    Simply the best service in Chattanooga. They have done multiple projects for us including installing a gas range and a new HVAC unit. Ive never experienced better service from any company, ever.     DynaMech was great from start to finish. Everyone arrived at the scheduled time, all were courteous, responsive to any questions and worked hard for three days to seal our HVAC duct work and blow insulation into our attic (including one day when the temperature was a record 101 degrees outside!)Now 3 months later I needed my HVAC unit replaced. I was seen quickly, given a quote on multiple options and 2 days later the new unit was installed. Their service was impeccable and I am well pleased.

    Thursday morning about 9:00am Sam and Daniel arrived at my garage to install my new pioneer split unit heat and air unit. They ask where I wanted it on the wall and went right to work. They were very polite and professional. I thought it would take all day to install. They had it up and running in about 5hrs. I was very impressed and thankful. Love my new unit. Its working great and it looks great. These guys are 5 stars.

    First time that DynaMech Solutions has provided a tune up for each of our AC/Heat systemsā€”one for the entire house; two other split units for the garage and adjacent apartment.Received a text that Mitch and Bailey would arrive about 15 minutes early for the scheduled noon appointment. Sure enough, they arrived as promised.After the work was completed, we were surprised to receive a catalog of photos to illustrate whats involved in the heating tuneups. A series of several dozen photos showing a variety of images of the units as they were testedā€”including the heat pump and its air handler (which Mitch serviced); the condensing units and the fan coil units; plus before and after images of the split units filters that Bailey had cleaned.Overall, were thrilled with the quality of service provided by DynaMech Solutions. We recommend them for all HVAC service. They provide electrical and plumbing services, too. We havent needed services in those areas, but if we do, well call on DynaMech Solutionsā€”a group of honest folks who give their best effort to do the work right the first time.

    I hired Dynamech to replace our ductwork entirely after we found out there was a mold problem in our HVAC. They also installed a mini split in our upstairs. They were wonderful! They even followed our mold protocol without any problems and communicated perfectly with me. In a time where I was very stressed, I didnā€™t have to worry about the HVAC side of things. They took care of everything so professional and in such a timely manner that worked with our schedule.

    The entire process with DynaMech Solutions has been a pleasant experience. For the estimate, Austin arrived on time as promised, completed his evaluation of the insulation project, and provided an estimate while here--no need to wait for an email. Austin also went a couple of extra miles by inspecting two additional areas. In one area, he detected a potential electrical hazard and recommended a solution, which we agreed to include with the insulation project.When the day arrived for the insulation installation, the team of Bailey and Matt arrived as promised for an early start. On an extremely hot August day (94 degrees), Bailey and Matt worked as a team, alternating with one of them in the attic while the other fed the insulation into the machine. With the installation completed, they packed up their equipment and vacuumed the runaway bits of insulation for a thorough cleanup. We couldnt ask for a better experience. DynaMech has our 100% recommendation.

    Isaac, Austin, and Matt were phenomenal.I called DynaMech towards the end of September when a storm had kaput my compressor. Isaac was prompt in getting out to the house at his earliest convenience to give me a quote. He was polite, informative, and patient. Of the 7 local companies I had quotes from, DynaMech went above and beyond the quote giving me several different options, breaking down the cost, and explaining in detail how to qualify for 2 rebates totaling $3500.When budget concerns arose, Austin spent a few evening phone calls going over how we could adjust everything and what was needed and not needed. He was patient in my frustrations regarding some of the equipment options and never tried to sway me one way or another.During the installation process, they were here on time. They did a great job ignoring my new puppy (per my request) and ran everything by me before making anything permanent. They gave me back precious floor space in my basement. They kept everything tidy and cleaned up after themselves. And they kept an AMAZING attitude the whole time.I cannot say enough how much I recommend these guys. I feel valued as a customer and taken care of as a part of the DynaMech community. Iā€™m beyond pleased and unwaveringly confident with my decision and purchase.     My first experience was with Austin for my estimate. He was was so very nice and so informative about what I needed. Explained everything to me so I could understand. Not only will our utility bills decrease, but we will also receive an $800 rebate through TVA and will be submitting for a $2000 federal tax credit. Couldnt be happier with this HVAC purchase and DynaMechs work on this project for us.

    Very impressed with DynaMech and the crew that installed my heat pump water heater. Ive used so many plumbing and HVAC contractors in my personal and work life that I think I can easily say this is a solid 5-star review (and I dont give many 5-star reviews due to being picky with who works on my house). Process was smooth, work crew was great, quoting was simple and very efficient with online apps. Water heater was not a Lowes or Home Depot brand, this was a commercial brand with improved components for longer life (like gasket materials, heavier tank wall, etc.,).DynaMech also takes the lead on getting the information needed for TVA rebate program as well as the Federal Energy Tax credit. Combined, this should cover about half of the cost with the other half expecting to payoff within 7 years of operation due to less electrical usage.I installed a larger water heater for the home (66 gallon) so slightly longer recovery times with a heat pump water heater want be an issue for morning showers. I would suggest you do the same if interested in this type of water heater. The cost to upsize is incremental vs. the extra capacity you gain.Lastly, DynaMech also brought me up to code with an expansion tank, new PRV valve for the house (mine had failed), insulated lines from the stud walls, plus a few extras like electrical enclosed in liquid tight conduit, PVC line for condensate drain and NO PEX tubing, all crimped brass fittings and pipe.Give Austin B. or Isaac a call with any Plumbing or HVAC need (residential or commercial). You will be amazed at the workmanship!

    I used DynaMech for the first time this past month to provide routine HVAC maintenance. They were punctual, friendly, thorough and thoughtful. Two items of note: (1) because it was a REALLY hot day, they offered to come back when the weather cools off to test the heating unit (at no additional charge) and (2) they didnt try to hard sell me a new system, even though mine is over 15 years old. They pointed out some issues to keep an eye on and promised to help me keep it working as long as they could. Everyone should give Austin, Isaac and their team a try!

    If I could give 10 stars, I would. I would recommend Mr Austin for any HVAC needs. He is informative, honest, fair, and swift.     So my AC went out last night (Friday), and we hardly got any sleep. Bright and early this morning, hubby called this company, and they responded right away. Turns out we needed some parts replaced, and these guys could have easily Jesse Jamesed us, but they were very helpful, and even helped us save money. They were knowledgeable and professional, and very courteous as well. Things are much cooler now, and all I can say is thanks guys! They recently did a ā€œtune upā€ on my residential HVAC unit and found my capacitor was out of range so they replaced it. Iā€™m looking forward to seeing the savings on my electric bill! The whole process was so easy and convenient. They followed the schedule perfectly, sent a text letting know before arrival, another once completed, sent me the details in an invoice for my records and I never had to do a thing!
