They were able to get us scheduled days earlier than expected due to a schedule change. Thomas did a great job. He was on time, quickly surveyed the work to be done, and very effecently and effectively removed the old ceiling fan and assembled and installed the new one. Since the new one has a remote control, some accommodation/rewiring was required. After a function check, he removed his equipment, cleaned up after himself, and conducted a quick safety check of our home. Without hesitation, Mr. Sparky will be our first call for future electrical repairs and projects. Hope they send Thomas, when we call.

Bradley was very prompt and professional! He came right in diagnosed and fixed the problem with ease all while maintaining a good attitude and engaging in conversation. He explained what he was doing as he was fixing the issues, ensuring I was kept in the loop every step of the way. He also completed a complementary safety inspection that’s offered to military members and found a defective outlet. Not a problem, that was replaced, no issue! I am very happy with my experience with Mister Sparky and will definitely recommend and use their services again!

A Christian owned company with employees who shows the love of Christ in their daily work! We had multiple projects that needed to be done in our home. Mr Sparky gave us a great price and scheduled with us to get them all done in one day. They were here all day. Not only did they work diligently and efficiently, they were a true joy to have in our home. From talking with me about scripture I have around my house to playing with our dog and interacting with my busy 7 year old son, it was a really sweet day! I’ve never experienced anything like it. I told my husband it felt more like we had hired friends or family members to come work instead of men we had never met. The guys clearly love working together and what they do. It shows in how they treat one another and their customers.

Just had a free inspection done to confirm that my house is in fact wired fine and safe! I worry about so many extra things that to some may seem silly, but Thomas with Mister Sparky was so kind, informative and very patient with my random/interrupting questions! I really cannot hype these guys up enough. I’ve used them in the past for simple things. However, we had a huge issue late in the afternoon yesterday, and they were able to send someone out immediately. They are always professional and helpful. They took pictures to help with my claim and recommended other companies because they were booked up. Even though the other companies would get the money, they were trustful with their recommendations. Sometimes they are a little pricey. But I’ll always stick with them cause their business practices and their customer service is amazing. Thank you so much for your help.

Sam at Mr. Sparky completed a large, whole-house electrical project for us during our new home renovation. Our project spanned multiple days, and each day, Sam was super friendly, a great communicator, showed up exactly when he said he would and did an excellent job on all of the various things we asked him to do! The other guys who assisted him on my project were also very nice+polite and hard-working. Sam was flexible in accommodating additional tasks I asked of him, and he clearly and happily answered all of my questions throughout the project. The entire experience was pleasant, and Sam established a great deal of trust with me which I very much appreciate. If there was a way to give these guys more than five stars I would. Today out electrical panel caught on fire. The crew came out, inspected and got right to work. Upon learning that my mom is paralyzed and must use a hospital bed they told us not to worry they would do everything in their abilities to get the power on. They even talked to Ga Power and told them we had a medical need for an inspection, after that Ga power came out inspected their work and allowed the power to be turned on. They were nice, kind, clean, and most of all they cared.

Seems there was a broken wire somewhere where it couldn’t be reached so he came up with some alternate plans that would work.My biggest negative issue is that the costs just keep going up and up. Ouch! Too bad you stick with an industry-wide pricing manual instead of common sense pricing. Somehow complementary diagnostics cost over $300. Then the price goes up from there and I furnished some of the electrical equipment.Overall, the electrical issue was fixed and I am happy with it. Just wished the cost wasn’t what it was.

Sam and his apprentice was amazing. I recently just bought a house that didn’t have a doorbell or wires running to connect to a doorbell from it being a new house. Sam came over Yesterday and told me this is a project He will have to work on tomorrow due to the project being a little complicated. At this point most people would’ve thought this person didn’t want to do the job or couldn’t do the job, but Sam kept his word and called me the Next morning, with a time he can come over and work on it. Sam and his apprentice did a very amazing job. Even when I knew what I was asking to be done was Hard I was able to finally have a brand new doorbell for my house while everything looks so professional and clean. These guys got great personalities and are very genuine people. You can easily tell Sam loves what he do. I would recommend Sam and his apprentice to anyone else without no questions. If they can work on a complex problem such as the task I gave them, they’re really some talented professional electricians. OMG!! Thomas was Awesomely Awesome!! I loved his demeanor, he answered every single question that I asked. When I told him how young he looked to be an electrician, that’s when he told me his age. Looks can be deceiving. Thomas showed up earlier than expected and showed out!! He changed the old outlet from 1958 to anew. I don’t smell electrical burning as of yet, lol. I was greeted my Lead technician Sam and his assistant Bradley. First, after introducing themselves, they immediately put on their shoe covers prior to entering the house. The lead technician explained what they were going to do and then follow-up with me to go over the results. They conducted a full home electrical inspection inside and outside due to a lightning strike that caused damage to several items in my home while I was away from home. When I returned home I needed to know that all outlet receptacles, GFCIs, breaker box, water heater, etc. were all working properly and that there were no internal damages to the homes electrical wiring system. I was kept abreast along the entire inspection and was given the chance to ask questions during the inspection. Im well pleased with the outcome of my full electrical home inspection and would definitely recommend Sam and Bradley. Not only did they do a great job putting in two celling fans and outside light for backyard but one celling fan didnt work so Lester and his apprentice took it back for my convenience.
