We had our neighbors tree fall and knock down power lines to our house. Our neighbors called reliable Electric. When the supervisor Jackson came out he came over to ask us if we had an electrician. I am glad he did because we thought it was Georgia power we needed to call. He gave us his boss Charlies number to call in the morning. When I called the next morning Jackson had already let him boss know that we would be calling. They came Out fast and worked fast to get our power back on. Thank you so much Charlie and Jackson you both are awesome!!!

Amazing job and true to their name, very reliable. Our tree fell and brought down the power lines. That same night Mr. Jackson came and helped us connect our generator while the wires could get fixed. He came the next morning with permit and fixed the wires. They made sure GA Power was notified to turn the power back on and they helped our neighbors as well as it was our tree that knocked their power lines. Reliable and considerate of others.

Reliable Electric & Construction is a top tier company who is operational on the weekend. When I called no hesitation as to what I was needing the Team came out and assessed the problem wonderful Team excellent customer service. I received a follow up the electrical AC problem was fixed highly recommend oh also Military discount yes again highly recommend definitely will use again(hopefully not anytime soon) 😁 Thank you for providing great service!!

I cannot say enough about this company! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!! They are very professional, very personable and their customer service is unbeatable! Charlie, Jackson and Terrance were the best! The did exactly what they said they would do, were always on time and worked in 95 degree heat inside an unairconditioned house for two days with the best attitude!! They did not try to add on other things I didnt need, were very honest and their price was very reasonable! Terrance was one of the hardest-working young men Ive ever met! Charlie followed up every day (even past his work time) to make sure I was happy with everything! I also needed work other than electrical, and this company had someone for every job I needed and they were ALL amazing also! What a blessing to find a company thats honest, hard-working and so professional! I love this company and highly recommend them for ANY work you need at your home!

We have been very impress with the electrical work performed by Reliable Electric & Construction in Columbus Ga.The service I received from this company was nothing but amazing and first class. After the first phone call I made to the company the supervisor was at my house within 30 minutes. The supervisor accessed the damage and was very clear and concise on what needed to be done.The electricians were here the next morning with everything needed to complete the job. There is so much more I can say about the excellent service. Thank you for a job well done!!

Reliable Electric & Construction LLC just did a number of electrical projects at my home. I was so pleased with the quality of their work, pricing and the friendliness of their electricians., supervisors and office staff. Best of all, they did a thorough clean up after each job. The installed a new electrical panel, additional outlets (inside and outside) and several ceiling fans. I highly recommend them.

Charles came to my house on a call after another electrician tried to take advantage of us with an ASTRONOMICAL quote. Reliable Electric located and took care of the short in my home in less than an hour! The problem wasn’t even as bad as the other company made it out to be. His customer service was nothing short of amazing as he made the entire process seamless! He is extremely knowledgeable and educated me the whole time. I WILL BE CONTACTING RELIABLE ELECTRIC FOR EVERY ELECRICAL NEED I HAVE IN THE FUTURE!!! THEY ARE THE BEST I’VE EVER MET IN COLUMBUS!
