We had a problem with the bathroom outlet and our friend recommended this company. We are extremely impressed!!! This is a company who genuinely cares for its customers. Jay gave us some advice to try first before scheduling a service appointment. It worked and our outlet issue was fixed. He saved us from paying unnecessary service fee.
