We’ve had horrible luck with other electricians and contractors. But Gibson electric was a breath of fresh air! David came out to take a look at what needed done and sent us the estimate within 24 hours. Scheduling was easy with calling the office. And they were able to get us scheduled promptly. Jesse and Brandon came out to do the work and they were great! They were kind and cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were satisfied and happy with their work. They also wore mask in the house while they worked and we appreciated that so much as we have been very careful during COVID. We will be using them for any electrical projects in the future!

Ive had Gibson Electrical out to my house 3 times to my house in Canal Winchester OH to do work over the past 3 months, and each time Ive been thoroughly impressed with David, Kaleb, and Jesse. David came out and helped trouble shoot an issue with high current finding it way onto the neutral wire for my dining room wiring. He then came back out to make sure my gas line was grounded correctly. Finally, I had Kaleb and Jesse set up a Curb energy monitoring solution and take an extra 220 outlet and convert it into 2 -110 outlet plugs. In each case, they were at my house within 5 min of the time window quoted, the work was done promptly, they were all super courteous, and the work was done fast but more importantly it was done right. They will do all my electrical work anytime I need them moving forward.

This is an honorable company of honorable people. They had to eat a giant bill because a grounding rod punctured our water line. They immediately notified me, hired emergency plumbers, and contacted the city, all out of their pocket. I cannot imagine how stressful it would have been if theyd tried to walk away, but they bit a very costly bullet. Also, their electrical work was quickly completed, and looks fantastic. I will use them again for any job, if theyre willing to come back to my cursed house.PS: I had them send someone out for a small job the other week; Jesse was great and did an amazing, fast, and clean job. He also escaped without any more bad luck befalling him. Thanks again for everything!

My experience with Gibson electrical was very pleasant. The workers and owner were very friendly and was a enjoyment to have in my household. I will be recommending this company to others for sure. The owner was kind enough to show me issues and explain what needed to be fixed beforehand and explain how to reset outlets and etc!! This is a great company with great people!!

Extremely professional and polite. Khaled and Jessie did the work for us, installing a dedicated generator outlet in our garage. Tested it and demonstrated for us to make sure we were comfortable operating it if necessary. Cleaned up and thanked us for the business. I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.

Caleb came to check an issue with a few electric outlets and ceiling lights that went out due to some mitigation work, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. Will definitely use them again.

Gibson Electrical, LLC was recommended to us by a friend. We had an electrical problem where our small bathroom and two adjacent bedrooms had power knocked out during a severe thunderstorm went through.The Gibson Electrician showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the hour. We are a satisfied customer.
