We had a problem with our outdoor outlets just at the time we were putting up holiday lights. Kevin came out promptly diagnosed the problem and we were back in business in no time. We also had a long standing electrical problem inside our house and he was able to help with that. Kevin was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing. I would definitely recommend The Electric Connection. They do great work at a reasonable price.

I was totally pleased with my experience today. Amy did a fantastic job with the scheduling and captured everything I needed done. Kevin and Leigh did an amazing job onsite. I tried another electrician earlier this summer. It was NOT a good experience (cost was outrageous). I will use The Electric Connection again and I will ask specifically for Kevin and Leigh.

Kevin provided valuable guidance and even offered to pick up our chandelier from a local repair shop and bring it to our home to be installed in order to make it easier for us. Needed a checkup and maintenance on the generator for my recently purchased home. Turns out they were the company that put in the generator for the previous homeowner and I was able to take advantage of a maintenance credit the previous owner had not consumed which saved me a lot of money. Extremely happy with the service that Josh performed. He took the time to walk me through the system and the expectations of how it should work... One less thing to worry about in a new home. We’ve used this company to install recessed can lights and dimmer switches and they did a great job. Also, I called to see if they could come out and help me with my jetted tub and they were extremely nice and talked me through resetting the power switch over the phone.

I was blown away by the entire experience with Asad and Mike! They were on time, super friendly and COVID conscious. Asad explained everything in detail and walked me through every step of the process as he was going through it. He even explained basic electrical knowledge that was very helpful to understand for any future electrical work. They cleaned up after themselves and tested all the work. They were patient and very thorough.I was dreading having this work done, but they totally made it a great experience. The only feedback I would have is on the front-end of getting a quote/scheduling. I never received any formal quote or a statement of work and they completely didnt respond to my email when I was requesting a quote. My advice is to just call and be as direct with what you want done as possible. I would recommend them for any work!

I live in Kettering, this company has been fantastic from when the first installation to annual maintenance. They call ahead and comfort dates and time. Cannot say strong enough how great they have always been.
