I met Greg after he was referred by a friend. Greg came out to our home promptly. He assessed our project quickly and efficiently having our quote ready within just a few hours. We live in an older home that just needed some updates. Greg’s company has more depth in experience than we have ever seen. Here’s what I’d want you to know. When you google home improvement you are going to get a bunch of hits. Save yourself the time, money and effort and reach out to Dennis Home Improvement. We wish we had initially. Greg Dennis and Joses team were wonderful to work with during our deck tear down and rebuild. They built exactly what we asked for. They finished the job promptly and efficiently without gaps in work days. The team graciously corrected the minor things we asked of them at the completion of the project in a timely manner. Called last week and was referred to contact Francesco. Was at my house the next day for an estimate. The following day my drywall was repaired and bathroom cabinet was returned and mounted! So happy!My damage was over five months old and I was mislead by two other contractors. One never returned my calls, the other told me after three months he was just too busy. Repair was the result of an insurance claim and I had delays, but that was still annoying!Please note in the pictures, I wanted to do the painting myself. Superior work by Francisco and his team!I should have contacted Dennis Home and Francesco when this all started. The work was top notch, very professional, and super fast! Delighted to refer them in the future and glad to know I have their number added to my contacts for another other repairs in the future!

Larry Dennis & Son Home Improvement re-roofed our home this week. They removed 2 layers of shingles, old tar paper, and replaced some boards that needed to be replaced. They put down new roofing felt, architect shingles, and reflashed where necessary. We are very confident with the work, and know Larry Dennis stands behind his work as this is not the first time we have done business with Mr Dennis. His crew is hard working and attentive to detail. I was concerned about many boxwoods and other plants that surround our home, but the crew was very careful with all the plants and no damage was done. The crew did an excellent job of cleanup. Thank you for a job well done.

Greg Dennis and his team are amazing. From the reasonable quote to the extras I added along the way- I wont go with anyone else! We had a screened porch demolished and rebuilt, encountered a few house problems (rotten header board!) along the way that Greg quickly responded to in order to correct. The new porch is more beautiful than I could have imagined. We also ended up having them to remove/install new French doors, a window and exterior siding. The crews were great to work with - they got along wonderfully, worked HARD and cleaned up daily! I wont hesitate to call them for future projects!

I wholeheartedly recommend these folks if you are in need of some work.I was given their information by a friend and have been thoroughly pleased with everything. Mr. Davis is quick, courteous, knowledgeable, and really cares about getting the job done right for the customer.I worked with them to identify and repair a water leak done on my mothers house. Mr. Davis immediately pointed out that two sections of the roof were improperly done by the folks who did her roof 8 years ago and drafted up some quotes. He went out of his way to drive out of town to obtain shingles that would match the house, even though the location was on the backside. They even got to the work within a week or two of scheduling, and it wouldve been a little sooner if not for a bit of rain. That kind of service is rarely found, at least from my experiences.If you want professional work done and to walk away feeling like you got more than your monies worth, this should be your pick.

We contacted Dennis Home Improvement and spoke to Greg Dennis about renovating the entire exterior of our home. Mr. Dennis came out and gave us a very detailed estimate so there was no surprise cost. The renovation included tearing down an old front porch and replacing it with a new one, installing vinyl siding to the entire house, gutters, doors and building a two car carport with a breezeway. His team was very professional and came out everyday and worked so diligently until the entire job was completed. Mr. Dennis also came out several times per week to make sure everything was going well. We are so excited about the outcome of our home. It is beyond our expectations. Mr. Dennis and his team did an excellent and professional job!! Just like the website states “We give you the home of your dreams”, and that’s exactly what we got! We highly recommend Dennis Home Improvement for your home improvement!!

We couldn’t have asked for a more professional and courteous crew. Every detail was considered and handled more thoroughly thane even we would have done ourselves. Yep of our neighbors came by during the installation to let us know that they too had used Dennis Home Improvement for their roofs and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Adam, the crew supervisor, made sure everything was done perfectly. He even painted a portion of our facia that we couldn’t get to so it would be done before the gutters were installed. The job site was thoroughly cleaned before he left and our new roof and gutters look amazing.

We have used Greg Dennis and DHI in the past to construct our front and rear porches of our home. They did such an amazing job with the project they were one of our first calls when we needed the roof replaced on our home. Adam came out and gave us a fair and honest quote quickly and was able to get us scheduled right away to have our roof replaced. The team worked quickly to have the job done in two days and made sure that all of the debris was properly removed and they did the best job at not leaving a trace behind them. We are overly excited with the final outcome and have several more items on the to do list that we will be contacting Greg and his team to handle for us.

My father in law was so pleased with the job that he shared “You would never know they had been there after the job was completed..” We wanted to add a patio cover on our new home and contacted Gregg Dennis. His construction recommendation was spot on and gave me even more confidence in their work as he explained the addition would be done to tie into our home rather than a stand alone addition and I like that. I hired Dennis Home Improvement to complete our back patio extension, and finish the room over the garage. Overall we are 100% satisfied with the work that was done. Communication is a big thing with me and Greg was there to answer questions, or handle issues through the entire time.I reached out and got a quote very quickly. I had already had an idea what the overall cost was for both jobs based on research and building my shed. When the quote came back the overall cost was dead on what I had estimated. They started framing on day one and by the end of day 2 the new patio cover was built and shingled. Trades came to hang drywall, as well as electrical for the patio and mini split. Then the drywall was tapped, then sanded/painted the next day. I had noticed an issue with some of the tape joints and Greg had the trades out there the next day to correct.During the rough in inspection there were a couple of things identified. Greg had the crews out the next morning, and by lunch the rough in inspection passed. From that point the siding crew was out to install facia, soffits, ceiling, and siding. There were times when they seemed very technical, and others not so much. With that being said anything I identified was corrected. Patrick from Retro Air, LLC was out to install the mini split. I was installing the vent hoods, and Patrick didn’t hesitate to provide advice with a ducting question. Even after the final inspection passed Greg noticed two pieces of siding that had a dent. He is having his guys replace those. I would definitely hire Dennis Home Improvement again.So as I said communication was amazing, but during most of the days there wouldn’t always be someone at the site that spoke English which is not a plus. So if I saw something it would be hard to explain. With that being said I could reach Greg by phone easily and he would jump on top of it. Another con are the two things identified by the inspector. Not that the inspector found them but that it got to inspection with the two issues.I will be finishing the outdoor kitchen area, as well as flooring and trim in the FROG. Lightning struck a tree in our backyard and caused significant damage to the exterior of our home! Fortunately, no one was harmed during this event.I was frantic and stressed, worried about broken windows, damaged roof, cracked siding, etc. Homeowners Insurance kicked in but I was still left to find vendor(s) who could get the job done.A Google search led me to Dennis Home Improvement and the fact that they offered all of the services I needed made it even better. Greg came for the initial visit and was very polite and professional. He explained what he saw and the repairs/replacements that were needed. He was understanding in terms of payments and that everything was going through insurance.Dennis Home Improvement was timely and worked with me to provide documents I needed for insurance. Every person I worked with from Dennis Home Improvement was friendly and helpful. I recommend them to everyone I know that needs exterior work done!

These folks did everything better than expected. If I have another roofing, siding, or window issue they will be the first and maybe the only contractor I would call.They met the schedule came on time (would you believe that they came at 6:30AM when it is pitch black outside!) worked hard all day and left the site clean of any debris. My house was built several years ago and I am still picking up lose roofing nails! Not with Dennis Home Improvement, all the loose nails were picked up. I have not found one loose nail! They used first class materials and properly installed everything. When we hit a bump in the road, they quickly solved the issue, sometimes before I asked, without any contract issues.My only wish is: I wish they did other types of home improvements.If you do not use Dennis Home Improvement you are making a big mistake!

Cant believe how fast Dennis Home improvements got this done, how great it looks and the fact it came in well below our budget and other companies estimated. Had a large sized tree fall on the back of my home that damaged the roof and severely damaged the back attic truss and broke the ceiling of a room under the truss. I called Greg and described what happened and he was at my home in less than two hours. Greg and Jose assessed the damage and Greg rescheduled some work he had Jose and his crew on and they started repairing the roof, truss and ceiling the next day. Greg got the shingles perfectly matched up that needed replacing as well as the aluminum siding facia that the tree ripped off the house. The repairs made look great and the truss was repaired and extra bracing was added to make it stronger than the original. I highly recommend Greg and his talented work crews for any roofing and siding upgrades or repairs you need. Greg went above and beyond to make my emergency go away quickly because he cares and that is a human factor you find missing in many contractors today.

I discovered a problem that appeared to be serious water damage/rot to the structure of my home. Even though was out of town they came by to get an idea of what was happening they saw enough to know I had a time sensitive issue. They said they would try to get to me in a few weeks and I said fine lets do it. They came out to provide a detailed estimate and realized it was a bit worse and quickly schedule me for the repair. All of this while I was away. They can out the following Monday and I was there. They arrived on time and got to work. Small efficient crew that knew what they were doing. Their leadership came out several times during the day to check on the progress and they finished it in a day. I watched the work they did and they explained it to me when I had questions. The repair looked great and they even did some other minor fixes to the siding they saw. After that they cleaned everything up and left. The invoice was what I was quoted, no surprises. Im trying to get a time scheduled with them now for an estimate to cover my patio so yes I would use them again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor with great history in the area and that does quality, timely work without surprises at the end.

Excellent customer service starting with Mr. Dennis, Sr. who promptly returned my calls and came by to view my windows and provided a temporary fix for my problem. We also discussed my need to update my windows and he provided me with a reasonable estimate. Mr. Dennis Sr. then followed up a few days later with a model demonstration of the windows I requested, and his son Greg and another member of the team came by a few days later to measure my windows, confirm the final details for my new windows, and their office took care of pulling the necessary permits. The members of the Dennis Home Improvement business were upfront about the time-line and possible delays, but promised to proceed as soon as possible. To my surprise, they were able to schedule the installment of the new windows much earlier than anticipated. Omar, Randy, and Marty did an excellent job installing the new windows and cleaning up and hauling away the rubbish from the work site. Replacing windows is not a cheap project. However, I would highly recommend Dennis Home Improvement for such a project as they kept their word, did an excellent job, and made the process as quick and convenient as possible. Thank you.

I contacted D.H.I for my porch repair,and roofing replacement.Called for ideas to fix a previous contractor build,but after speaking with Greg,he put my mind at ease about the work so much so that we decided to have DHI to do a complete roof retile and repair.They even offered financing,which for us was a great option.Work was done as scheduled,super fast,neatly,and efficiently with care for our bushes and things.Roof repairs done,looks great already more quiet and comfortable inside.Excellent choice.

My husband hired Dennis Home Improvement to put a new roof on his mothers house. Mr. Dennis did a fantastic job and he worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure all costs were covered. I referred him to one of my friends and he built a carport onto their home that looks fantastic, perfectly matched the existing roofline and shingles, and it made her house look twice as large!!
