I was able to get a good fare honest opinion about my vintage battery also was pointed in the direction of replacing it with the company that does vintage batteries for my car they charged me only $10 to do a complete check of my battery and recharging it to see if it would hold and it did not so we got a new one so keep up the good work we were recommended to Kirks battery from Als service in Parma.

Extremely helpful professional kind and loving efficient the nice gentleman from inside was even helping me with advice as we both walked out the door and he was like 20 ft away he still was talking to me I was talking to him it was great very nice people. One more thing this isnt a complaint so dont get the wrong idea but this is for Google cuz Im sure theres a professional team that will look this message over and they will see this feedback please note that when I was on my way to go back to get the core charge for the battery it kept taking me, I mean the GPS it kept taking me to a bridge which Kirk battery was right below the bridge so I had to go a certain way to get there its very important that you look into that because it took me quite some time maybe 15 minutes to actually maybe 20 to actually get there because I went way back in between these buildings and the factory and it was just a circle dead end once again Im not complaining Im communicating so please note this check into it and ill think of some more feedback to let you all know thank you for the opportunity and just one more thing, its important as was a rebuilt battery that was put into my moms car it was only 45 bucks with a core charge of $15 to take the old battery back though get the 15 which leaves only spending $45 for a battery thats not bad at all in the car ( IS ) running great I think thats actually important feedback as well. One more thing to add I do try to speak to the phone voice text so there may be some things that are not exactly professionally correct I apologize shouldnt be anything inappropriate but I just want to let you know this,

I called and talked to Bob and he sounded like a really nice gentleman of a guy. I asked him if he had a battery for my car and he said yes. He said he had a reman battery that was just a couple months old and I asked him to put my name on it for me. He said ok.I asked Bob if I could change my battery out in the parking lot and he said yes so I asked Bob if he had the socket wrench that I needed there that I could borrow to replace the battery in the parking lot.Bob said yeah we do and no problem.I asked Bob if he would be there when I get there and he said no he’s going to be out on deliveries.I get there and the guy there brings out the wrong size battery and I immediately say that’s not the right battery.He tells me that it is and that someone must have modified my battery box. He says to go take a picture.I do so and come back and it’s a larger battery and he gets me that one. My battery box was not modified.. The battery Kirk sold me was the OEM size battery. The price of the battery was very affordable thanks Kirk Battery for the great deal on the battery‼️I kindly ask him if I could please borrow the wrench and he says we don’t have any tools. So i mention that I asked Bob to borrow a wrench and he hands me a socket wrench.I appreciate the great deal on the battery!Thanks Bob and thanks Kirk Battery Co for the battery!Support local Cleveland businesses!! 💪✊🖤

This is the only place that I will buy a car battery. They are not general mechanics, they only do batteries. That’s not a criticism. They know batteries extremely well. As a bonus, way better warranties AND cheaper than buying a battery at aut- z-ne or similar. This, imo, is the only correct place to buy a battery in Cleveland.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIR SERVICE! This man went above and beyond for us. We came for a battery connector replacement. He cleaned the connectors and applied protective sealant on them to prevent them from getting corroded again. He told us that our current battery is in good condition and didn’t need replacing. That it’s from 2018. He didn’t even charge us for the cleaning of the connectors! We asked him how much and he said nothing just enjoy your day! Nowadays businesses just want your money and will do anything to upswell you on things you never needed or even asked for. Not here. He’s a genuine person that helps you with what you ask for and who’s goal isn’t just money. That’s so extremely rare in todays world and deserves all the credit!!!!!! 20/10 recommend this business for any battery needs you might have! You can definitely put your trust in them and the job will get done quickly and efficiently and any waitrons or concerns will be taken care of! Worry free car battery help 😉 We’ll be recommending him to every and anyone!

The best battery bang for the buck in town! All they do is batteries. New five-year Nationwide warranty batteries are $95ish. Remanufactured 1-year local warranty batteries are $40 and they must put them in new cases because they look like they are brand new. They charge $10 for install. Very happy to have found out about these guys. Ill never buy another battery from the auto parts store again.

I dont know why some people talk about this place.....maybe they like to expend way much more on a autopart....all this autoparts they ripoffs.....they check the battery and always the same thing....is bad....so you can buy one from them.....I took 3 diffrent Barrys in 3 diffrent occasions....they said...they bad...I took them to kirks....check them...went back the next day...guess what....2 still on the cars...1 was bad....what that tell you...get it??
