We have been using Yerkes for years. They are always prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Above all, we trust them! Needed them again today, and as usual, they came out did a great job at a good price. Chris was excellent. Explained everything and showed me what needed to be done. He finished and cleaned up, and we were all set. Highly recommend Yerkes!!

When we call for plumbing services we usually expect to get overcharged. After Mike and Matt came through.They looked at the busted sewer pipe under the floor and they charged a very fair price for the repair. They also did a great and neat job cementing the hole in the floor.

Dave and Anthony were great! I was truly impressed- They are honest and have fair prices. I was really impressed by their service and work, not to mention they are forth generation. We had a problem with our basement toilet and we felt like it was impossible to fix but these two brothers worked together to find a solution and they did. They were very communicative, professional and truly honest people. We will be using them for any future plumbing issues and would highly recommend!! Mike Lawery demonstrated heroism by expertly repairing my 2-year-old Rheem Water Heater that malfunctioned while we were traveling. 3 separate replacement parts were required from Rheem as you can only get them from Rheem. Mike Lawery patiently came over each time and ultimately restored hot water today. Mike showed such professionalism, honesty, and integrity and I highly recommended John Yerkes & Sons Inc.

Maryann was very customer friendly very informative. The plumber did not give me the same price Maryann quoted, she quoted 150.00 per hour, he wasnt even here a good 25min, and he charged me 165.00 dollars, but it is what it is. I understand that if they are here for 15min its still 150.00 dollars, but why would he charge me a extra 15.00 dollars. Ive known Mr yerkes for many many years, he was always very knowledgeable, and helpful with any Diy project I was doing, by me being a female I made many mistakes, and Mr yerkes had many laughs on me, he his a great friend .I wish he still had his hardware

Plumber Matt was very good and professional. Price was reasonable except for the extra 160.00 for 5 minutes past the first hour. Labor at 160 an hour is reasonable but 160 for 5 minutes is hard to swallow.

I had a pretty big leak so I called. Within 2 hours Bob was out fixing it, and he fixed my other 5 small leaks with no problem! It wasnt a big job but it was important to me so it became important to Bob. I couldnt have asked for better service and very reasonably priced. I wouldnt hesitate to call again.

Matt came out to rod out my main sewer line, he got out all of the tree roots causing the clog, he was friendly and professional, explained everything to me and picked up after himself, pricing seemed reasonable, Ill definitely be coming back to this company for any future plumbing needs, and I would recommend them to everyone

Absolutely amazing.We just moved in April so we were unsurprised there were plumbing issues after move in. We had a plumbing company that did other work but when they said it was 4k to fix a clogged pipe after looking at it for two minutes, my Ma suggested this company as a second opinion (she always uses them!). I was ready to pay 4k because I thought that the pipe would cost that much.Glad I got a second opinion! Turns out they didn’t go as far as Matt did.Matt was super professional and courteous. He went really far down the pipeline to clear debris from the previous owner and he took the time and care to make sure that was the issue. He explained everything to me and also got the job done in about two hours. Our plumbing works great now. Also, they are incredibly affordable, too. A++ 12/10 — found our permanent plumber now :)
