We just had a whole house generator put in by Anderson Power last week. They did a wonderful job installing everything. Today Justin came out to hook up an additional surge protector, and to test run the unit. We were very impressed by how thorough he was. I am so happy that we decided on this company.

Justin Champaign is top notch. He goes above and beyond, not just going through the motions. Justin diagnosed an issue with the regulator at the generator and advised replacement. Before replacing the regulator he tested the propane supply pressure again to ensure the issue was in fact the regulator. Confirmed the supply pressure was appropriate and completed the replacement. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Appreciate all you do Justin!

Anderson performed a service on my unit. I continue to be amazed at the high level of professionalism of the people and the company. The service technician is always on time and very knowledgeable. I would strongly suggest that if you are looking for a backup generator you should select Anderson.

Service tech Sean was extremely professional, informative, knowledgeable, and HONEST.Arrived early, we discussed generator issues, and he went to work. Found the problem immediately, resolved and tested to verify.Performed annual maintenance and checked/ verified all settings, downloaded new software updates and as a final test we did a power outage transfer.As a new customer, it’s refreshing to be able to converse with a technician who’s fully knowledgeable about the systems he’s servicing.M King.

The service was a little more expensive than I had anticipated, but I believe I received my monies worth. I would recommend their service anytime , and I will continue to use Anderson Power Services in the future.

This is the second time Justin serviced my generator, and each one was a professional and knowledgeable experience. Justin first came out right before the hurricane and fixed my generator and actually explaining the details showing the “moving parts” of how it works. I learned more from that one experience than on Generac’s own website! The second visit he went through the generator in detail for the maintenance and you can actually hear the difference. And once again, learning from him.I’m looking for a Generac for a new build, I hope the prices are affordable!

Justin with Anderson Power did his usual superlative job on scheduled maintenance for my generator. Courteous, professional, friendly, and thorough. Takes care of my equipment as if it were his own. Could not ask for more!! Last visit he alerted me to the fact that my whole house surge protection didn’t actually protect the generator itself so he installed a KGSP-1 surge protector to remedy this.

After seeing everything Cameron checked (battery, fuel pressure, brushes, voltage, etc.), I am going to leave it to the pros. The job is much more involved than a simple oil change.
