Called Stacey to fix a leak, fix hot water not running and install my laundry tub after a less adequate plumber messed it up. Stacey did such a amazing job and went above and beyond to making sure the bad plumbing job done was cleaned up and installed CORRECTLY. I absolutely will call up Stacey for all my plumbing needs. He was very professional and friendly while explaining exactly what repairs he would be doing and all for a good price! I am very appreciative for his work and I highly recommend! Thanks again!

I’ve used A Better Drain several times now and Stacy is definitely my go to plumber. When my hot water tank went out I called Stacy and he came out and accessed the issue but unfortunately it was rusted out and a new tank was needed. Stacy escalated me to the top of his schedule and installed the new water tank within a day of me purchasing. He even picked it up for me as I had no way to transport the tank from Lowe’s to my house. He is courteous and friendly and quick to respond. He knows his stuff and I highly recommend him for any plumbing issues big or small.

I am so glad I chose this company. My wife and I had a leak in our toilet pipe. We called so many companies and told them our problem was urgent, but they didn’t seem to care. However, our experience with A Better Drain was much different. Stacey went out of his way to finish the the job the same day we called. He was so professional and experienced. I recently had a plumbing emergency at my house, so I called A Better Drain. Stacy Savage, the owner of the company, responded almost immediately, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and had the repair completed within a couple of hours. Mr. Savage was prompt, professional and he did a quality job at a fair and reasonable price. Should I be in need of a plumber again, my first call would be to A Better Drain.

Stacy was excellent! He responded to an emergency plumbing situation in the middle of the night within a half hour of me calling. He was extremely professional, pleasant and helpful. He went above and beyond to get the job done and provided additional advice and insight along the way to educate me as a homeowner.I was extremely pleased with his helpfulness and resolution of the situation. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others. He’s got 35 years in the game and knows his stuff!

I am a landlord and need to have work done well but at a reasonable rate.I needed a hot water tank installed and was fortunate to have found A Better Drain from a recommendation of a friendThey did the work quickly and at a reasonable rate... Both the owner and his helper were professional and nice.I needed a pipe rerouted to get to the new water tank and they did that at a minimal cost and quickly to solve my need.I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS

Gave WaterWorks a call for urgent/emergency service needed at our new Popeyes location in Grove City, WaterWorks came out 5 hours later and were not able to give me quote of service needed or give a clear solution. Technician had given quote of service but then quote had increased but still no results. Gave Stacy a call from A Better Drain to have him come out to service and address our plumbing/sewer problem. Stacy was able to come out less than an hour and solved our grease trap problem professionally and at an affordable price. I have trust in Stacy for quality work as he has serviced our restaurants in the past. This is the person to call for all residential and commercial needs. A Better Drain has my business for life and will continue to contact them for any further plumbing/sewer needs. Never will I contact or recommend WaterWorks to anyone.

I used A Better Drain to find a sewage odor that came and went in our house. It was driving us crazy! I called 2 other plumbers who couldnt get it corrected, but Stacey did! He was able to figure out where it was coming from and get it fixed. Hes a great guy and was also able to quickly repair a leak coming from a cracked PVC pipe. Id highly recommend A Better Drain. Very professional and talented.

Our basement drain was overflowing into our basement and it was a horrible awful mess and smelled terribly, it was totally unexpected and can be extremely costly as some of you may already know. I called A BETTER DRAIN , and I left a message and it was just minutes when I got a text that he would call me shortly and he did just that. I talked with the owner STACEY SAVAGE, within a 1/2 hr. after I made the call. I explained the problem we were having, and that my husband had been off work, and with the pandemic and and the holidays funds were very slim. he was out to our house the next day, he didnt even charge us to assess the problem, and left to go and get his equipment. Stacey was very professional, and understanding, he is VERY knowledgeable and he kept his fees to the minimum. We HIGHLY recommend him to any one who has a plumbing issue, his willingness to work with someone just out of common decency and desire to help someone in need is by far the best Ive seen in a long time....THANKS STACEY.
