Mark was great. He did two jobs for us - replaced some drywall for us in our building lobby and put up some crown moulding and painted a bedroom for us. He was knowledgeable, timely and was able to get both jobs done exactly how we wanted them and very quickly. Would definitely recommend and use for future jobs.

My wire ClosetMaid shelf fell down and was beyond my abilities to fix. A Chicago Handyman was quick to provide me a quote and set-up an appointment. Mark was great and able to fix my shelf with my existing shelf and hardware. I purchased extra hardware and Mark used only what was needed, along with providing his own drywall hangers. The shelf is sturdy and able to hold weight without sinking. Mark was super efficient and very professional. I would recommended this business to anyone looking for reliable home repair services.

A leak was dripping onto my bathroom ceiling from the unit above mine. Plumbers gad to cut a hole to diagnose and fix the problem. Mark came in to patch up the hole and repaint— looks incredible, you’d never know there was ever a problem. Responsive, Quick, and Clean. Thanks for great work.

Mark is a WONDERFUL handyman and human-being. He was very reliable, professional, and friendly. We got his help for a range hood installation and venting out through the wall, which is a bit challenging as the wall is made by thick bricks. He had a detailed discussion before accepting the appointment, did all the work beautifully within the promised time range, and cleaned everything after done although it was already evening time. I would highly recommend Mark to whoever needs a handyman!!!

Mark created an access panel for our master bathtub. We wanted it to look nice and maintain the original woodwork design. He did exactly that, and created a panel from the original woodwork that magnetically attaches, so no hinges or knobs are visible. Mark was quick to respond to my initial email request, exchanged ideas via email, and got the job done the next day. I’ll go back to him for any repair needs we have.
