Barr Plumbing is a top notch and very dependable company. Our hot water heater stopped working and they rearranged their schedule to get us up and back running the same day. When my tankless water heater sprung a leak, I called Barr Plumbing to take a look. After determining that it was not repairable, and along with its age, we determined that it would need replaced. I thought it could limp along for a while, so I suggested waiting until the small leak got worse. Lo and behold, the next morning, we had no hot water. I called again, and they were able to fit me in later that day, replaced my water heater, finished the job and we had hot water before end of business that day. A professional job was completed by Russell. He was very courteous and helpful explaining things. Thank you Barr Plumbing for doing such a great job and for getting to and fixing our issue so quickly.

Holding short of 5 stars as I need to wait and watch for consistency - the work was done only this morning. I found them really responsive and prompt at fixing up an appointment. The technician was professional, pleasant and answered all questions more than satisfactorily. The pricing was very very reasonable, over 60% less compared to another local plumbing company that also quoted for the same job and over 30% less compared to a quote from the original company that first did the plumbing when the house was constructed. I had to replace a burst external hose that had to be accessed from the inside of the house. The dry wall was neatly cut, almost seamless, saving me some additional money that I would have otherwise spent on repairing the dry wall.My only hope is that the same level of promptness and responsiveness holds true for both existing and new/ potential clients. I required a licensed plumber to put in a new water heater in my home. After deciding on a Rheem model, I found Barr Plumbing as a licensed contractor through the Rheem website. Mr. Barr was very attentive to the many questions I had. Russell was my tech for installation. He did a fantastic job and was on time and thorough. I personally felt that the project/service was expensive, however. I did require a special model (power vent) which increased price. Regardless, Im happy with my experience and would surely consider this service again.
