Arslan was beyond phenomenal on my project. We had to get a building up and ready at a moment notice. He was on time everyday, went through the steps for each unit and did a wonderful job. Even with the units occupied he came up with creative solutions to run the lines with minimal cutting. Everyday he would update me on the tasks. He worked tirelessly for 5 days to restore service and was there when PeopleGas showed up. I would recommend him to anyone I ever encounter that needs gas services.

Arslan responded right away after we’d found a few gas leaks in our building. He came less than 2 hours after our call, gave us a clear description of the issues he found and how’d he fix them, with a clear overall price. Then he worked to complete all the work quickly and made sure we were satisfied with the repairs. He even took on an additional task when he saw an incorrect installation and helped us make sure it was all up to code that same day.We can tell he cares about his work as he helped us solve some mystery plumbing sounds we hadn’t been able to figure out before as well. He left our place promising to think through the issues to find the source and by that evening had texted about his hypothesis and scheduled to come out the next day to fix it. So far, seems like he found the source and was able to fix the issue. I would definitely hire him again for gas and plumbing issues!

We had our gas meter checked by Peoples Gas and found that there was an issue with our gas piping. I called someone else on Saturday, but I did not get a proposal until Monday. I called Horver and Mr. Arslan came on Sunday and started and finished the work on Monday! Gave a quote right away. Highly recommended! Peoples gas came to reconnect the meter and we are all set. Horver replaced all gas lines on 2 meters. When Peoples Gas came to turn the gas back on their inspector complimented the plumbing work without me asking. They should know. Unlike the deer in headlights other plumbing outfits gave me looking at this 120 year old building, Horver was unfazed and got the job done no muss no fuss.

I am happy with the work completed by Arslan. My gas was shut off due to a gas leak in the clothes dryer area. He found out there was a leak in the stove area, the connections in the hot water and dryer were damaged which also caused leaking. Arslan really knows what he doing. Mr. Arslan responded immediately to my request for service on my Weber gas grill that wouldn’t light. We arranged work for the next day and he arrived when promised. He systematically diagnosed the issue, which was a nonfunctional gas line from the house to the grill. He replaced the line and updated the connection on the house which was rusted. The work took about 90 minutes and the grill was working again. Mr. Arslan explained the issues and kept me updated with his progress. He cleaned the work area when he was done and made sure I understood how to connect and disconnect the line. I will certainly use Mr. Arslan’s services again in the future.

Tacettin installed a Mr. Heater Vent Free Blue Flame Heater 30,000 BTU in my garage. The installation was tricky as it needed to be inserted into an existing black pipe gas grill supply line. He hard piped (no flexible hose used) the installation at my request. Separate shut off valves were installed for the grill and heater. Black pipe was used throughout. I could not be more pleased. Tacettin was prompt, courteous, affable and most professional. His pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely hire again.

Great service! Arslan was very to respond to our request. He was at our house within an hour. He installed a quick disconnect gas line that goes out to the back yard, to use with our grill. Arslan is very knowledgeable, took care of some outdated valves, and even fixed a problem with our front gate! All for a very reasonable price. Don’t hesitate to call!
