I needed a gas valve replacement and was able to get service the same day, within 2 hrs of calling. Fausto arrived on schedule and was quick and efficient. I also appreciate the text updates for scheduled arrival. Overall the service was excellent and theyll be at the top of my list for any other plumbing needs.

Lopez plumbing answered my after- hours call immediately, asked for photos, then provided an estimate within minutes - to remove the old one & install a new 50gal gas water heater. Ben arrived exactly when he was scheduled, worked all day & just left us - less than 24 hrs after our hot water heater went up, with a new heater & hot water. He was very nice, knowledgeable & answered all of my questions. We couldn’t be happier!

I can’t say enough good things about Lopez Plumbing. My 2 hot water heaters started leaking on a Friday. They’re big units and in a cramped spot in my basement. I called Lopez and by late Saturday afternoon they were replaced. The job was done quickly and professionally and they left my house clean. A++

Benny was only a few minutes late. Was able to assess the problem and using his snake was able to dislodge the obstruction. he flushed the drain multiple times to assure it was clear. I also asked him to address another plumbing issue which he says he will research and get back to me.

Marcos and his team did an excellent job replacing our water heater. They were very responsive when the burner went out during the first heating cycle--returning to troubleshoot the problem after work hours and following up with a phone call later that evening to make sure it was working properly. Came out on a Sunday when a different service (rotorooter) first set up an appt to come, then sent a text they would be late, then when I called when nobody came in the window said nobody was available. I called Lopez instead, last minute and late Sunday afternoon (by the time the previous service never showed) they sent somebody right away who took care of the immediate problem. They sent somebody on Monday to make the permanent fix once stores were open to get the needed supplies. A very high level of service.

Can’t thank Lopez plumbing enough. They were working at my apartment complex when my kitchen sink started flooding quickly. Luckily my husband saw them outside about to leave and asked if they could please help us. The man agreed and helped stop the flooding and unclogged our pipes. I hope you guys read this review.
