Brian spent an hour with me discussing not only our immediate needs but our long term plans and offered excellent insights and a little advice. The quote for the immediate work was less than expected, and seemed quite fair; especially when compared to other quotes we received. The work was scheduled quickly, and done in a single day. The crew was knowledgeable and skilled (I’ve done my fair share of plumbing in my younger years). The cleaned up after themselves and took all of their trash with them. We have more work for them in the future and have every intention on calling on their services again. Now when I’m asked for a recommendation I can honestly say, “Our plumbers are B&B Plumbing”

Thank you to Jay Johnson, Building Concepts of Indiana, the general contractor, for including B & B in his family of specialists for a great end result. They are now our go-to for knowledgeable and reliable plumbing needs.

They have recently helped me with water powered backup sump pump installation and new gas line to the kitchen. Their prices are very reasonable and have great customer service. Had to call them today to help fix gas range in a kitchen when Home depot installation guys didnt do it and complaining about a cap which was not an issue. B&B team responded quickly and got the range connected in 5 minutes. Definitely hire again.

Wonderful customer service and expertise to a T. They listened to our issue and were thorough when looking for a resolution. They even removed their shoes after being under the house (I didnt ask them to do so)! They promptly returned phone calls and did their best to schedule service calls at my convenience. Hands down, my favorite plumbing service.

EVERYONE is very nice, polite, and quick to help. Brian (the dad/office manager) is easy to talk to and does everything in his power to take care of you ASAP. His sons, Brian and Brandon, are the plumbers. Brian and Chris are a team, and Brandon and (sorry, I dont recall his name) are a team. They were quick to respond & did a great job.It was the end of a long day, and I had a water pipe bust in my basement. I shut off my water main valve to stop water from gushing in, but they came over immediately to isolate and shut off the pipe, so I could use water in the rest of my house. They were going to fix it 100% right then, but it was late, and you could tell these hard working guys needed to go home to their families. It was no longer an EMERGENCY, so I had them go home for the night and finish up the next day. They came back, finished up, and its working wonderfully. Thanks to the whole crew at B&B Plumbing. Ive got them on speed dial.

B&B installed a tank-less water heater in our home. I couldnt be more pleased with the quality of the installation. They were very prompt and worked with us to finalize the details of the installation eg. location, pipe routing etc. They charged a very reasonable amount for the installation and their quote came in at about half of the other plumbers that I had consulted. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the quality and value that B&B provided. I would recommend them for any major/minor plumbing requirements that anyone may have.

I felt really comfortable, having them work, at our home. They took meticulous care, to do a good job, and were very kind. Ryan was our excavator expert and Joseph hand shoveled an impressive amount, working a replacement water line into a tight space, while maintaining our existing sidewalk. They were patient and fun with our kiddos and made sure we knew how to stay safe, while watching them work. They know what they are doing and get the job done!
