Today we used Jackson services for our air conditioner. They were fantastic! The office was well organized in regards to assisting to get someone out immediately. Seth was our service man. He was professional and polite. He explained everything in detail and gave us options to consider. The cost was very fair! Our unit was from 1994! And finally needs retired. We will be going through the process of getting that and Praise God they do offer financing. I really appreciate all they have done and feel confident the next phases will be great. Seth left us with A/C which is great. I give 5 stars for everything. I highly recommend them and will refer others to them.

Justin Reed came out to service our 3 AC units on June 12, 2024. He represented himself well and Jackson well. The level of knowledge and thoroughness was exemplary. It was his first time coming to our home and he took time to meet us and took time to get to know our home and how are systems are set up. We ended up needing to replace our upstairs unit and Justin made the call and Jason arrived in just a few minutes to help us decide on a unit and set an installation date. Justin then made sure the unit had the Freon needed to make it through till the replacement came. We are looking forward to having him service our home in the future. It is important to feel that you can trust those you have to rely on to take care of things. Justin Reed is definitely one you can trust to do a great job and respect your property.

Can’t say enough good stuff about Jackson Services. Had another company replace our leaking water heater. Reported the issue and they gave a great response to diagnose that it needed to be replace. Picked up a new heater that day then after many failed attempts to get them finally got them here, 2 days later. Went south from there. These guys aren’t focused on customer expectations nor meeting their commitments. They did some handyman work and left after I fired them. Called Jackson and spoke with Ally. Very impressed with everything to schedule. Technician, Chris Norris, called before arriving with ETA. Chris was early which for me is right on time. Very professional with providing details of problem and explaining what was needed to resolve. Completed in estimated time and his work was excellent. We are new to Jackson providing plumbing services. I provided IT services for 40+ years and these two are some of the very best I’ve seen and exceeded in meeting my expectations.

Dylan Flowers was the technician from Jackson Services who provided maintenance for my air conditioner. Dylan was very professional and did a great job of explaining the condition of my unit. He also added a backup switch and freon. I highly recommend Dylan and Jackson Services for anyone needing air conditioning or heating services.

I had Quentin out to fix leakage from my kitchen sink drain pipe. He quickly located corroded piping, was up front about the cost, and replaced the problem line with the correct PVC. He also re-plumbed inside my sink and installed the P-trap in the correct position for no extra charge. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional throughout the work, and took pains not to damage my carpet! Would certainly hire again.

We had a power surge late in the evening but called to request a technician to come the next day. As always Jackson Services came and took care of the problem. The technician Dylan Flowers investigated the problem and explained what needed to be done and was able to correct the problem that day. We have been a long time customer of Jackson Services and are very satisfied. The technicians are always very polite and attentive to our needs.

Jackson installed my system a few years ago and I thought they did a stand up job at a great price so I knew Id come back if I had any issues. After a diagnosis and a part order from my service tech he managed to get in a wreck sp they sent out a new guy and boy I am glad they did. Turns out it wasnt the part they ordered and I needed a new compressor. Seth was a Rockstar at not only getting me set straight but explaining and educating me on what was needed. He ordered the part ans knowing it was going to be a long hot weekend came back on a Saturday to keep me cool. Seth and Isaiah were Rockstar on a hot day. I so appreciate that Seth when above and beyond for me. It means more to me then they could possibly know. I will continue to use them for my HVAC needs!
