However, instead of billing me for a service call, Archer Family Electricians guided me on the root of the issue and how simple the repair could be. I plan on utilizing their services moving forward. Im grateful for their transparency and commendable work ethics in the Chicago area. Jayden, Gavin, Tony, Maddox, and Nicolas have all been fantastic.

I rang up on Friday when the lights on my ceiling fan stopped functioning. They managed to accommodate me the very next day. Every time I called, they promptly answered. The quote for the electrical work was the most economical, saving me a minimum of $100 compared to other services in Chicago. The electrician, Tony, was experienced and professional. He demonstrated a thorough understanding of the task at hand and executed it proficiently. He even sourced a new fan for me and assisted me in choosing one that complemented my home decor. Tony was also personable and engaging in conversation. If it were possible to give this electric service provider a 10-star rating, I certainly would. Ive saved their contact in my phone and will be using their services for any future electrical needs.

Tony was meticulous and took the time to explain the process to me. A big thanks to this electrical service! Maddox and Jayden were incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything. In my attempt to prep for a winter storm, I accidentally damaged the outdoor outlet. I opted for the service plan they offered, and they promptly arrived to fix the leak. Theyre scheduled to come back tomorrow to repair the outlet. Yes, its going to cost me a bit, but overall, theyve been a lifesaver. Once more, thank you!
