I highly recommend TGE for your solar system purchase and implementation. They were very knowledgeable, very patient with all my questions and changes and delivered on time with a great team that showed up on time, worked in 90+ degrees weather all day and got a very nicely done installation completed in a shorter than anticipated timeline. Overall, from sales to delivery and operation one of the smoothest purchases I made in the last 20+ years. Oct 2024 Our solar panels had not functioned for some time and when we had our roof replaced TGE Solar was recommended by our contractor. The company we bought the panels from had gone bankrupt. TGE found the issue right away- critters chewed through the wires! Barry got right on the job with a quote and was ready to go once our roof was done. The panels were reinstalled with new wires and critter guard added to prevent wire damage. I appreciated Barry checking in numerous times during the project to ensure all was going as required. Great customer service. The employees were courteous and timely. Very professional business and employees. I highly recommend TGE Solar company. Our solar company of choice!

Our TGE experience was simply flawless from start to finish. Our Solar Panel Proposal was provided without the normal sales pressure and in a very educating manner with sound facts. Once we signed, TGE handled all of the process starting with the site survey and all needed approvals with transparency and great communication. The installation team finished the project in one day and we were able to utilize the panels within one week. We were happy to have the solar insure assurance and have a local company (Blue Ash) to service us. I would highly recommend TGE for your solar energy choice to help battle the escalating costs of Duke Energy !

I had 17 panels and a Franklin battery installed a year ago and I am very pleased. I was concerned about service after installation and my worries are over. For example, they were proactive by noticing an inverter was out and had a new one ordered before I knew I had a problem. Drew just installed it. Of course my utility bill is much lower but more important to me is not worrying about the power being out for a long period.

We had signed a contract with a different solar company, that ended up closing. Loie our salesperson, moved to TGE and got us a new contract and better financing than we had before. He got us installed in less than 30 days.Daniel, our electrician, was there before the rest of the installers and kept us informed throughout the whole process.They were very professional. There was an issue with one of the inverters and they kept us updated for when the replacement would be installed. A very good experience.

Kam and the team at TGE solar were amazing. When researching solar, I found myself overwhelmed at first. I talked with two other companies before getting connected with Kam at TGE. They really took the time to answer all my questions and explain things in the simplest way. I felt other companies were trying to overcomplicate their models and pricing making it impossible to compare but TGE was fair and transparent. The equipment has worked great and the install went smooth. The team has followed up multiple times to make sure my needs are met and I’m understanding the metrics online. Added more solar to our existing system in 2023. The process was smooth. A year later, we had the system go down for a month. They sent a tech out within the week of calling. It was determined the 60A fuses had been blown. (Presumed from a storm or industrial building down the road from us having large transformers installed.) They replaced the fuses and compensated for the lost production. Stellar customer service.

I looked for a solar company for little under a year including TGE and nothing seemed to fit my needs. Than I got an email back from them that their loans have changed to 0% for 12 years and keep the tax credit. All because they worked with a local bank. This was what I needed, they already had the best pricing, even $8000 under ion solar they just needed a good loan plan. After starting the process they have also been very accommodating to any issues that have come up. I have had a couple things pop up during and after installation and they have taken the time to make sure everything is done correctly. I would recommend using them.

TGE Solar provided a great buying experience for our solar panel system. The sales process was super easy, they explained how the whole project would work with a timeline of all the required steps and kept me updated throughout the process. TGE Solar was also significantly more cost effective than other companies that quoted for our project. The installation and panels all are warrantied. They take care of all the required permits. My installation was delayed after I chose to switch to the newest inverters that were not available when the project started but the system is now installed and working perfect! I check the app every day to see how much power my system is generating. I highly recommend TGE Solar if you are looking for a solar power system.

We hired TGE Solar to remove and reinstall our solar system during a roof replacement. They carefully documented our system, brought the panels and racks off the roof, stored them on my property, then returned after the roof had been replaced. The reinstall had a minor hiccup where one panel was not reported by the system but they worked through the problem to get it functional again. Our solar system has returned to full operation thanks to TGE Solar!

I just had TGE Solar install solar panels. From start to finish the group was great to work with. The guys doing the install were so efficient. When they were done, they cleaned up and and left nothing behind. Then installed the app so i could monitor what was going on. Am very happy and excited to now be part of the solar group. If you have any doubts about going solar, get hold of TGE and let them talk to you. No high pressure salesman, just good group to work with

I have no hesitation in saying they are the best in the business. Kam and his team not only installed new panels but also fixed the issues with my existing grid.Blueraven is the company which installed the grid earlier. I had several problems from the get go with BlueRaven. Their installation and service sucked. They messed up the grid and never were able to fix it. I almost reached a point where I gave up on it. That’s when I met Justin Drew. He understood and took up the challenge of fixing things and got me in touch with Kam. They both were so professional and so delightful to work with.I would recommend these 2 guys to anyone anytime. They are very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. You can take my word for that. TGE should never loose them 😊

I’ve shopped around before pulling the trigger on my 25kw system. Other companies play gimmicks with 18 months free, and other spiffs, but TGE Solar cut me the best deal and was honest how they arrived to the price. Great folks!
