100000% recommend! You will not regret at all, I was searching for a reasonable, trustworthy and reliable plumber and we found just that! Not only did clean out our sewer line, but he also saved us from having to buy a completely new water heater when ours broke! He also checked our check valve to make sure everything was working properly and also provided his professional recommendation on other things we had questions about. Worked his magic and everything works like a charm now! Couldn’t be any happier!UPDATE: we just noticed our shut off valve is leaking exactly where it was installed 2 weeks ago, its definitely been leaking for a while now so will update my review once he comes and checks it out without excuses…

Henry then spoke to me on the phone and offered different scenarios for what might be the problem for the leak.After speaking with him, he instructed me to try tightening the nut that seats the valve, since I told him it started happening after I turned the water shut off valve off and on. We had a busted hot water heater. After going back and forth with our home warranty company they approved our claim. Shocking no one had the water heater in stock. After 12 days of no hot water they called us and told us we can go get any water heater and plumber and they would reimburse us. So we got the water heater Sunday at 2:00pm. We got on google and found Kavanas. Henry answered and on Sunday agreed to come and install. He got here around 4:30pm he was timely professional arrived to home and installed the new water heater and by the end of the night we had hot water again. Thanks Henry

I surfed the internet and found several 24 hour service providers, but they had restricted hours listed despite the fact they advertised as 24 hour service. I came across Kavana’s Heating and Plumbing as a 24 hour provider and spoke to Henry who immediately came out and repaired the damage to our pipe and restored our water.We have an old Victorian built in 1894 and the plumbing system is delicate. Henry had the knowledge and resources to correct the situation without causing us to go into extreme debt in order to correct the problem.Sympathetic to our budget, he also recognized a few other issues in the piping system. If left, they could potentially cause more severe problems in the future.In our neighborhood, our house has stood as a historic landmark for the community. We are known as the Pink and White House of the West side of Chicago. My dad was dedicated to preserving the integrity of the home and the frequent repairs needed when preserving an older home.
