Outstanding service and quality! Weve used Aero a few times, including installing our gas water heater a few years ago. Honest, dependable, fair price.This time, after the coldest night of 2018 so far, our pipes to/from our gas water heater froze. No hot water coming out of any hot side of any faucet. I called Aero in the morning to inquire, spoke to Rebecca (who is awesome!) and she advised us to open all hot water spigots in our home. She advised that they may thaw during the warmer part of the day--but she put us on a very long waiting list for service in case they did not thaw or return to normal. Thankfully, they did! And at 5pm on a Sunday, the tech came anyway, checked all, found that our water would eventually heat back up and left w/o charging us the emergency fee they are entitled to receive on a SUNDAY! We are customers for life! Thank you, Aero!

We had our kitchen faucet stop working. Called another area plumber and they were going to charge us weekend rates on a weekday! Found Aero Plumbing through Google search and had an appointment next day. Mike came out and even told us a way to save money on the repair! I appreciate him being honest and not taking advantage of us! He even waited while we went to get the part and he fixed our faucet in about 15 minutes! Will definitely use Aero Plumbing again!

My water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. They told me they would not have anyone available to come until the following week. The saw the disappointment on my face, she told me she was sorry. I just said ok, but 10 minutes later she called back and said one of the guys was going to come by and replace it.They didnt have to do it but they did, and I am so grateful!The services guys were great and professional.

They installed our water heater right before we moved in. It worked fine for 7 months, then the pilot light went out. The have one year parts and labor warranty so I called them. It took a little bit (water is cold in January, so it felt like a eternity!) But they fixed it. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, they honored their warranty, I have hot water now.

We had a pipe burst coming from our water main. I had insurance and called them to get it taken care of. First few contractors said it would take 2 days - Aero came the same day. They gave us a window from 2-6 pm and got here by 3. They were professional and thorough, answering all me questions along the way. It was important for us with 2 children to be able to have water service and Aero made us a priority. JC Hollis was our technician - great guy!

Got a service contract with SCE&G and my hot water wasnt hot! I went through some changes with getting other plumbing services to come before next Tuesday (4 days). Aero plumbing agreed to come the day that they were contacted and came earlier then they scheduled! Jon from Aero plumbing came and had to re light my water heater and he sealed up areas that couldve been letting air in. He was very nice. My new plumbing service!

I consider myself somewhat handy around the house. Ive handled many plumbing issues. For the last few months we have been troubled by a problem I couldnt figure out let alone fix. Or friends said they had used Aero with good results. I called them. Two young men came out but couldnt figure out the resolution. They turned it over to there supv. Within minutes he had a resolution to the problem. Aero met there commitment in every way . Communicated, were on time and most importantly fixed the problem. I dont believe you will go wrong with these folks.

Aero Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company in Columbia area. We had several issues, and they were so pleasant, timely, and overall, amazing to work with! Bill is awesome!!!! His work is impeccable, and we would never call anyone else but him after this. Not only was he professional, on time, and got the job done, but he happened to be in the area the following day and stopped by to ensure everything was running smoothly. Their prices are beyond reasonable. We dealt with issues and called several other companies that just took our money, but Bill saved the day and was so kind to us! We could not recommend them more!!

Aero plumbing came to my rescue on Thanksgiving Day. Two hours before my guest were to arrive at my house for a big Thanksgiving dinner, my toilet backed up and overflowed. Home Serves, who I have a maintenance plan with, contacted, Aero Plumbing. They came out within an hour. The plumber, Max, checked out the situation. He knew exactly what was going on and fixed the problem, which was roots in my drain line, within 30 minutes. Just in time for the arrival of my first guest. Max had a great personality, didnt mind at all helping out on a holiday and offered great service. I was so apprehensive of him taking time on Thanksgiving Day on short notice to take care of my emergency. Two other plumbers were contacted before this one and they were unable to assist on the holiday. Thank you Aero Plumbing and Max for saving my day.

Aero was able to do what I needed on site without taking up my entire pedestal sink. Another company quoted me that taking the sink up was the only way to replace my ptrap. Chris was great and replaced my ptrap in about 30 minutes. Would use the company again.

My hot water heater had been out for weeks. Thinking I could fix it myself, I replaced the pilot assembly to no avail. Finally I gave up and called Aero. I described the problem and John assessed the situation, ordered the part and came out almost on the minute he said he would be there. Thinking the gas valve was going to be replaced, he tried the pilot for me again and got it going. After another company came out and told me I would need a new unit for around $2k and thinking I would need a new gas valve to be installed for $325, John first tried the pilot light and got it working. He could have replaced the part he ordered. He could have told me I need a new unit, like the other plumber, but instead he honestly told me what he did and only charged for the truck roll, which was a great relief to me! Its great having hot water! Thanks again!

On a recent evening after noticing a foul odor in the basement, I was horrified to find that the cap on my main cleanout (the big drain pipe that all the toilets & such drain into) had come off! This resulted in a disgusting mess in a finished portion of my basement, and of course it was almost regular closing time for a lot of businesses. We would not be able to use any water or flush a toilet until it was fixed, which does not go over well with 2 teenage boys. After calling other plumbing companies and getting the standard answering machine message call back during regular business hours,” I called Aero Plumbing and they answered. He understood my desperation and said he would be right out. They were very personable, professional & knowledgeable and his rates were fair & competitive. Got the cap replaced quickly & we were back in business. The plumber took the time to answer some questions I had about a do-it-yourselfer plumbing job I had going in a bathroom. I thank him and my sons thank him!

The workers from Aero Plumbing ensured that they didnt track any debris into the house and also made sure that they left the site cleaner than how they found it. I feel they did a fantastic job and even upgraded some of the pipe work to allow better access around the bathroom sink. Finally, they even prepared the necessary paperwork for rebates. Great Job, had a stopped up system (toilet backing up into the tub.... yuck). They sent a tech out in just a few hours. He assessed the problem, a clogg somewhere in the pipes way down the line. We found the outside clean out burried.... Sadly the clog was not in the direction the cleanout was facing so he had to cut an access into the pipe so he could reach the clog in the direction needed. TaDa... cleared. He then went around the house drains inside and poured Thrifty into the drains... all done.Thank you. Well done.
