. Dusty worked a solid 2-3 days at our house rerouting, reworking, and replacing old copper pipes and drains. I wish I had before and after photos- the effort and skill it took to get everything where it needed to be was amazing. He was also great at explaining the issues- showing us the deterioration of the copper etc.Obviously the water to the whole house had to be shut off at times- Dusty always communicated when that would be and made every effort get the water back on as soon as he could.On top of superior workmanship- Dusty was also on time every time, friendly, and easy to work with. We feel confident with the service he provided.Our general contractor subcontracted Lohmeyer- so we did not choose them ourselves. However, as everyone weve dealt with at Lohmeyer has been amazing- we will choose them in the future!Thank you so much!Mark and Amy Stewart

(Full disclosure: Clay is my son, but Im genuinely satisfied with the service provided. It would make for a very awkward Thanksgiving if I wasnt!)

5.11.23: Sewage drain male adapter was cracked. Replaced adapter and stopped the leak. Sewage pit was an old double cast iron lid. Removed lid and inspected pump. Resealed lid. I give Lohmeyer a 5 out of 5 excellent rating on fixing problem, service technicians presentable, service technicians on time, and the explanation on the work performed. I was present as the work was done. This was hard work that required strength. I had used Lohmeyer before and has been happy with their work. Tom
