Cleveland Electrical is a class act. Jason and James did a ton of work for me on an insurance claim and were extremely helpful. They installed a new meter, mast, panel, and did lots of rewiring. They are timely, professional, and very organized. All the estimates come by email itemized out and you can even Apple Pay them. It emails you a PDF receipt automatically. Very helpful dealing with insurance. I could not recommend these guys enough - without a doubt the best contractors I have ever used for anything at my home. If you have a job that needs to be done correctly and quickly for a fair price, I am certain that these are the right guys to call.

Want to give a shout out to Jason at Cleveland electric 😊 I talked to Jason yesterday about my electric only working half in my house. Instead of him taking advantage of my situation,he took the time to explain it to me.He told me in this case its usually the electric company that has to fix it.He was right ☺️ He could have easily charged me $150 service charge,but he didnt. I will remember him if I do have any electric problems.such a nice, compassionate guy ☺️

Our meter, pole, and main electrical wire were ripped right off our house from a storm. The power company said we needed an electrician in order to get our power back on. With such shot notice on a Saturday afternoon around 3:30 I called them and Jason took my call, finished a job he was on, and was out by 6:15 with the job 100% completed by about 8:30! Jason was very professional and was also understanding when I had a problem making my payment. He also went over to my neighbors the next day on a Sunday and repaired the same issue. I would absolutely contact them again if I need an electrician.

Jason and James came out to replace two sub panels, I opted to add more work for them and they took it all in great stride. Quick, great quality, competitive pricing, professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Can’t ask for much more. A plus was them being great with my very curious dog! Will use them again shorty to install fixtures.

Jason and his team did a fantastic job on a variety of projects including grounding ungrounded outlets, installing recessed lighting, removing track lighting and replacing with new light fixtures, installing bathroom exhaust fans and replacing every outlet, switch and cover plate in our home. During the initial consultation, Jason had great ideas on how we could maximize lighting around the house which led us to adding recessed lighting in a large family room. He was up front with his pricing and availability and was responsive throughout the process. The work was completed timely and with high attention to detail. Everything looks (and works) great and Jason will be the first person we call for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend!

The house had a little fire and Cleveland Electrical came in within 48 hours on a weekend to work on upgrading the panel and the meter box. They did an amazing job in getting this resolved quickly and worked with the city to pass inspection and get the electricity restored. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I recently purchased a new home built in the 50s that needed a new panel upgrade and several outlets that needed grounding. Jason and his team did a phenomenal job installing a new electric panel for our home and making sure all outlets and connections were up to date and safe for use. They even offered to install different outlet covers so they matched our wall colors! They are professional, honest, reasonably priced, and very personable! We couldnt be happier with the end result! It was overwhelming deciding on a company to service my mother-in-law’s nearly 100 year old home. So happy and thankful for Jason and staff at Cleveland Electrical. Jason immediately diffused the stress of our needs by his kindness in asking questions, listening and performing the work needed in an efficient and timely manner. He was prompt, neat and extremely considerate of my mother-in-laws concerns. She is now able to operate her fireplace light WITH the heater on and not fear burning the house down! He also kindly replaced a damaged plug on another space heater for her. Can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you, Jason!!

I had an electrical issue at my home. I called Cleveland Electrical and spoke with the owner Jason. Jason and his co-worker fit me in that day, came to my house, looked over my issue and then later in the evening he had emailed me a breakdown of everything. Jason and his co- worker , came to my house the following day and completed the job. He walked me through and explained everything in detail. He was very professional, friendly, had a good sense of humor and seemed to really care about his work. I would recommend them.

First, let me start off by; I have 5 children, 5 dogs, and 7 cats! Having any type of service professional in our home is usually an act of congress!When my wife and I bought a new stove after purchasing our house, we had no idea the electrical was not up to code passing up an inspection; And switching from gas to electric was such a big deal.Jason not only came in a quoted us a very fair price to install a sub panel, he brought everything up to code for half of the price quoted by other electricians. In our household money is very tight, so being new to Cleveland, his fairness certainly went the extra mile. At first we were worried we wouldn’t have all the money, thankfully we were able to. He even switched our stove’s power cord to the proper one as I bought the wrong one and grounded our water heater and didn’t charge extra.We want to thank him and his crew so very much for all the hard work they were able to do in our circumstances; it certainly shows heart.

In this greed-driven economy that we live in I cannot sufficiently articulate how refreshing it was to work with Jason and his wonderful technician James during our electrical emergency. Our neighbors tree fell into our yard and took out our power lines and the pole connected to our house. Not having an electrician to call I immediately went to Google started calling electricians, who, for the most part were unavailable or more concerned with draining our pockets then helping us but Jason was immediately responsive, genuinely cared about our situation and proactive in communication and working on a solution. If you know like I know then you understand how truly rare it is to find an electrician of this moral magnitude! James arrived exactly when scheduled with a professional and friendly demeanor and got to work immediately repairing our disaster all the while reassuring me that we were in good hands and he sure delivered in grand fashion working as the sun went down, racing against the rain and restoring our power in darkness! Cleveland Electrical exceeded every one of my hopes and expectations and saying that I appreciate them is a tremendous understatement. I will call them for any electrical needs in the future and if you want the best that Cleveland has to offer I strongly suggest that you call them too!
