    What a great experience I had with Apollo Heating and Air Conditioning! They inspected my old system give me a price and within a few days their installation team (a great group of guys) came in and installed my new Heating and AC systems.I’m totally satisfied with end product.     For AC, they gave a good price eventually and their warranty is the highest when shopping around (12 years parts/labor). As long as they stand by it then theyre great... also they always answer the phone which is one of the main reasons why I went with them, that and they have been around for long time.

Found quickly a repair that was needed! I have become obsessive after a dishwasher water leak so when two droplets appeared on my new furnace I called.

    Apollo Home who just replaced our home AC was fabulous. We called yesterday, they came out same day, and today we have our new AC i stalled and now cooling our house!!     I had my furnace go out over the weekend and Apollo was absolutely wonderful to work with. Steve was here within an hour and gave me a thorough quote, explaining everything to me and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. And when it came time to install (quote on Saturday, install on Monday…very impressed). Zane was here and made everything easy. I trusted he knew what he was doing and he worked for over 7 hours getting my old system removed and new one installed. He was polite and left my home and furnace area cleaner than he found it. Overall I’m extremely happy with my experience with Apollo!

    Working with the Apollo team was a wonderful experience! From the customer service representative to the service of putting my furnace in was professional and pleasant. Mr Ron who was the person the technician who put in my system was so polite efficient and you didnt even know he had any materials out because he left it cleaner than the than before he started working!     It was a pleasure to have Jordan help out with my plumbing issues. He arrived promptly at 8:00, was cleanly dressed in his uniform and walked me through all of the issues before building a proposal. He was able to source the parts within 30 minutes and completed the three projects within 2 hours. I highly recommend Jordan for any job...big or small...and thank Apollo Home Services for his employ.

    We called Apollo when our bathroom sink would not drain. Grant came out the same day and found that the galvanized drain pipe was clogged and couldn’t be fixed. They sent out Kevin a few days later to do a free camera inspection of our old pipes. We decided to have all the old galvanized drain pipes from our bathrooms replaced. Kevin also recommended fixing the two stacks. He gave us a great price for all this work and the next day Cody and Scott came and did all the work in one day. We are very happy with our free flowing drains. All of the men we worked with were very prompt and courteous. We would highly recommend Apollo for any if your plumbing needs.

    I am a first time home owner and was told Apollo would be good for various fixes/updates around the house. I called, shared what I would like to have done, and in our short phone call, we had a date scheduled for work to be done. Ian came out, accessed the work we wanted, and completed it in a timely manner. He was thorough, friendly, and did a great job installing new exterior outlets on our brick. The price seems slightly higher but everyone I know who has worked with Apollo only has great things to say.

    David Smith was did an AWESOME job!! David was extremely courteous, and knowledgeable. My shower would not turn off and the cartridge was basically cemented on due to the calcium build up.     Adam and his team did a very complete and professional job installing 12 new recessed lights in our kitchen and great room, installing a whole house surge protector, and a new service for our electric fireplace insert. During the day, Adam asked for my opinion on several issues, just to make sure different details met my expectations. So, when the work was completely done, the end result looked and worked great. In my opinion, I received quality work at a reasonable price.

    Johnny did a great job! He did a very thorough evaluation of the electrical work that was needed. His recommendation for new lighting fixtures was excellent. He returned the next day to install the new fixtures and perform the repair work. While onsite, he did a very good job modifying his work to make some added repairs and changes to wiring. Also, he did a great job answering all my questions.

    My AC thermostat went out on one of Hottest weekends. We couldn’t get an appointment till Monday. But they called us on Sunday and told us there was a cancellation and they fit us in. What great news!!! The technician was attentive to our questions and our comments and made suggestions so we could make the best educated decision on the type of thermostat we wanted to have installed. And now we have a cool home😍

It needed to be done in the next day Chris provided the needed upgrade which involved a whole day to rewire. He was skilled conscientious and thorough.     Awesome company. Does almost everything you could need to work on your home if you dont know how or just dont have the time. The Care Plan has been great for the discounts and diagnosing the issues I have had with my new home. All the techs I have met have been professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I can say personally that they will do everything they can to be punctual, even as far away from Cincinati as I am.

    Dylan Wade of Apollo did an excellent job replacing 10 outlets that had been on a switch. When we bought the house, 1/2 of every outlet was on a switch. We changed out the downstairs but after having several back to back guests stay and issues with them charging phones unsuccessfully, it was time to do 2 other rooms upstairs.     Every member of Apollo is professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Ive been working with them on several new home projects for about 2 months now - electrical and HVAC.We are members of their Monthly Home Care Plan.If you call them, expect someone local to pickup quickly, help you just as fast, or connect you to the right person.My latest project, a whole home HVAC and air treatment system, has been perfect. There was only 2 days between signatures to launch the project and install of the system. Our purchased system is not a simple one, either!It all started with scheduling one of my 4 included home system inspections. Jeremy checked out our system and found several outstanding issues which would have prevented us from heating the home efficiently (and safely).Huge shoutouts to Jamie Young, Sean Taulbee, John Fitzsimmons, Jeremy Meadows, James Westerkamm and others!

Jarid displayed a complete set of professional skills throughout the installation process. He was thorough and friendly in his explanation of the repairs. Of course only time will tell, but the installation looks great and I am confident that the systems operation will be flawless. I am pleased with my first Apollo experience.

He also quickly and correctly performed the specific repair I had originally requested. James is the reason this review is 5 stars.Separately, Apollo has their specific business model, which may not be as appealing if you already have preferred experts in each of the services they offer. However, if you haven’t already built those personal relationships, and you’re willing to pay a monthly fee to earn fast response times, I think it’s worth considering. Probably fairly priced in the marketplace for what you get

    Catie was the second Apollo Home Technician to do work in our home. Catie was doing our annual free electrical inspection. (The first Technician was a plumber.) Catie was highly professional, kind, & low-key. As we walked around, she was always clear in what she was doing and why, offering suggestions, and listened to our concerns attentively both inside and outside of our home.Catie provided us with clear and concise pricing estimates, with NO PRESSURE to do one, two, or all (or none) of our electrical issues. I was expecting to schedule the work for another day, but Catie — despite our annual inspection being completed around 415pm — said she could complete the work that same visit, that same day, working into the evening if we would like. Above and beyond!I would like to mention that this free annual inspection was done through our Apollo Plus plan, which I was hesitant to sign up for, but obviously did. What made this nice was it “forced” a visit, so to speak. It was a nice opportunity to have this handful of “little thing projects” addressed and corrected to my satisfaction. Would I have called without the package? Doubtful. Some of these items had been on my “someday…” list for years. Am I glad I did? Yes!

    From start to finish Michael made the process seamless and was very professional. It is bad enough when your water heater goes out but he made us a priority and kept us informed every step of the way. There is nothing I would change about this experience…other than our hot water heater giving out. Even after installing the hot water heater he made sure to walk us through everything and let us know if we have any questions or concerns to reach out. It is rare these days to find someone that takes pride in what they do and it shows.

We set up our appointment online around 11 am and received a call and verification of the appointment within an hour.     We have had excellent experiences with Apollo for fixing up some things in our new home, especially when our home warranty company failed us. They installed a new HVAC system for us and installed a water line. We love the handyman service and have used that to fix loose railing. All of the techs have been friendly and professional so far. We love the Apollo care plan which includes so much for a fair price each month. Highly recommend them for a variety of services!

Went online and requested an appointment this morning and I had James coking out within 2 hours of my request. James brought a wealth of knowledge and laid out what kind of options I had to fix the issue.     Daniel and the rest of the crew at Apollo are top notch!I was just getting a routine checkup on my HVAC system and Daniel found some minor issues, but was able to quickly and easily resolve them. He provided me with a better understanding of how efficiently the system was running and gave me peace of mind by showing me the results. He was also able to answer some other questions I had about the humidifier, which led to me having a better understanding of how to take it apart and clean it when needed.Apollo has been our go to provider of electric, HVAC, and plumbing services for several years now, and I plan to continue to be a customer for years to come!

    John, who has been to our house many times over the years, is most professional and experienced. He also walked us through the pros and cons of adding a dehumidifier which ultimately led to our decision not to install one.     David replaced a garbage disposal for us today in our first ever use of Apollos services. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in his visit to our home.We will definitely use Apollo again!We also shortly thereafter used Ed to help us replace 200 SF of flooring which was ruined by a leak from the old garbage disposal referenced above. He was very thorough and precise in the two days that the job took to complete, and he is even returning a third day to replace a threshold for which his vast arsenal of tools was not sufficient on its own, due to the unusual nature of the special work.

    Izzy came out last night and we needed more parts. Then Alex came out today (NYE). My husband met Izzy last night- I did not, but my husband had nothing but good things to say. I was here today when Alex came. He showed up with a friendly smile, wore shoe covers every time he needed to go outside and come back in. Called in with a slow drain complaint just trying to get on schedule for after the Christmas holidays, and they scheduled me the next day on a Sunday before the holidays.Tyler was fantastic. Afterwards, I asked for some advice on water heater clearing and he was happy to provide his recommendation.Apollo has my business.     The technician, Leon Pittman, arrived on time for my furnace tune-up appointment, was very polite and professional and seemed to be very thorough doing his job. He took his time and informed me about my furnace and HVAC system as a whole. He informed me that he would reach back out to Brian who had given me an estimate on replacing my HVAC system, which I cannot afford at this time, to see if there is something else Apollo can help me with right now. He also told me that the capacitor needed to be replaced to help relieve the pressure on the motor with the current one and may buy some time for my current system, which I had him do while he was here. All in all, a very positive experience with this young man, Leon Pittman.

    I bought my first RING video-doorbell and a Floodlight-camera and called Apollo Home for installation including advice on placing them to cover the areas I wanted to monitor. Electrician ERIC SIEREVELD arrived 7/23 at 8:30am, discussed what I wanted and checked the area. Eric confirmed the electrical panel and floodlight outlet were in good shape and well placed for camera coverage. But, Eric explained that the shape of the front porch required that the doorbell needed an adjustable mounting to angle the camera to cover the full area I wanted to see. He showed me several examples online and we found one that provided easy adjustment and added extra security. I ordered and got same-day delivery. This visit took 30 minutes.Apollo scheduled the next visit with Eric for the morning, 7/24, same time. He arrived at 8:30am with electrician MORGAN DRAKE. Eric installed the doorbell on the brick wall at the front door, and helped me confirm it paired with WiFi and was operating properly with perfect aim to monitor the porch. Morgan installed the floodlight-camera to cover the areas I wanted, confirmed the device paired with WiFi and was working with my phone. The work was completed and area tidy in 90 minutes.. Photos show the new devices in place.Apollo Home provides excellent service including good advice. Eric and Morgan were polite and friendly as well as efficient. I can recommend Apollo Home to customers who need any of their services.

    We have had an issue with our dryer working and then seemingly not working one day to the next. We changed used dryers 3 times before buying a brand new one from Lowe’s and the dryer cord, vent hose and a multitude of other things hoping to resolve our issue. Nothing worked. The outlet when texted on several occasions read at the appropriate voltage. We were stumped. We thought maybe it was the breaker. No breaker was tripping and from a once over from a family know electrician nothing was obviously wrong. So we called Apollo after a family recommendation.Todd came out the same day. He was polite and professional and listened to my ranting and complaining and then got straight to work. He updated me at every juncture and explained things to me in a way I could easily understand him. Not one but two breakers had damage to them and needed replaced. The second breaker was to our water heater and we were having an issue with maintaining hot water and found out why simultaneously.He told me what needed to be done to fix the job, he had the available parts and helped walk me through the paperwork and the payment process. I would highly recommend Apollo to anyone needing timely efficient services and I would personally recommend Todd Super.

    Kenya from Apollo was absolutely fantastic! She performed a very thorough inspection of all of our plumbing from the connection to the water main all the way to our outdoor faucet connections. She asked relevant and pointed questions about any problems we were experiencing (low pressure, and a leaky kitchen faucet, in our particular case,) and carefully explained what she was looking for to indicate problems or potential concerns throughout her inspection. She explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell anything that wasn’t needed. She gave us several options for the work and made sure I was comfortable with what was being done, as well as the cost, and worked to find any and all relevant discounts and coupons. As for the work itself, she replaced and adjusted our pressure regulator valve and adjacent check valve and added a visual pressure gauge so we could verify actual pressure from the mains if there were pressure issues in the future. She replaced our 16 year old expansion tank with a new one and brought that installation up to code (it had apparently not been before by the original builder.) She also replaced our leaky kitchen faucet with one I had already purchased. She even went above and beyond to replace a small section of copper water line in the basement that wasn’t actively leaking but showed some signs of corrosion, and she did not charge us for that repair. The resulting work was stellar and everything was clearly done very well. All the copper joints looked great. Kenya was very personable and professional and a joy to work with. I would absolutely not hesitate to have Kenya handle any plumbing work on my home at any time in the future.

She was professional in all manners, and after the maintenance check of the plumbing Main Drain outside and a look at the washing machine sink and bathtub, she went over everything with me and talked with me about the various options regarding the main drain and different techniques to help prevent clogging and roots (pipeline, spray jet). Carrie was able to auger 83 ft of the 200 ft. She called for a camera auger; Ryan made an appointment for Friday, December 22, for the Jet Spray to attempt to reach the further length in the main drain pipe. We decided to start there and then look at other options if needed.     This is the second time we have used Apollo Home. From both experiences - I love how we received a photo, name and brief description of our technician before they come out. Being relatively newer to city life, I could not appreciate that more. Opening my door to strangers and letting them into my home is scary, but having an idea of who to expect is so helpful. Leon was fantastic, friendly and informative. He was able to help us quickly and efficiently, while also being mindful that I was working from home and in meetings while he was at our home. He described what the problem was with great detail and walked us through our options. He also did not mind that I had to call my dad a few times while he was there, as my dad was paying for our service. Overall, I have been impressed both times we have had Apollo out to our home and Im glad we have signed up for the Home Plan!

Cole was very knowledgable and friendly, he provided me with quotes for multiple issues I was having in my home and even offered a discount if I got everything done in one trip.
