Outdoor light fixture installed, fan pull switch replaced, baseboard heater replaced. Technician Tom came out on time, was polite & knowledgeable. He worked diligently and cleaned up everything. He explained everything he was doing & even asked if we needed help with anything else. We received a bill within a week that was very reasonable & when I called to pay by phone the office assistant was also very friendly & polite. We will definitely use Frey again. Great customer service doesn’t go unnoticed.

Frey Electric has provided a number of services to my wife and I since we bought our home in Bridgetown a year ago. Excellent service and they’ve done a great job each time. They have fixed our doorbell, replaced our electrical panel, updated lighting, installed an exhaust fan, and more. Each service was done excellently and the professionalism showed. It’s nice to have a ‘go to’ electrical company to be able to rely on and Frey Electric is certainly that for us.

We couldnt ask for a better experience. They got us in quickly, finished the job in 1 day, and did fantastic work for a great price. Dillon and Tony were professional, punctual and very friendly. They explained what they were doing in laymans terms so my 7 year old could understand. They also let her talk their ears off and truly listened to her and engaged her. They really went above and beyond. We will definitely use them again if needed and I absolutely recommend them to everyone!

We had Frey install two lights, because our house has old aluminum wiring, and we didn’t feel it was a diy job given fire risk. They were so professional. Sent two guys, so job was completed very fast. They even hauled away old light fixtures and boxes for new ones. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend.

Frey Electric recently completed an exterior fixture installation for us at our home in Finneytown. This is the 4th time we have used them and obviously we have been very pleased. They have installed an exterior panel for us that contained a 50 amp and 60 amp circuit. This required a 75 trench and construction of a panel using 4x4 posts and cedar we provided. To our suprise not only was the carpentry provided, but they went so far as to make plastic labels to identify the circuits. On the other end of this circuit, the wire was centered in the conduit where it came in the house. Precise attention to detail. We will only use Frey Electric from here on out.They were efficient, had the best recommendations and did an A+ Job.Had 10 total recessed lights put in with dimmers and a new ceiling light.(We had 3 different well-known companies come by and provide their thoughts and recommendations. The first company never responded back with a quote and the other was well overpriced. Brian at Frey Electric came on a Tuesday, had a quote by Wednesday morning and the work was finished within a week thereafter.)

Astounding! As a contractor myself, it is nearly impossible to find anyone this day in the business that you can call and depend on them to complete something of importance for you and truly trust that it will be completed. There is alot of avoiding you as the customer to extend your timeline a little bit. Anytime you call a contractor with an urgent need, you always have a gut feeling of hope that they will actually perform for you. As rare as it is to find someone who meets your needs it is even more difficult to find a company who exceeds your needs and expectations which Frey Electric did in my circumstance. If my experience is any indication of how they are with all of their other customers then i would recommend them every time.

Not actually 24hr. Advertised as a 24 hr, but when you call the number you get a voicemail if its outside normal business hours. After hours work is only for emergencies. Be aware. I dont know what to rate, so Im giving an OK rating, because I just dont know. I dont want to wreck their rating.

They saved my but and my house for being without electricity for several days. I called Chucks electric a after the storm in Clifton 7/13/2016 they said theyd be there. No show. Luckily my neighbor called Frey and more or less grabbed him the electrician off The street and said help he did the young man inspected my problem said no problem and hooked me up.After he took care of my neighbor.
