I recently had the pleasure of working with Allstar Electric, and I cant recommend them highly enough. I was in the middle of a tricky remodel project that required installing 600 feet of underground conduit and completely rewiring both an existing house and a 600-square-foot addition. This task was daunting, not just because of its complexity but also due to the challenges with the local utility company. Initially, the utility company wanted to charge $6,000 to run new wire from the road to my house because the voltage was insufficient. Fortunately, Allstar Electric was on my side and helped negotiate with the utility company, saving me that $6,000.Allstar Electric went above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire process. Their team was not only skilled and efficient but also incredibly helpful in navigating the issues with the utility company. Thanks to their expertise, they saved me both time and money, making the whole project run smoother than I had anticipated.The professionalism and dedication displayed by Allstar Electric were truly impressive. They tackled the challenging aspects of the job with ease and ensured everything was completed to the highest standard. I am not sure now how I found Allstar Electric, but the process and interactions were positive and professional. Austin, who did the work on both occasions, was knowledgeable and skillful, and did a very good job. He was on time and communicated how to use the installation. Allstar came in when we tried to DIY our complete gut and remodel on the house. We were completely over our heads with electrical and gave them a call. They did great work rewiring the whole house and hooking up our fixtures. Fair price too! Showed up on time, communicated very well before and during the process. Always asked questions about what we wanted (placement, etc) to make sure it was to our liking.

These guys were 1/4 the price (honestly 4 times less$) of 2 other estimates! They cared about me - the small peanut customer - that just needed a two hour fixture install! I wasnt the BIG MONEY job that the others care only about. Dont bother with ANY other electricians except AllStar Electric (these guys) Cleveland! Cole showed up on time and even gave me a credit! I always received an email, text and call reminding me of their appointment or when they were on the way. The above three men were actually the ones that did the work at my home, and they were respectful and considerate of my needs.Gage handled issues that were covered under my home warranty, Josh came out to give me estimates for the installment of outside electric outlets and Cole actual installed the outlets.Yes, this is a company and 3 men that I would recommend to others

They did an amazing job on my home. I requested a full home inspection and they came out and fixed everything I needed fixed in order to feel safe for a very good price. The guys they send out are always down to earth and very personable and helpful. They have also suggested diff things to us that we could do ourselves at home to save us some money. Overall I feel like this is an honest company to work with. We’ve gotten some pretty high quotes from other companies as well.

Very professional and caring. I had a combination issue with my plumbing and electrical, so I thought because that is what my plumber at the time was telling me. Within a couple of hours of requesting an electrician at the last minute, an Allstar technician was at my door. Very courteous, friendly, and knowledgable. Upon inspection of what my plumber had told me must be done before he could change my hot water heater, was nothing at all. Needless to say I canceled my plumber immediately and another fabulous plumber came to my rescue - again on the spur of the moment. We were very impressed with Jay & Josh who came out for the estimate. There was plenty of discussion along with suggestions and we didnt feel rushed or given a ridiculous estimate. We were a little concerned when we saw how young the electricians were but Cole & Gage proved their knowledge and capabilities with their excellent work. They were so much fun to work with & very patient with my OCD on things being lined up and straight when installing lights above our bathroom sinks with medicine cabinets. We would definitely recommend & also use Allstar again!

While doing a remodel on our home we needed some changes done to the electrical. Josh came out and gave us a quote, The two electricians who did the work were polite and helpful with recommendations. We are going to do some lighting updates and will be doing that with Allstar also. I am a retired heating & air conditioning contractor who had worked in the trade for almost 50 years with other trades people, mostly electricians. From the start I was impressed with Allstars professionalism, I would recommend them without any reservations.

Used these guys for some emergent electrical repairs at my home and can say without a doubt they are my favorite electricians in the area. I have hired a bunch of different electricians in the Chattanooga area and this company’s service in second to none. Josh spent half an hour troubleshooting with me over the phone and gave some guidance on some issues that I was able to take care of myself and had one of his guys (Cole) come out the next day and fix an absolute mess of wiring for much of the lighting in the main part of my home. Cole came in and went straight to work and they fixed every issue I had with the electrical in my home. I will definitely use these guys again and will be recommending them everyone I know in need of electrical work.

The 60 amp breaker had a long order time and they went above and beyond to install a 50 amp breaker in the meantime to allow me to run my appliance until the part came in. All star electric came to my home in a last minute need for what we thought was an estimate on an expensive fix. The very friendly receptionist said she had some guys in the area and called them to see if they would mind stopping by. Within 20 minutes Josh and Jay showed up at our home and listened to our concerns. Not only did they save us from spending way too much money on things we didn’t need they got to the problem and fixed a minor issue that would’ve been major with any other company. They made some helpful suggestions to help us upgrade our system in the near future at a fraction of the prices for many other companies. I am very impressed with the honesty of the Allstar Electric technicians. While I was told by another company that I needed a replacement of the electrical panel, I felt I needed a second opinion, because of an outrageous estimate. Allstars technicians checked out the panel and informed me that the panel was in perfect order. There was no charge! They were very polite, on time, and I sure will use them if Ill need an electrician in the future.

All three men were very professional and explained things to me in a way that I could easily understand what they were doing. We asked for an estimate to install an emergency generator, Jay came out, he is extremely knowledgeable and told us our application was a bit different and required a specific transfer switch that is unique to one manufacturer. Additional research bore this out and Jay saved us a lot of time, money and aggravation. He even texted us information and suggestions from the road later that day. Annalise (my apologies in advance for the probable misspelling) in the office was extremely accommodating and understood our concerns with the schedule, she is invested in the process and it shows. Electrician couldnt locate problem and suggested coming out with an expensive piece of equipment to trace test. Of course, this would cost more money. Supposed to send estimate, didnt receive. Later learned that all that was needed was to reset the GFI circuit. We did that and it resolved the issue. Seems like a certified electrician would have known that. After contacting Allstar everything was resolved, nice to see companies stand by their word. Will do business with them again.
