We used Steve to finish our basement. Finished on time even ahead of schedule. Listened to all of our questions and concerns throughout the project.

I hired RBR homes to take on a substantial renovation and upgrade on my exterior deck. The existing substructure and wood boards needed quite a bit of work due to rot setting in. Steve did a fantastic job completely renovating and strengthening the substructure and replaced the boards with composite boards. We also decided to add a larger set of steps to the deck which complicated the job. The new deck looks fantastic!! Steve was very patient with me and worked tirelessly to make sure the job was done right, completed on time and on budget.Would not hesitate to hire RBR Homes again for the next job.

Our bathroom walls were plaster and peeling, plus there was mold on the ceiling and walls. Steve gave us a fair quote and worked us into his schedule in a reasonable time. He ran into unexpected issues, like the original flooring had cement under it and the phlange from the toilet had leaked and destroyed the sub flooring. Steve had help from several subcontractors for drywall, plumbing and electrical. They were all very professional and a pleasure to work with. Steve is responsive, friendly and trustworthy. He made sure that all of our finishing touches were up to our standard and that we were pleased with the remodel. We appreciated RBR Construction so much that we hired him for a second project. He also removed our old concrete driveway and poured an even larger driveway and parking pad. Steve had a knowledgeable and experienced subcontractor who was aware of city engineer requirements. Steve and Jay worked together to submit that information to the city on our behalf. We asked them to schedule the work while we were on vacation, which Steve and Jay accommodated. When we need future home improvement done, we will call Steve at RBR Construction!

Couldn’t have gotten our house ready to sell without Steve. He worked so hard and efficiently and did a great job. Where he needed help, he got it quickly and cost effectively. He was just as concerned about quality and timing as we were. I highly recommend Steve.

Steve was so nice and fit us into his schedule as soon as possible to help us with a mold problem. Were first time home buyers, so discovering mold in the wall and learning that our home inspector had failed us was so disheartening. Add to it that I have a mold allergy, and full-blown panic was setting in. Steve showed up on a Saturday to remove the mold quickly and efficiently, and even spent extra time talking to us and answering questions we have about other house projects. We will definitely be calling him back for any other contractor work in the future, and I plan to recommend him to everyone I know.

Needed help with fixing shower door. Called in the morning and he showed up in a couple of hours and charged just a service call fee and did not overcharge for my urgent request or try to make it a bigger deal than it is. Very professional and prompt.
