    We called Hays plumbing when our water heater failed. They answered their phone promptly late in the afternoon and took down the info they needed and came out early the next day with a new water heater.     Ryan Hays and his team always do a great job for us! They have replaced our faucets in both bathrooms, repaired our master bath shower, installed toilets, as well as checking on anything we have had done after the service. We can always count on Ryan to help us when we call. They show up on time, and they are clean and neat! Their prices are fair and reasonable. We appreciate the quality of their work.     Had a major pipe burst under the house. Hays was very friendly and responsive. Worked around my schedule and got someone out quickly. Answered all of my questions and was friendly throughout. The technicians were very professional, friendly and amazingly capable of doing great work in the tightest of spaces. Work was done quickly with high marks on value and quality. On their way out, they happily fixed a running toilet that was not on the work order. Best plumber experience I have had. Highly recommend to anyone. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.

    Hays Plumbing replaced my old water heater (1998 model) with a brand new water heater. Two young men performed the removal and installation during a torrential storm and were very professional and courteous throughout the job.After installation, they showed me how to ignite the pilot light and how to operate the temperature settings.Post installation was awesome! They left the area neat and tidy and removed all of the old debris.I trust Hay Plumbing and will use them for our annual maintenance and any other plumbing need.

    There are those rare occasions when a business endeavor is orchestrated which includes the person(s) seeking the services, a liaison business which is providing the service, and the company which is supposed to honor the warranty conditions of a service requested in which the person(s) seeking the services have paid said company to do so.From my experience, the liaison party of the business transaction typically sides with the company providing the warranty. Not HAYS PLUMBING LLC! From the outset of the co-owner of Hays Plumbing of Cataula coming out and making the diagnosis of my plumbing problems, he stated that from his experience dealing with the warranty company in question, said company would cover the expenses required to repair plumbing problems like mine. This is in and of itself rare because most owners would not commit to making such a statement. However, the warranty company attempted to not honor the service agreement in the warranty contract. But to no avail! Because the spouse of the co-owner of Hays Plumbing got on the phone and very diligently and persistently pursued someone within the warranty company upper hierarchy until the contract agreement was honored. I mean people she stayed on the phone for a very sustained amount of time until someone from management spoke with her and the matter was resolved. I know this to be a fact because the person from management called me while she had the spouse holding on the other end. Last but certainly not least, the technicians whom Hays Plumbing sent out to do the job, although young, did a magnificent job, not to mention their professionalism and social skills were impeccable!Sincerely,Mr.Ozie Parker

    My hot water heater pilot light went out. I called Hays plumbing because they had installed the water heater(earlier last year). An appointment was made and they came right out- a part had to be ordered. The promptness, courteous service was unbelievable. I “HIGHLY “ recommend Hays plumbing for all of your plumbing needs- google them to see all of the services they provide- you will be delighted. Happy and very satisfied customer. Garbage disposal went out. While Ryan was here I asked about him checking it out. Made an appointment to come back. Trey arrived on Thursday morning and replaced disposal, had been told I needed a new sink because disposal had rusted and would have to saw the disposal off thus damaging my sink. Trey removed and replaced my disposal no damage to my sink. All done within an hour. If I could give Hays plumbing 10 stars I would so 5 stars for water heater and five stars for disposal.     After calling a half dozen plumbers and being ghosted by all of them, we found a Hayes Plumbing business card in a local business. They answered the phone when I called and immediately booked an appointment. Ryan called before he came out, showed up on time, emailed a quote like he said he would, followed up, AND fixed the issue. Communication was unbelievably fantastic! We will definitely use them again for future needs.

    I highly recommend Hays Plumbing LLC. My water heater and washing machine water line were both leaking. I called on a Tuesday morning, Ryan came out Tuesday afternoon to assess the problems and had the estimate for my water heater replacement and washing machine water line repair emailed to me Wednesday morning. The price was fair, so I approved the job to be done. Friday morning Ryan and Trey arrived at the time frame agreed upon and completed the water heater replacement and washing machine line repair. When finished they cleaned the work area and disposed of the old water heater. The following Monday, we had a couple questions about the new water heater and called Ryan after getting home from work, which was after hours. Ryan answered the call (which a lot of businesses do not do) and he provided the answers needed. I appreciate Ryan and Treys professionalism and timeliness. I will definitely use Hays Plumbing LLC for any future plumbing needs. Thank you!
