Audie is fantastic in every aspect of his service for G-Tech Plumbing. He went above and beyond to help my parents with major shower pipe work. Taking his time, doing research and explaining the job to my family. All the while, his positive attitude and willingness to help is unmatched for the most rigorous or even a simpler job. Which he did again when they dealt with a hot water issue. Diagnosing the problem and then finding a solution that he fixed in a timely manner. Most of all you can tell he cares not only about the work, its also the people and he dedicates his effort to them. G-Tech Plumbing did phenomenally with correspondence, communication and transparency in all their work. Audie deserves the highest amount of praise for his craft. I would only choose them for my plumbing needs and recommend this company to everyone.

I can not say enough great things about this company, in particular the owner Grant, since he’s the one who was recommended to us and did our work.I had no idea what we needed or even where to start. Grant came out, did a plumbing inspection on our home, and brought all issues to our attention. He made recommendations and based on our conversations, we decided to start with bathroom repairs and upgrades. I asked Grant’s advice (and opinions) and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We decided on brushed nickel fixtures and he got me exactly what I requested. We could not be more pleased with the outcome!!I also wanted to mention how impressed we were with the communication G-Tech Plumbing provided to us throughout this process. Confirmation texts were sent and we knew exactly when Grant would arrive due to the “on the way” text, as well. The online portal provided all of my information in an easy to access link. I was so impressed with how current and up to date this company was with their customer communication.In conclusion, I just want to say that I’ve had a handyman provide plumbing work in the past and I can CLEARLY tell the difference between the quality of workmanship G-Tech Plumbing provided in comparison. We could not be happier with our bathroom repairs and upgrades and will definitely use this company again very soon.

G-Tech Plumbing has been an amazing experience to work with. I had just purchased a home, and needed multiple things updated and replaced. I had called to set up an appointment, and my technician Grant was here within a few hours of me calling! He was very helpful in providing me with multiple options to choose from (cheaper and more expensive ones) and brands that he recommends. He takes pride in his work, and only installs quality parts that will last. By the next day he had completed all of the plumbing work that I l needed, and I am very happy with the work that was done. G-Tech Plumbing exceeded my expectations, and I will use them again in the future!

My washer was not draining and backing up. I called G-tech, and they were here the same day and were very nice/professional. They were able to find the problem, fix it, and cleaned up afterward. It has been working ever since. Would definitely call them again.

Let me start by saying I couldnt find any reputable plumbing companies to show up for appointments or even return my calls even after having already talked to them. Im talking multiple companies.I hired G-Tech to install a backflow preventer (check valve)on my main sewer line to prevent future basement flooding from the city sewer line that had backed up into my basement 4 times in the last 2 years. Their pricing was extremely fair for the work involved and the 2 techs (Grant & Audie) arrived on time and worked tirelessly late into the night until the job was complete.Their work involved jack hammering my basement floor open and digging down to access the main sewer line where they installed the check valve. They provided an overview of their work as the job progressed and after the job was complete they painstakingly cleaned all the surrounding areas so it was as clean as when they arrived.The end result was much more than I expected. Their attention to detail and the cement finish work was beautiful. I would definitely recommend G-Tech to anyone looking for a reputable company that delivers exactly what they promise.

Best plumbing company in Columbus. Installed Commercial three compartments sinks and grease trap interceptor. We called many plumbing company but this one is the best one. They give us really best deal on price. This company is licensed and bonded. Audie and Grant are the best. I will definitely recommend to others.

Kitchen sink was filling up with water due to a clogged mainline in our building. Resident manager scheduled G-Tech Plumbing at 4 PM and they were here within an hour! They sent a text with the arrival time and the technicians picture, nice touch!Shoutout to Audie! Friendly and professional service. Diagnosed the problem and took the time to check the other units. Great attention to detail.. wore shoe covers, cleaned the work space, and made sure the work fixed the issue.Very satisfied with the service, and would recommend to others!
