    Well I would like to start by saying Jean was Very nice and happy to help with everything . And Collin the Service Technician was Outstanding. My Mom lost Power and needed Power ASAP. Collin found the problem and Mr. Daniel helped by getting it Scheduled so Collin could do the Repair. I Thank Collin and Mr. Daniel and Gean for making it happen 🙏.     Fantastic experience with this company with an EV Charger installation. I got quotes from 4 companies and most of them were price gouging, but Sunrise had a completely reasonable quote and had fantastic customer service. Cody did our estimate, Brittany followed up with me about the quote, and Steve did the installation. All were great to deal with and made me confident I went with the right company. The final install was clean and professional, and Steve made it a point to install the charger in a place that would make zero negative impact to my walls. The final work was great and so well done that it looks like it has been here the whole time. Steve also went above and beyond to double check the safety of my existing wiring since we had some initial issues when our house was built. Sunrise is the only electrician I will even call for future electrical work. Fantastic work all around.

    What a wonderful experience with all the people at Sunrise Electric. The first phone call to the office to schedule created positive expectations about the company. Derricks visit to do an estimate for the work was through, quick but not rushed. He didnt mind answering questions. He provided a detailed estimate without any surprise fee for an estimate that another company had wanted. Finally, Justins friendly, professional work not only fixed my problems but saved me from buying a new ceiling fan because he was able to quickly repair and reset the one that was already installed. He also looked at some other fixtures that were concerning me, so my next job is being booked with Sunrise Electric and Justin. Very happy I found them.

    I recently used Sunrise Electric Co. after being told by 3 different electricians that I couldn’t have recessed lights in a 4-story condo with no crawl space. They had recently installed recessed lights for a neighbor with no problem so I gave them a call. Johnny was my contact for a quote after Cody had promptly arrived to meet with me to determine what I needed. Heisel arrived at 9:00 am and due to other electrical requests I had, was with me most of the day. He could not have been more professional, kind, considerate and thorough! The Project Mgr, Jackson, stopped by to make sure I was happy with the work in progress. Anthony came later in the day to assist Heisel as I had a number of items on my list. From beginning to end, this was possibly the best contractor I’ve ever used! I’ve already recommended them to several friends! Thank you so much, Sunrise Electrical…job very well done!

    We had a minor electrical issue with our breaker box. Called Sunrise this morning and said they could have a technician out at 11:00 AM. First, impressed that quick. But, then I get a message he can be here by 10:30. Totally amazing.Cody (the electrician) showed up promptly. Walked through the issue. Have an estimated cost (very fair) and was confident he would have it resolved within that timeframe.Got the problem fixed and pointed out an issue with squirrels. :(. Good to know.Totally cleaned up and checked out a couple issues with our fixtures and squared that away also.Very personable, professional and cares about the work and the customer.     I contracted Sunrise Electric to install an ethernet line and wall ports in my house to run from downstairs to upstairs. They did a fantastic job from start to finish.     I called sunrise electrical for an issue that I had with the outlet for a new washer and dryer. Cody came to the rescue , was very polite and professional and fixed the job fairly quickly and for very cheap! I had other electrical issues that I had not initially called about and he was nice enough to check my electrical outlets and give his assessment without even charging me! I especially like the fact that he recognized that I was a Muslim woman, and upon seeing me, he immediately suggested that he put on his foot coverings. Although I told him it was not necessary only because we had just moved in and things were still a mess, I really appreciated his courtesy. I have a few other electrical tasks that need to be completed in the future and I will definitely be calling sunrise electrical again. Thank you Cody!!!!!

    Hazel and Miles were awesome from day one! Very professional, arrived on time daily, were extremely careful to protect our belongings while working and took care to clean up work site, inside and out, before leaving. They were adamant about wearing booties every time they entered. They communicated job expectations and progress with us daily, and would fully answer questions I had on anything. Kelsey in the front office was awesome, answering the phones late into the evening. When the tech we initially asked for was booked out 3 weeks, the company owner Nick made time to come out and assess our panel safety issue. Outstanding customer service!     Had an EV charger installed in my garage. These guys were fast and efficient! Very reasonable estimate, turn around time was always within days.We did have a slight hiccup with ability to get it installed where I wanted (fault of my homes infrastructure).     Excellent company that truly care about their consumers!We had a emergency situation in which we needed to rewire our old home, fast. They responded quickly and able to work out a schedule that was perfect for us. Kelsey and Nick were very friendly and made sure we understood everything before the job got started.Derrick and Josh were great! They arrive on time every day and always communicated what they were doing that day. We barely noticed that they were there.Not only were they nice and professional, they were profoundly brave. We unfortunately have Camel crickets (Spider crickets) living in the crawl space under our house, and every day they were willing to work alongside them to get the job done. If that doesn’t sound impressive, you’ve most likely never seen them or you drink from the same fountain of courage as the workers from Sunrise Electric.10/10 would recommend.

    The experience was great today. I met your electrician Chris who came in a timely manner was very friendly and professional. He installed a dimmer in the basement of our new home.     Derrick was the Tech who came to diagnose an electrical issue and eventually replace a bad breaker. I called 7 local companies about this issue - Sunrise is the only one that answered and scheduled an appointment. Derricks customer service was impeccable, and also very professional. The prices were fair and he left me and my family with peace of mind that if any other issues were to occur with the work he did, to call Sunrise back and hed be back out. I will be using only Sunrise for future electrical needs and highly recommend anyone else to do so as well.

    Would definitely recommend Travis to anyone looking for an electrician. Ive never had any experience with Sunrise Electric until today. Had an outlet outside that wasnt working, and my rental agency set us up with Sunrise. Had an appointment and met Travis when he arrived (perfectly on time). A professional, friendly man who didnt seem to mind my peeking over his shoulder and asking questions the whole time. Not only did he fix the problem with the outside outlet, but found that it was connected to an inside outlet, and when he opened that outlet up, it was burnt/melted! Fix that too! We had been using the other half of that outlet with our microwave just an hour earlier and had NO idea! This seriously couldve been a house fire electrical problem. Were just really thankful to have had such a friendly and thorough electrician. Its nice to have someone you feel like you can trust when needing help with stuff you have no knowledge about.     I had an outlet out in above my fireplace and then an outlet in the floor. Nick is the kind young man who initially came to my house and he was just as pleasant and can be.John is the gentleman who came and did the work. He was so pleasant and CLEAN.     I had Sunrise Electric come out to replace smoke detectors, and add a few more outlets to my home.At first I thought that they were just going to take my money and not provide service.That was just simply an overlook, and once I called they were great!Appointment went very well, they were within the time that was slotted for the appointment. Colin was great about explaining things, answering questions, and getting the job done.He had to find where the power was coming from and reconnect the wires. He also found a problem with the electrical box powering my HVAC system which he corrected.I am very happy with the service provided.I wouldn’t hesitate to call for service again if I need it.

    Awesome customer service! My AC drip pan overflowed in my attic and caused water to leak through one of my bedroom light fixtures. I wasn’t sure if the wiring was damaged and if the fixture was still useable. Nick came out to assess the problem and determined the wiring was not damaged and a simple fixture replacement was all that was needed. He quickly put in the replacement and cleaned up after himself. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I will definitely be using Sunrise for my future electrical needs. Highly recommend!

    This company installed a pool pump and timer for me and when the pump just stopped running, they immediately came out to see what was happening. It was discovered that one of the wires running from the electric box to the pump outside was broken. They replaced the damaged wire and the pump started right up. Their quick response saved me some money in pool chemicals as well, because if that pump is not running, the pool will turn green.     Sunrise electric rewired my entire home. Nick did an initial inspection of the house and provided several clearly explained options at different price points.Heisel and Miles replaced all of the wiring in the home over the course of three weeks. Not an easy task in a 100 year old home with lathe and plaster walls.My wife and I hardly even knew they were there. They went room by room and we never experienced any disruption at all.     I really cant say enough good things about this company, friendly people on the phone and in person. Our needs were rather extensive and we were nervous about the cost. During the initial meeting we were provided with several quotes which empowered us to be able to make the best economical decision for our family. Once we were ready to commit we were met with a team of electricians who were always on time, very professional and polite, nice to our goofy dog, and who took the time to talk us through each step of the process. It was a three day job and on the day that the power needed to be turned off a generator was provided so I could continue to work. Excellent service!

    We have an old house -- built in 1939... after many other electricians had visited, we called Sunrise for a minor issue and they told us that much of the house had old knob and tube wiring which needed to be replaced to meet current standards. Sunrise did the work (four weeks of a two-man team {including some nasty work in the crawl space}, and three days of plaster repair) -- an expensive project ($$,$$$) but they stayed on the original agreeable budget (some adjustments in actual work place, but entirely appropriate). They were professional, predictable and appropriately congenial to work with on such a big project. They followed up the work by coming back to respond to last issues.In summary, we highly recommend them -- and commend them for their work on our big, complicated project.

    Sunrise Electrical, and more specifically our electrician Derrick, did a great job at quickly identifying our electrical issues late at night. As someone who works on remodels for a living, I know a good electrician when I see one, and Derrick is great. He helped identify our GFI issue in our garage as well as show us where everything is run to each breaker, so we know where to address future problems in the garage. If we have any future electrical issues, I know who I am calling.Also a side note, Derrick worked quickly and quietly enough that even my 2 year old stayed asleep through the whole repair process.     Nick at Sunrise is the absolute best!!! I was doing a complete kitchen remodel with all new wiring and also upgrading my service to 200 AMP and replacing to entire panel. He is responsible and organized and always called me back the same day, even on Sunday.     Fantastic, these guys were terrific. Great outfit. We were in desperate need of a good and honest electric service company. We purchased an older home and remodeled areas. The previous contractor was a sham -- totally messed up the wiring in the home, outside of code and frankly the installation of the panel box was deemed a fire hazard. These guys came in to repair, replace and finish the job. It was a massive 6-8 week job but they were the only ones that were willing to move stuff as needed and cover stuff up. And they were extremely customer service oriented. I would highly recommend them.

Hazel and Jacob were prompt and professional and completed the job quickly. they even cleaned up after themselves and wore shoe coverings before they entered my home.     I recently called because of flickering lights throughout my home and had them to come out to check on my problem. Nick arrived and right away I explained the situation at hand. He check wall sockets in my upstairs laundry room and the dryer hook-up of which I had thought may have been causing the problem. Got right to the core of the problems and corrected them right away. Also, tested the voltage on my breaker box and found it to be low on one side and higher on the other. Said for me to call Dominion and they could come and fix my problem right away seeing it was with a transformer of theirs. Called right after he left and they came no more than 30 minutes later and fixed the problem and everything was back to normal. In all I would highly recommend Sunrise Electric for the service, professionalism, honesty and respect that was given to me during the visit. Cant give more than 5 stars but I would if I was able.

    I would highly recommend this company. The electricians arrived on time, were very professional and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issue immediately and quickly repaired it. I also asked about a few other electrical issues that I was experiencing and they were able to assist with those concerns as well.     We had a fine experience with these folks. Our house is old (1939), so all electrical work is challenging. They relocated a 220v outlet (which required work in the crawl space), added another 110v outlet, upgraded an outside outlet to GFCI, installed a new doorbell and a new ceiling light to replace an old one that was failing. Everything was done well and professionally. We ended up with a callback when one of the outlets needed to be relocated – and they responded promptly and efficiently.They came promptly, as scheduled, worked unobtrusively, and cleaned up effectively.Strongly recommend them.

    Nick came out to my house because something was going on with my electricity. I wanted a new breaker panel installed in my house because of what was already existing. Nick gave me a really good estimate, and temporarily fixes what was messed up. (At no charge) a few days later, he sent out another Electrition (Ralph) and his helper. The helper didn’t know much but worked really hard. Ralph was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole job look effortless. They removed the old panel and installed the new one quickly and efficiently all in one day. They made sure to clean everything up before they left. And kept the areas that they were working in clean Throughout this process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks about an Electrition.

    I needed a generator hooked up to the house for power outages. Sunrise electrical has done several jobs for us over the last few months. Each time they always show up on time and take care of whatever needs to be done. Ive had zero problems with anyone they sent out here theyve all been excellent electricians. We live way out in the country and today Nick brought me lunch. He did not have to do this or was even asked to do it and I cannot promise he will bring you lunch. However if you need electrical work done I highly recommend this company.[EDIT] I wanted to add that most companies wanted like 6-8 grand to even talk about a generator. Nick recommended a DuroMax that puts out 12 Kw and up to 50 AMPs. It was only 1100 bucks and he hooked it up for way less than a grand. So we got a dual fuel generator that runs off gas or propane and the electrical connection to our house for like right at 2 grand all in. Just sayin, it might now cost as much as you think.

    Dammmmmm, I love these guys. We had an incident this morning where our idiot neighbors tree pulled down our power line for the umpteenth time, but this time IT RIPPED THE WHOLE POWER BOX OFF THE WALL. We were screwed. My husband called Sunrise because they are 24/7 even though we figured we would be paying a boatload for Sunday service - we needed it fixed asap though. Nick came out, assessed the mess, have us a fair quote even for Sunday emergency work, said he needed to get parts, left for a short jaunt, then came back and went to town on said mess. He did a BEAUTIFUL job - did not skip one corner and didnt miss any details. When he came into our house he even had booties to cover his shoes even though our house is covered in gross dog. 😍 We will never call anyone else now.(I would bet money that the weirdo that left the 1 star review was drunk)
