He came to our home to replace a chandelier, repair a broken dimmer switch, and address a potentially dangerous issue with an outlet in our basement. Franklin was not only skilled and efficient but also incredibly friendly and professional.He took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we felt confident that the issues were resolved safely. I was very impressed with the service I received. Two weeks ago, my electrical outlet started to burn. I had to call the fire department and it knocked out the outlet in my bedroom and in my living room and one in my dining room. My landlord called Quality Electric and it came out and surveyed everything and gave my landlord a quote. Took him a minute to respond but today Austin and Alex did a phenomenal job. They prepared the damage and they gave me three dedicated outlets for my window AC in my bedroom and living room. They even gave a dedicated out for my computer equipment. They explained everything of what they were doing. I would recommend anyone to them.

Quality Electric has done great work for us and they alerted us to problems with our electrical panel that could have caused a fire. When Brendan replaced the electric panel, it was warm, the metal was soft, and some of the older circuits were cracked and slightly melted in the back. And this is an honest company. We originally called Quality Electric to have a new bathroom exhaust fan installed. But when Brendon arrived, he examined the unit, looked it up online, then told us the old fan was rated for 40 years, it pulled a lot of air, and it did not need replacing. He saved us hundreds of dollars.Brendan also grounded and bonded our electric system. Later, we noticed that a lamp controlled by a remote switch was getting turned on when we used the porch fan remote. Brendan returned, read the fine print on the lamp switch, and saw that it was not “resistive.” That wasn’t a problem with the old two-prong outlet, but now that the outlet was grounded, it was picking up the signal from the other remote. After Brendan explained the situation, I bought a resistive switch to resolve the issue. We were very impressed that he figured this out! And no extra charge, since it was a follow-up to their previous service call.We also appreciated everything we learned from Brendan about the electrical system in our house. He’s very good at explaining things.We’ve had many contractors access our electric panel over the years, and not one mentioned the need to replace it. They had tunnel vision, working on their project and not talking to us about this serious problem. We are so grateful to Brendan!This is not our first positive experience with Quality Electric. Another of their electricians, Brandon, fixed a no-power situation in our garage a few years ago. He was very nice too.

Josh was super friendly, quick and offered excellent service.While attempting to install a newer model fan in our older home, we of course ran into issues. We decided to call out for service and were able to get immediately scheduled for the following business day. We had the team at Quality Electric out to replace our panel and install two new receptacles. From start to finish, the communication, professionalism, and quality were top notch. When discussing 100 vs 200 amp panel, they actually talked us out of the 200 amp because it wasnt necessary for our needs. They also went above and beyond quickly swapping out a light fixture that wasnt originally discussed.To top it off, we felt their prices were extremely fair. There is a trip fee added to the work, but this was disclosed up front and was essentially waived because we bundled multiple projects.We would absolutely use them again in the future and will recommend them to anyone.

I hired Quality Electric to do a panel replacement / upgrade and to do some runs to my garage for a series of outlets as well as a 240V line for a garage heater. I cant say enough about how great everything came out. Installation of the garage conduit / outlets is perfect and the quality of the work was top notch for the whole job. We were looking for a company to replace our panel box for two months with no luck. Had companies come in for estimates who never called us back and some companies that never showed up. We called Quality Electric whos gave us an estimate over the phone and within a week installed our new panel box for a very reasonable price. Fantastic experience. Quote was reasonable with what I researched and ultimate price was right there. Electrician came on time, was very polite, made fewer holes than I anticipated and did a great job patching them. He explained how the electric box had changed, made helpful notes on the box, and even took some pictures and made suggestions based on my off hand comment that we might look at adding a second charger in the future. I’m really happy with the company and specifically with the Electrician who came.

I honestly didnt believe it was possible to have such a positive experience while dealing with electrical issues, but Quality Electric truly lived up to their name. I had severe electrical issues with my house. I had multiple electricians visit and give me quotes with various guesses as to what was wrong. All electrics highly trained and incredibly kind electrician showed up and instantaneously diagnosed the problem. He was able to help me get my heat back on (in the dead of winter) temporarily, and then he came and worked all day without break to update my system.In short, it was the best service experience Ive ever had in my life!

We purchased a home built in 1904. The first item of business was updating all electrical to code, some of it was still knob and tube. I called a couple places and initially was not greeted favorably when I explained our needs. Charlie was completely different. We will definitely use them again.

We recently purchased a house and have experienced electrical issues since we moved in. I found Quality Electric online and scheduled a service appointment. Charlie, the electrician who came to my home, did a fantastic job. He was so professional and thorough and checked out our entire electrical system. He found a few small issues that were easily fixed. He also found that our ground fault line was not connected properly by the previous home-owner, and he fixed the problem at no charge. The entire experience, from scheduling through the Quality Electric office, to the service appointment, was great. I highly recommend this company! I will always use Quality Electric when I have any issues and will most definitely recommend the company to my family and friends. Great job and thank you!

Took my computer to Geek Squad who were unable to retrieve the files off my crashed hard drive. Said it would have to be sent away which would take 5 weeks. That was not acceptable for me, took it to Quality PC and they had all files backed up and new hard drive installed in 2 days. They were awesome and so helpful! Kevin made the repairs and kept me informed of diagnosis and how long it would take. Reasonably priced as well. Thank you Quality PC! I will say I was a bit disappointed with the office support for Chris. He needed some backup on a particular issue and no one responded to his request while he was at my house. I also didnt receive a job estimate before Chris arrived even though I had described the work in detail on the phone.

Thursday night I turned on a light switch in the basement and it tripped the circuit. Reset the circuit and tried the switch again and it tripped the breaker again. This morning we called Quality Electric. They had a 1pm cancellation, so we took that. We were told that if the electrician finished his current job early, he could come out before that. We said fine, and Eric came out about noon. Turns out the problem was a fluorescent workshop light fixture that was not spliced in to the electrical wire correctly, and it chose last night to short. Eric corrected the wiring, and I asked him to check the light switch and an electrical outlet below the switch. The previous owner did some sketchy work in the house, and I wanted to make sure the switch and outlet were not problems waiting to happen. They werent.We also had Eric replace a kitchen ceiling light fixture with a cracked bulb receptacle that we had been meaning to have replaced.We are very pleased with the work done, and with how quickly the company was able to get someone out here. The price for both jobs was also very reasonable. We would definitely hire them again for electrical issues.

This company is incredibly friendly, honest, and fast! I called around needing someone to come out and take a look at our electric panel because after replacing our hot water tank, the breaker continued to switch off. A different company came out and immediately told me that we needed to replace the entire electric panel and the work would be over $1,500. I called Quality Electric and they assured me that they can try and fix the issue itself and they sent Mike Smith out. I cant say enough positive things about the company and about Mike. He replaced the breaker that was causing the issue and only charged $170, which is less than he should have considering the type of breaker he replaced. Mike even noticed that a light fixture in our basement was broken and fixed it while he waited for the water to heat up. I couldnt ask for more honest or friendly service. Please give these guys a call before calling anyone else!

I had a funky problem where my TV cable would get snowy when a light switch in the other room turned on! It took quality electric two tries to figure it out, but they were on it immediately. The first time we thought we had it fixed but we did not check the rheostat on the light switch. When I called they came the very next day and switched out the entire light switch At no charge to me. I thought they were great and I highly recommend them.

I was very impressed by the work that Quality PC did. My computer was a mess and my Outlook e-mail was totally inaccessible. Kevin was able to clean it all out and get my e-mail working again - and all done remotely! He explained everything he was doing as he went along and his prices were very reasonable. They came out to give me a quote within a couple days which was very reasonable. They knew I had AEP and other contractors for the landscape waiting for the conduit to be run and did it within a week and kept me in the loop for any changes.

I had two obsolete computers that had crashed and had been sitting on a shelf for a long time. I needed to harvest the files on them as well as possible. I also wanted to recycle the rest of the information without any PII (personally identifiable information). Quality PC efficiently assisted me with both of these situations and did so at a reasonable price.Separately, Quality Electric came to my house to replace an old set of track lighting with wall sconces and installed an additional outlet in a walk-in closet. The guy came quickly and did a careful job.
