    I signed with Riverside electric after meeting with several companies that offered different types of Home standby generators. After comparing prices, features, and most of all the companies, I signed with Riverside electric, Why? I believe they were the best company that offered the best service after the sale, and that was my main concern. I believe all the Home Standby generators have there pro’s and con’s which brought the decision to service after the sale. With Riverside Electric being a PowerPro Premier dealer and having the parts on their trucks or at the facility was the point that sealed the deal for me. After signing they told me it was going to be about 9 weeks to install, but I received a call a weeks later that they had a cancellation and jumped on the opportunity. The morning of the install Jake & Lane the master electricians talked to me about everything they were going to perform and how the install was going to happen. They informed me that they would let me know when the electric would be off and for how long, it took about 2 hours of down time and we were up and running in no time. Casey & Brandon the master plumbers showed me were the gas line was going to be installed and if I had any concerns. As you can see from the pictures everyone did a very clean and outstanding job. Working with may sales person Paul Stautberg, we discussed the options that were available and the items that were included with the install. Per Paul’s recommendation for our home’s needs we went with the Generac 24kw unit, I did opt for the 10 year warranty, the cold weather kit and the Fascia kit. I highly recommend the Riverside Managed Plan in which they can monitor the generator for me and take care of any issues from the office or send a technician if needed. I also signed up for the yearly maintenance plan which is very reasonable and worth keeping your generator in optimal running condition. The mobile link app is very easy to understand and keeps you informed of the generators condition and even notifies you when the unit is exercising and the condition of the battery. But like I said Riverside will monitor all of this for you so you never have to worry about your generator while you are away for a very low fee per year. Thank you to everyone at Riverside electric for a very easy transaction and install, I look forward to many years of reliable service from our new Home Standby Generator.I highly recommend you do your homework, but I know you will arrive at the same decision I did and trust Riverside Electric for your Home Standby Generator.     Riverside Electric exceeded all expectations during the installation of my Generac generator. From initial consultation to final setup, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and commitment to quality.Sales Experience:Paul Stautberg, the salesman, visited my home and thoroughly explained the various options and costs. What truly impressed me was his emphasis on the technicians approach – they take their time to do the job right, as if they were installing it for their own parents. This attention to detail and customer-centric philosophy set the tone for the entire experience.Financing and Scheduling:After deciding to proceed, Heath Turner guided me through the financing options, making the process straightforward. Missy Knight then efficiently scheduled the installation, accommodating my preferences.Initial Installation:Brian and Ben arrived promptly and began the installation process. Despite their diligence, we encountered an issue during startup – the engine wouldnt start. Brian quickly identified it as a defective engine requiring replacement. Before the day was over, Paul had emailed me with his apologies and a solution to replace the entire unit, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction.Replacement and Final Installation:Two weeks later, Christian and his colleague arrived with the replacement unit. They spent several hours meticulously resetting the concrete pad, which had settled slightly due to muddy conditions from the first installation. Christians dedication was evident – he wasnt leaving until everything was perfect, exactly as Paul had described.Christian then walked me through the setup, ensuring I understood the systems operation. The generator is now fully functional and ready to go.Overall Impression:I cannot overstate the level of professionalism displayed by Riverside Electric and its employees. Their commitment to doing the job correctly, even when faced with unexpected challenges, was truly impressive. From sales to installation, every team member demonstrated expertise, patience, and a genuine desire to ensure customer satisfaction.Riverside Electrics handling of the initial setback and their swift, thorough resolution further solidified my trust in their services.     We hired riverside to install a standby generator for our home. Paul was excellent to work with, he patiently answered all of our questions and provided multiple optional quotes to meet our needs. Christian and the install team did a great job as well, they were courteous and left the job site very clean. I would highly recommend riverside electric!

    Unbelievable!!! A contractor who shows up on time (from the sales appointment to the date of installation to the follow-up appointment), communicates effectively with me (the customer), and places an unexpected follow-up call at the top of their list, is so hard to find these days. But Riverside Electric is one of these unique contractors. Paul was on time for the sales call, knew his product, and promised great service from the Riverside team (he was not wrong). Brian, Lane, and Ben installed my standby generator and Christian performed the follow-up call. These men knew their stuff. They were personable while staying focused on their tasks. They were patient while I asked questions. They were professional, timely, and effective communicators (calling me with an ETA and keeping me up-to-date on their progess/any concerns, etc.). Missy, in the office, promptly returned my call from the message I left on the company voicemail, just to tell me that she received my message and will get back to me once she had more information. Riverside is so easy to do business with. And I almost forgot...every one of the employees took their boots off on the porch before entering my home. I didnt even have to ask. I highly recommend Riverside Electric (and Im not even related to anyone who works there).

    Whole home generator installation (early Feb. 2023) after calling the General 1-800 number and being referred to Riverside as the local provider.The salesman, Paul S, did a terrific, professional presentation with several options. After the initial bid, we discussed about a different wiring scheme which was ultimately was a win for everyone involved, Riverside and us!Bryan, Christian and two other electricians/installers arrived @ 9AM on the install date and completed the placement of generator, wiring (we have solar panels so worked with that system) and then showed me how to check oil, other final steps before wrapping up late afternoon. Oddly we had a wind storm blow through here 2 days later and lost power…..NOT, b/c the system kicked right on. Well worth the several weeks b/t the proposal/bid and install due to the number of people getting these systems for various reasons (unpredictable power grid).Highly Recommend Riverside if you are considering a generator, they were all professional, timely and cleaned entire work space.Kirk F

    I scheduled an electric panel and battery replacement. Chris showed up on time and upon detailed inspection he was able to read the existing panel display and we realized I had misread the battery age and the battery did not need replacement. Chris could have sold me the entire package but respectfully said I didnt need it. Extremely professional and honest.
