Becker Electric was awesome to work with!! The office was very accommodating with my schedule, especially considering that we needed work done on the week of a holiday. The technician, Peyton, was super professional and easy-going. He was able to diagnose a very strange power loss issue and get us back up-and-running in 3hrs on the nose!! Would recommend to anyone who asks.

A five star thanks to Becker Electric and specifically to Cam. I had a unique wiring scheme in my garage that Cam was able to fix for me. Now I don’t have to flip a light switch on to energize the garage door openers. Cam also modified the way in which the light switches work now so that it all makes sense. Cam notified me when he was on the way to my house with an eta, showed up promptly on schedule, and conducted himself in friendly, professional, and helpful manner. Great experience! I will absolutely call Becker Electric and specifically ask for Cam for future electrical work.

Exceptional Customer Service! From Vice President Russell Melton to Zak the technician they exceeded my expectations!Zak showed up on time and stayed with a difficult job to the end. He kept me informed along the way and delivered with precision expertise. Zak left the jobsite cleaner than he found it. I highly recommend Becker Electric.

Excellent service!!! Cam at Becker Electric was VERY professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He changed out a faulty fuse that was getting hot. Will definitely call Cam at Becker again to change out a few fixtures, wiring, etc. I appreciate the professionalism and showing up on-time to do a job well!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Cam Blackwell at Becker Electric for the fine work that he has done at our home. A couple of months ago Cam changed out our 200 amp meter to a 400 amp which involved a lot of box work and heavy wire pulling. He and his helper did a great job! All of the wiring in the boxes was done beautifully. Last Friday Cam came out to diagnose our generator problem. He found a blown board in the transfer box and had it replaced and going very Quickly. Cam does fine work. Jim and Russ always give us a fair price for the service provided.Call Becker.

Payton O’Dell is an amazing your man. He is a wealth of knowledge and was very thorough doing my “B” service on my Genarator. I probably had 25 questions and he answered all with patience and knowledge. I’m more confident now in my responsibility in routine care of my unit.

Both Christian and Cam were professional, prompt and courteous and displayed great skill and knowledge. Cam and Russ both are easy to work with, listen well, provide good feedback and do quality work. Weve had a lot of work done by Becker (generator installation, generator and circuit repair after a lightning strike, wiring an addition to our house), and we are very satisfied with the responsiveness of their service, the quality of their work, and the value they provide for the cost.

Yay! My drier is working now! Around a month ago our drier stopped working. It would spin but it wouldn’t heat. It took 2 sears employees and another person who was an independent to solidify that we needed an electrician. Becker Electric is the first company we called and we are so glad we did. Peyton was efficient, on time, and kind. It’s been a long process and we are so happy it’s over. Thank you!

Becker electric and Cam and Christian are awesome at what they do. So so happy with their work. The knowledge and skills they have,in the electrical field - superb. ( from Ring security cameras to multiple high end ceiling fans ( 20 feet ceilings )They have resolved a number of electrical upgrades. ( LED lights and switches )Both Christian and Cam are worth their weight in Gold and I highly recommend Russ the manager and sales person too. Becker Electric recently installed a backup generator for our home. We have been very pleased with the workmanship and integrity they provided. Cameron was our main contact through the process. During the installation, he did an excellent job of explaining the process and answering all of our questions. Called Becker Electric this morning..Cam Blackwell was the service technician that came… found the issue… repaired it… and as he was leaving, I had a black snake lying on the front stoop… it scrammed under shrubbery….not to be found….Cam … Thank you for not laughing at me… I DO NOT care for snakes!Great job and it was my pleasure to meet you! I am giving Becker Electric 5 stars despite their virtual estimate process. I did not like that and felt someone could make the 15 minute drive to give an in-person estimate and look at the job. That may have prevented the snafu that occurred and established a better customer relationship.That being said, Mr. Becker and Russ Melton were very proactive and prompt in straightening out issues that came up. They provided excellent customer service addressing the misunderstanding of the work required. They stand behind their work and make things right. That’s a big deal.Shout out to Josh who finished the job and is a very nice guy.
