I want to add, after we had a hail storm last year Fortified came out tarped our roof to prevent further damage. When the insurance adjuster had to come out, Fortified came out to. They removed the tarp for the adjuster and put it back on when he was done. They did this for us on two different occasions with hesitation or questions. That the type of company I want working on my property and they were and did.

Fortified Roofing did an awesome job on my roof after the hail storm last year that basically destroyed it. Megan and her team at Fortified answered every question I had and got my roof done within 2 days including new gutters and leaf guards. They found a hole in my roof next to my chimney and fixed it and put down new flashing around the chimney at no extra cost. If youre looking for a good roofing company that will do the job right, update you/ check with you before they do a repair, and wont break the bank Fortified Roofing is the best.

Megan and her team helped turn a horrible experience into a happy ending. A hail storm in April 2023 meant a complete roof replacement was needed on my Missouri home. Unfortunately, my insurance carrier botched the claim and said they would only pay for 2 sides of my roof. Megan patiently helped me with everything I needed to resubmit information and prove the insurance companys error until we finally got them to agree to their error and pay for the full roof replacement. Even though it took 6 months to get the insurance carrier to finally agree and resolve the claim, Megan/Fortified Roofing were with us all along the way! This roof damage was to my seasonal home and I needed the repair completed before I returned to my Florida home in mid-October. Megan and her crew knew this and worked us in so we could get everything finalized with my new roof before we left to return to our Florida home. Thank you so much Megan and your crew for your patience, professionalism and for helping me to turn a horrible situation into a great resolution!! I would highly recommend your company to anyone needing roofing repairs!

Bad News - our home has been damaged by hail twice in the last 20 years. Good News - Larry and Megan at Fortified Roofing have been here to replace the roof and gutters. Removing the old roof, repapering, installing new shingles and gutters is a BIG job, but the crews at Fortified make it look easy and they do a geat job of cleaning up afterwards. So, if you are looking for a roofing company you can TRUST, that does GREAT work and stands behind their product / service, I wholeheartedly recommend you contact Fortified Roofing.

Overall experience was very good! They showed up when they said they were going to, knocked out the work in short order, and cleaned up before I got home from work. They followed up with a member of their team doing a sweep of the yard and shrubbery for any missed trash and to answer any questions. A well oiled machine for sure.

About a year ago a nice hail storm came through town and did a number on our roof and cars. My husband I are first time home buyers and this was our first big claim with insurance. We were new to the process and how everything worked! Megan and Larry were in the neighborhood checking out another house so we asked if they would add us to their list for quotes. We had our initial evaluation on the damage along with the quote! Larry and Megan both came to the house and were so gracious to help us understand the quote, how insurance worked, our next steps and helped ease our anxiety over the entire situation. If I had a question, I could call or text them with a response directly back! Once the paperwork and insurance side were finished it was time for our roof! Our roof was installed in under two days and a thorough check of the property for any roofing debris. Megan and Larry were wonderful to work with to say the least and we are so thankful that we had them to help us through the process. Our roof has been great ever since and Larry and Megan continue to keep in contact. They were on time for every meeting, were able to deal with us and our kiddos as well as meet our time constraints with our schedules! We used Fortified Roofing to replace our roof after the major hailstorm in March 2023. Larry was great to work with, very responsive, and worked directly with our insurance company to deal with any issues. He was quick to respond to questions and explain the process.As he was doing the inspection, he even fixed a few minor issues to prevent any potential leaks before they could do the job. He gave us an estimated date up front and stayed in communication to give us updates.The Fortified team was professional, did a good job leaving the worksite clean at the end of each day, and were respectful of our home. The supervisor followed up after installation and caught a couple minor issues which were corrected immediately. Fortified also coordinated replacement of our gutters and again we had no issues.We were so impressed that we even asked Fortified to come back and check on some concerns we had with our windows. Larry and his daughter came out in only a few days and inspected them, even though Fortified hadn’t done anything with our windows as part of their previous work.We like to do business with local companies and so we highly recommend Larry and the Fortified team.

Not going to lie. I panicked a little bit when old hail damage turned up during our home inspection. I’ve never replaced a roof before, closing was less than a month away, and I’ve heard more than a few roof replacement horror stories, including workers not showing up, phone calls not being returned, inaccurate estimates, messes left behind, and super long delays. I anticipated a nightmare.We called Fortified on recommendation of our friend and neighbor, and the entire process ended up being incredibly smooth and easy. If you need to replace your roof, I highly recommend Fortified Roofing.Communication was perfect. Every phone call, text, and email was answered immediately or returned promptly. Everyone we worked with - from Larry, the owner to Barbie in the office - was very knowledgeable, polite, and easy to work with. Every appointment was kept. We had an estimate within a few days, agreed to a timeline, and were continuously updated with even minor adjustments to the plan. The estimate was spot-on, and the crew didn’t leave a trace behind (other than a beautiful new roof and gutters). And we didn’t have to delay closing!Highly recommended. After meeting and talking with Larry for about an hour i was confident the guy knew his stuff.More impressive - he helped me with insurance company, then Meghan followed up twice on when work would be done. The roofing crew showed up as promised and finished on time. extremely clean yard - no damage to anything. after job done got a call to make sure satisfied and then Larry came back out to review job with me.Long story short - cheapest no. competitive yes. one of the best i have ever dealt with - Definitely. can’t go wrong using Fortified.

Guess weve been lucky in the past, weve never had a house attacked by this terrifying, cacophonous, big hail .Fortified, from the beginning of the process, through the day of roofing, have been excellent. They helped explain the mysteries of how insurance companies operate for this type of claim. Barbi was attentive to the details, Megan explained the roofing options and kept track of the project.Jason and his hardworking, professional crew were at the scene early on the day the old roof covering came off, and the new one was put on.Efficient, professional.Cleanup was good.All appointments were kept promptly.I rate Fortified as Excellent.

I want to express my thanks to Larry and his crew at Fortified Roofing for a job well-done. When I asked Fortified to give me an estimate of the cost to replace my gutters, Larry came to my place personally to see the existing gutters, determine what materials would be best for my home and take the measurements needed. I received the estimate I requested the next day and scheduled the work to be done soon after. On the agreed-upon day, Larry’s crew arrived on time, replaced my guttering and thoroughly cleaned up any debris after their work. Fortified then invoiced me for the estimated and agreed-upon amount. From start to finish, a very professional job by a team who took pride in their work. No more gutter problems! Thanks, Larry!

The adjuster who they sent out ,missed numerous items that reflected the estimate. If it hadn’t been for Larry’s great reputation with major insurance companies and his total honesty, those repairs may not have been covered.Larry, is totally professional and knowledgeable. It was a real pleasure working with Fortified Roofing and Siding to get my Mothers house repaired. Raccoons had torn one hole in the roof and water backing up from poor gutters had created a second hole. I needed a lot of work done quickly to prevent any further damage. This included tearing off two layers, replacing plywood, and all new gutters and downspouts. I was amazed how quickly they responded to my request for an estimate, and how straightforward they made the whole process. Sonny kept in touch with me from the beginning to the end, and made sure that every step went smoothly. The crew was quick and efficient, and the house looks amazing!
