Our system kept loosing Pureon, so we finally decided to purchase Bryant’s best AC/Heating system. We are truly very pleased with our purchase so far and would like to thank their Team leader, Theo for going above and beyond climbing through our attic on a very hot day to make sure the new line set was installed properly. Also, thanks to his team members, Troy and of course don’t forget Bailey who helped to keep the old system running.The best system is so quiet and it keeps the house so cool. Would highly recommend this system.

Last night, I was cooking in my air fryer and blew out half off the power to my house. It was not a tripped breaker and I googled electricians and Bryant was what first came up that was open. I called and spoke to an extremely nice and helpful woman (I dont remember her name!) answered some of my frantic questions and concerns and got me all set up for someone to come out this afternoon.Ken came out to service our house today. He called me giving me a heads up when he was 45 minutes out (and he was a little early!!) which was fantastic. He was pleasant, helpful, and extremely professional. He answered all of the questions I had that did and did not pertain to the specific issue at hand. He was patient. Luckily we had a somewhat easy issue that we didnt originally know about and he was able to rework the pricing to knock me down a tier. I am incredibly appreciative and HIGHLY recommend using this company.Thank you again to Ken and the lovely woman who spoke to me at 8:30 last night.

Over the summer I had a small fire in my circuit breaker box which left me without power until it was replaced. Bryant was one of the contractors I contacted and they were both the most professional and prompt as they could send out an electrician the soonest. The electrician completed work within the expected time frame and my electricity was back up with no problems reported since.

Bob did a great job with the preventive maintenance of both my AC and furnace. He was very professional, personable, and informative. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I was given a 9am-12pm window him to arrive and he didnt arrive until a little after 12 (although I am not sure if this was the fault of the the scheduling staff or the service technician). However, Bob was efficient once he arrived and was done by 1pm. Overall, he did a great and thorough job, and I really appreciated his work and the tips he gave me for yearly maintenance of my AC and furnace (especially as a new homeowner).

Bryant has always been thorough, professional and, most importantly, honest. Mike performed the annual cleaning on the furnace/heat pump in our condo. He noticed I had two cats and remembered I had a dog as well. I joked about taking meds daily and getting allergy shots regularly. He went above and beyond by suggesting we use pleated filters instead of fiberglass ones, so I ordered them while he was here. He covered his shoes so as not to track anything from outside inside. He cleaned and showed me what came off the coils. Hes professional and does his job well! No cell phone calls, no chatting with others, as weve had happen with other service people. Mike was my tech today. He was wonderful. He took as much time as he needed to explain all my issues and concerns regarding my furnace. He was very honest and ethical. He did not spend his time trying to sell me things I did not need or tell me things had to be replaced today that didnt. I am always looking for honesty and ethical treatment and today I received just that. I would certainly use them again.

Our AC broke down during the night with many hot days ahead of us. We called Bryant at 7.00am, they set up a same day appointment right away. At 9.00 am ST Bob arrived and at 11.00 am everything was working again! Bob was not only a kindhearted hard worker, he was also to the point, explained our options and how to prevent HVAC disasters in the future and was respectful to our home (and dog). The bill was very reasonable. We are very happy with the overall service and look forward to stay in business with Bryant in the future.

Very pleased with our experience with Bryant thus far. We began preventive maintenance with them after a positive experience having them out in a pinch for second opinion in the past. Easy to get a hold of and schedule. Technician (Chris R) showed during the scheduled timeframe and was extremely friendly, seeming highly professional and answering all questions. Reasonably priced. We feel lucky with our experiences and will return.

Jeff was very polite while he was here replacing our furnace. I would highly recommend him. Any questions we had silly or not he answered very politely. He and his partner worked very efficiently replacing the furnace. We even had a small issue we needed him to come back out for and he promptly came back out the next day to take care of it. Great job Jeff!

Robert B. is an angel from heaven. We purchased a home only to find some (initially minor) issues with the AC unit. In the hot summer heat, he arrived in under 90 minutes, quickly & thoroughly identified the issue, and had us cooling off within the half hour. He was incredibly polite & made recommendations on services we might need down the road, without pushing things on us we didn’t need at the time. His genuine demeanor, and knowledgeable, but thoughtful delivery made him our first call when we realized there were bigger issues. Again he responded in a kind & efficient manner, understood our financial restraints, gave us his honest input, but also options for how we can deal with our issues. Our only disappointment is Bob can’t drink a beer with us after his work is done.

Joel came out to our house and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly honest. He had been there a month previously for a tune up and came back out when we experienced an error on our system a month later. At first it was suspected our compressor was toast and we would need a whole new system, but Joel spent a good 30 min on the phone with the product manufacturer to double check as it was a code he had never seen. 30 min later we found out our issue had only happened one other time (per the manufacter support) and as it turns out was an easy quick fix (the circuit board had a small issue).I really appreciate his honestly and due diligence as he could have easily sold us a 9k system instead of a small repair bill. Give these guys a call and most importantly ask for Joel :)

Nick worked hard and study at a difficult retrofit for my air handler. It took over 9 hours for the team to do the job but the results at the present seems to be good. They were considerate, kept me informed of the problems along the way, and cleaned up when they finished. I was more disappointed with the equipment they installed which had to be altered to fit in my tight enclosure. I hope it works out. Only time will tell.

Mike W. called before he arrived to give me a heads up that he was on his way, which I greatly appreciate since I work from home & wanted to ensure I wasnt on a call when he arrived.While doing the tune up on our Bryant heating system he LMK that we could upgrade our filter to a 4in filter with a Merv value thatll help clean out the flu virus!He also answered questions I had around Nest compatibility, educating me that our unit pretty much already did everything that the Nest does.And he gave us a quote on installing a humidifier (something we requested as a part of the appointment).He was very friendly & helpful, even emailing me notes of our discussion.I would definitely recommend Byrant for tune up service!

Ive used Bryant for a few years now after being less-than-pleased with other contractors in the area. Sometimes I have the same tech (hi Tim!) for my maintenance needs, sometimes its someone new -- but theyve always been kind and helpful without attempting to upsell me, which is refreshing.They are happy to answer questions and even go above and beyond (like telling me what a damper is, then opening it and thereby solving a 30-year-old issue...)!

Almost 5 star. Bryant electrician came out to my home to install a new electrical panel and an electrical outlet in my basement. The electrical service performed was excellent. However, the damage to my drywall, wood trim, drop ceiling tile and new epoxy floor was more than I think was necessary. All in All I would still use this company for my electrical needs because they are prompt and did a good job on the electrical installation, just make sure YOU protect the work area to minimize damage.*Update* 09/24/20 I am happy to share that the ownership of Bryant Electric contacted me personally to offer to correct the damage incurred during their technicians installation. This effort made me feel valued as a customer and warrants changing my experience from a 4 star rating to a 5 star rating. Kudos to you Bryant Electric for Great Customer Service.

Great guys, I had them come out and fix my AC in the summer, was so impressed that I called them when my furnace went out. They came, inspected and helped me decide the best course of action - which was replacement. They fixed everything and did a great job. At one point I asked if everything was going alright when I heard them drilling, stop, and then start redrilling. They said everything was cool. Afterwards, I went outside and saw that they had started drilling in my foundation, stopped (for some reason) then drilled through the glass block window right next to the original drill spot. Now I have a giant round mark in my foundation. Not a big deal, but wouldve liked to know more about it, and that I would have to go buy paint to cover up the blemish.

Wow,.Ill call them back from this day forward! A very pleasant gentleman by the name of Denzil(Bryant employee) came to my house because I had accidentally unplugged a hose on my furnace. I wasnt sure where it actually went, so I guessed but cut furnace off shortly after bc I didnt think I was correct.Denzil however confirmed it was the right place after he showed promptly on time. It was good customer service, and I am for ever grateful. Companies like Bryant are what we need in todays society. I have a good feel for maintenance companies, bc I too am in industrial/maintenance field. They get 10 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍from me!
