Call them at 3:30 on a Thursday afternoon. I was positive either. They wouldn’t answer or would schedule me days out. Zach called me back right away, and agreed to come out within the hour. He was on site within 45 minutes cleaned the blockage that was down the pipes, and then while he was there cleared two additional slow drains in the bathroom. He was super helpful and very nice. I would definitely use them again.

I cant recommend Hoosier Drain Cleaners enough. Unfortunately, I have had to call Zach several times over the years but I am so grateful knowing he will take care of the issue quickly and without charging ridiculous prices. Fair prices and great service.

They were plenty willing to do a Saturday appointment. The gentleman was very good at answering my questions and suggested all the ways we could take care of the problem depending on budget. He did an awesome job, was really friendly, and put up with dog and cat interruptions. All three of our dogs had no problem with him at all. Even our two that hate strangers in the house were calm around him! I definately plan on calling them again for our next plumbing issues.

Great service! Wish I knew about them sooner before I wasted time with Summers plumbing. Zach came out and got my clogged bathroom drains cleared within minutes. Definitely will be reaching out to him again if we have another issue!

I called Hoosier Drain on New Years Eve for a business drain issue in Plainfield, IN, after a competitor (ARS) came out, spent 2 hours onsite the day prior, billed $550, and did nothing.Hoosier Drain committed to fixing the significant drain problem on Monday, Jan 2nd, a day before our 85+ employees returned to work on Tuesday.In less than an hour this morning, Zach figured out the problem, accessed a drain clean-out in our office, ran a drain snake down it, and removed the clog. All for much less than ARS billed two days prior.Zach was prompt, courteous, professional, and offered to set-up our business on a quarterly maintenance plan to alleviate these problems in the future, something no other company has offered before.Hoosier Drain was one of 8 plumbers that I called on New Years Eve, and the only one to call me back (and show-up as promised).Our business would have been crippled when we opened tomorrow had it not been for the fantastic work performed by Zach/Hoosier Drain today. Thanks Zach, greatly appreciated.

Zach has always done us a great job when came out but in last few weeks cannot get anyone to respond , show up or call not sure if closed up or not ;or if just to busy not to let me know he cannot do ours at this time .
