Jonah (electrician) and Samuel (office) are simply the best! We reached out to numerous electricians to inquire about their rates and availability. Hansen Brothers Electricians LLC offered the most reasonable hourly rate and service call, and Samuel set up an appointment for us a few days later. The following day, he contacted us with the great news that Jonah could arrive earlier if that worked for us. Within an hour, Jonah diagnosed and resolved three distinct issues related to malfunctioning 3-way switches and flickering lights. Were extremely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.

This team of electricians is truly remarkable! They installed a new heating system and air conditioning in our new residence right here in Chicago. They also hooked up our gas fireplace! They swapped out our electrical panel and did additional wiring in our Chicago building for a cost significantly lower than what we had been quoted before. They did a fantastic job at a fair price. I just had kristopher come to check out a faulty electrical outlet and i was really satisfied with his work. kristopher was really skilled, courteous, and showed up as promised. he explained to me what went wrong and what led to it. besides, i had initially contacted another electrician who had quoted a minimum of $300 for the repair. however, the cost of the service provided by kristopher was significantly lower and scheduling was super easy. they kept me informed throughout the entire process. i would be more than happy to use their services again.

Top-notch electrician services! we required installation of two ceiling fans with remotes, a kitchen chandelier, and electrical setup for our pergolas hanging lights. we also had an intermittent issue with our breakers tripping. the company we hired was superb from the get-go. their quote-giver was able to provide an accurate quote via phone and troubleshoot the breaker issue while offering various solutions. the electrician, jonah, was early on the day of the job and quickly resolved the breaker problems. following this, jonah installed the ceiling fans and chandelier. everything looks and operates brilliantly - jonah is somewhat of a perfectionist, a trait you appreciate when contractors are working on your house. a big thank you to the team for a job well done. well definitely be recommending you guys to our neighbours, pals and relatives!

Great customer service! The office answered the phone right away and scheduled me a same day visit. Mitchell came that afternoon and was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue to me and found a cost effective solution to get a bit more life out of my older unit. Very impressed and will go with them when its time to replace the unit.
