I decided to give Donovan from an unmentioned company a call, and I was immediately pleased with my choice. Donovan and his team were already in the vicinity working on another task and assured me theyd come over as soon as they finished. True to their word, they arrived within 40 minutes and provided an on-the-spot quote. The price quoted was surprisingly lower than what I had seen for similar repairs. There were no hidden charges or extras, just very fair pricing. They wasted no time and began the repair work almost instantly, completing it in just over an hour. Coming across Donovan and his team was indeed a fortunate turn of events. I will surely rely on their services in the future.

I enlisted the services of Donovan for several plumbing tasks related to my kitchen remodeling. After installing new countertops, he diligently reconnected my sink, set up a new garbage disposal system, an air gap, and made sure the disposal system was working perfectly. In addition, he also seamlessly reconnected my dishwasher. There was a minor issue with the initial disposal unit, so I had to purchase a different model that was more user-friendly. Donovan, along with Jacob, spent a significant amount of time working on the first disposal unit. Donovan was extremely committed, dedicating a full day to the task and returning swiftly to set up the second disposal unit. Despite the prolonged process, he never once complained and his meticulousness was commendable. His swift return to complete the task was greatly appreciated. I have complete confidence in his work, and everything is now fully functional. All the work was done in Chicago by Emmetts Speedy Plumbing Company.

Jacob from Emmetts Speedy Plumbing Company did an outstanding job on our three drainpipes, thoroughly explaining the process and the results of each task. He provided insights into the mechanical reasons behind our slow drains, some of which were due to the setup of traps by contractors during a kitchen renovation. Jacob didnt have the recommended Pipe Shield enzyme treatment on his truck, but he made a special trip back later that day to bring it. He was professional, polite, and very friendly. In my view, hes an excellent plumber.

In my mobile home, I found a leak close to my water heater. I initially thought the issue was with the heater itself. I discovered a plumbing service in the directory and got in touch with Donovan, who was in charge. Luckily, Donovan had some time before his next job and said he could be here shortly. When Donovan showed up, he inspected the heater and the plumbing but couldnt identify the issue. So, I agreed to venture into the damp, muddy crawl space to switch the water back on. Donovan was quick to deliver the good news that it wasnt the heater but a small, inexpensive grey water pipe fitting. Within minutes, he had it fixed and my water was running again. I can definitely vouch for this plumbing service being honest, courteous, and professional. Considering I was still under my home, Donovan could have easily lied and told me it was a heater leak, which would cost around $1500 to replace. If necessary, I wouldnt hesitate to call Donovan and his plumbing service again.

I found his pricing very reasonable and he was considerate of my budget. He replaced my PRV and T&P valve and installed an expansion tank. Jacob took the time to explain the necessary work and the cause of my water leak. His professionalism was commendable and he finished the job quickly. Returning from vacation, we found our kitchen faucet leaking and causing a stench, quite the opposite of what we wanted to handle. our go-to plumber was fully booked for a week, so based on a neighbors suggestion, we contacted another company. they managed to book us the following morning and were very friendly over the phone. Jacob showed up early next day and was quick to identify and fix the problem. he was knowledgeable, fast, and a genuinely nice guy! well certainly be contacting them first in the future!

Last year I had a contractor finishing my basement and he recommended Abner Plumbing. The owner Jeff actually took out the time to go with me to the Town of Hempstead Building Dept to show me that he was filing for the proper permits. They replaced my hot water system and did a tune up on my boiler. Last night I had an issue with a gas leak which resulted in the fire department and National Grid coming out. They informed me that I needed a licensed plumber to come out and look at the boiler. The owner Jeff came immediately. He is extremely professional, patient and pleasant aside from the fact that he really does know what he’s doing. Abner Plumbing is the only company I’m comfortable with using!

This time it was for my parents, who needed someone reliable and quick. They were able to complete the job even on a busy day in Chicago, ensuring my parents needs were met. Ive turned to this plumbing service several times, the latest instance being last week when I came home in the evening to discover that my 50-gallon water heater had flooded my basement. I stayed up late into the night mopping up the water. I reached out to the office early the next morning and was delighted when Donovan arrived at my place within the hour. By midday, my new water heater was installed and everything was functioning as it should.
