The techs Kris and Riley got right to work upon arrival, were productive the entire time onsite, communicated with us throughout the process, and were extremely polite/professional.     I needed to install a lighting fixture above my kitchen Island as well as trouble shoot and fix some electrical outlets. I decided to reach out to Craftsman Electric. Dave was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional and just a great person. He worked all day without taking a break and was able to accomplish a lot in a day. We had some issues with a broken piece and the manufacturer was not cooperative in replacing the broken light. Dave made numerous attempts to contact the manufacturer to no avail. During this process I reached out to Josh, who I believe may be the owner of Craftsman Electric, and once again I can’t say enough good things about his willingness to answer every call and text until we ultimately resolved the issue.     We use Craftsman Electric at my work, they’ve always done amazing, knowledgeable, and efficient commercial labor. I was hoping the same was for residential and that was exactly the case.     Craftsman was very quick to get out and give us a quote for some major work we needed after a semi truck took out the main line to our house. They quoted us almost $4000 less than another company. The work itself was scheduled for the following week, and they got it done very efficiently. The cost matched the quote. We were really happy with them and definitely recommend!

    The gentlemen who came to do the work were on time and courteous but left a large hole in our interior masonry wall and made a pretty big, dusty mess that wasnt cleaned up very well. There should be added information in the companys estimate template that clearly describes the acceptable level of property damage. This new hole adds a significant cost to the total scope of this project.Update: A representative immediately reached out to offer a solution. This is an example of excellent customer service. I am super impressed!

    Edgar came to our house to help us troubleshoot our video doorbell and despite faulty equipment from the security company, he was able to help us figure out our best options and even called the security company for us!     My experience with Craftsman Electric was *spectacular* 🥳I have been a homeowner for 15 years and can count on one hand the number of companies that actually make me want to use their services again and dont make me feel like im being held hostage by pricing, timeliness, or opaque communication and Craftsman nailed it. Everyone was so freaking nice!I had the fun coincidence of another electrical issue randomly popping up while the technician was finishing up at my house and though we quickly figured out it wasnt their fault, in the end when it persisted the company sent another technician who helped me fix that too, on the spot, same afternoon.     Can’t say enough good things about this company. Josh, Dakota and Jeremiah knew I had a problem at my panel from the very first call. They just left on a Friday of a Holiday weekend and made sure a major problem at the panel was resolved right away. The $$ spent was more than fair especially for the time of day. I would recommend Craftsman Electric to anyone that is looking for an Electrician of any sorts.

    We called Craftsman Electric late on a Tuesday afternoon to fix a blown wall light socket. They said they could come between 11a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday. Edgar arrived early for the appointment and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. Craftsman Electric is our new go-to company for all things electric. Thank you for your excellent service.

    I showed up to work and our electric service was partially working. Duke came out and said everything was good on their end. I called Craftsman and in about 20 minutes a technician named Kris arrived. He promptly diagnosed the issue and got on the phone to various supply houses around town to locate the unique 600 amp fuse I needed. He got it and installed it and had my building up and running again!

    Our power went out late Sunday night. We started calling electricians and randomly found Craftsman as we scrambled in the darkness. A gentleman named Reece answered and walked us through the breakers and our options and we were able to restore partial power within the hour. He was very patient (I am the least mechanical man on the planet) and we were told to call and schedule a visit in the morning. The next day Adam came out and thoroughly investigated the situation--turns out our breaker for our water heater had insufficient Amps for the job--he replaced the breaker and rewired the heater permanently fixing the issue. They were polite and professional. Cant recommend these guys enough. So thankful for the excellent service in an emergency situation!

    No issues with the front office, quote or scheduling process. The install went fine, they aroved when they said they would and started work at 7:30. However when I got home to review the work at 4:00 I was a little disappointed. There were little bits of garbage here and there from their work, some brackets, screws and other scrap was left on the porch. Small things really, but they didnt go back through to make sure everything looked nice, see the outside picture.The other part was they left a brand new panel in the basement. Whoops.The install on the inside looks neat amd tidy just wish they cleaned up a little bit more after the job was done.

    I can not recommend this company enough and your in very good an capable hands. I initially worked with Craftsman Electric two years ago upgrading the service to my house to 200amps. The install took one day, and despite some set backs the technicians stayed late until the job was done. A few weeks later I get a knock on the door and its Craftsman Electric coming out to check the equipment and make sure Im happy with the service. Didnt have any issues and was very happy to see they had enough pride in the work to do a follow up. Two years later Im having partial power issues after extreme cold and wind. Duke came out and did some work, but the issue persisted. I called Craftsman back out to take a look and they were here within two hours. They checked over all the work they did, torqued everything down, but the issue still persisted. They then looked over the Duke lines and found the issue. The technician took the initiative and replaced the faulty component on Dukes end, and everything worked. The best part, they charged me under the warranty of the original install from two years ago. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and Im very grateful to have a company like Craftsman Electric around to take care of me. Thank you all so much and big thank you to Duncan who helped me out today!

    A very responsive and customer first experience from first phone contact to end of transaction. The only company I contacted, including my regular electrician that was able to give me a same day appointment for an emergency. Their emergency response program should be an industry standard.My tech, John, successfully diagnosed the issue and completed the repair within the 2 hour minimum for emergency calls. Even with the trip charge, minimums, etc, the charges were reasonable and worth it. Will definitely call them again.

    Craftsman sized up the accurately the effort for a service panel upgrade on our old brick home in a designated historic neighborhood. The renovation entailed upgrade of the entire electrical system, which was a complex effort but unfortunately abandoned by another sole practitioner electrician who fell into disability. On a referral, Craftsman stepped in and assessed all of the open problems accurately, worked with Duke and the inspectors to come up with a robust solution to complete the job and executed the installation with precision and care and left a visually attractive result.     If you ever need something done quickly, call them.We had a Duke employee rip a house knob off our house during a temporary electric disconnect and when Duke came back to restore power, they informed us they were unable to hook it back up with the knob in that condition and were unable to repair it themselves.     HVAC was out due to electrical problem on a Saturday. Dave came out that evening and got it squared away. Not many people or companies will do that. Great experience!
