    We had an issue that we tried to fix and ended up not being able to turn the water back on for the entire house. It was after 5pm on a Sunday. We called A1 and Doug came out in less than an hour and got it fixed. The price was good for an emergency and it was such a relief to have it fixed so promptly when we though wed not get it fixed till the next day. Great service!

    The best plumber in Columbia hands down. Doug is awesome. He gives a diagnosis, gives you a solution, and knocks it out the right way. Always fair, honest, knowledge beyond measure.     A1 Plumbing is fantastic. Weve used them twice for different jobs (clogged drain and leaky faucet handle), and both times they were reasonable, fast, professional, and did excellent quality work.     I called several plumbers in Columbia to compare prices and scheduling. Of the businesses I was able to reach (several had busy tones or I was sent to voicemail), A1 Columbia Plumbing had the lowest price and could be at my condo the fastest (as soon as 15 minutes). The were familiar with the local area and were able to easily navigate to my building. Two technicians responded. They were both polite and were easily able to fix the problem. Pricing was very reasonable and the technicians were extremely professional.

    I called in at 11:00 AM on a Friday with clogged drain. They said someone would be here between 12:30 and 2:30. At 12:25 Doug pulled into my driveway. He immediately assessed the situation and discovered the problem was in the main. He and another man went to work on it and within an hour the problem was remedied.
