Bold Plumbing is always so dependable. Deena, one of the owners, is always so pleasant and has even called me before to let me know if Columbus was expecting freezing weather. Frankie, the plumber, who always has come to take care of our plumbing issues is always so nice, gets the job done and leaves everything perfect. I know they will get the job done.

Our septic system had issues on a Friday, we knew the likely-hood of getting this corrected was slim. The owner Deena answered the phone and was kind enough to keep me informed on when they might be available. The soonest was Sunday and they showed. God Bless Deena and Bill Taylor! Who shows up on a Sunday? Bill was quick to know exactly how to best tackle our problem. He did not waste time he got straight to the task.I understand they might be new to the area but Bill has over 25+ years of experience.
