    Warrior Sewer and Drain sent me a text when I booked the appointment, a reminder and also when Michael was on his way. I appreciated that he greeted my dog right away. My dog thinks everyone is here to see him.🙄He fixed leak under our kitchen sink by correcting some drain issues and garbage disposal created by another company.     I had a gross emergency in the main bathroom. A technician was there in less than an hour, cleared the issue and checked our lines for a minimal additional charge. He told me our lines are fine and didn’t try to sell me any additional services. He even offered some helpful tips for avoiding future problems. I’m glad the first two plumbers were busy and I got Warrior!

    We had our main sewer line collapse and needed a pipe liner. It was miserable, having to move out of our house for a week and get so many quotes to compare prices.     When I had some slight back up in my drain while doing laundry, I scheduled Warrior Sewer & Drain to come out and check it out. Shawn arrived on time and checked everything thoroughly and ran water from everywhere to see if it happened again. Nothing back-up so it had most likely cleared itself. There was no charge and he said if anything happened again to be sure to call and they would be back out to take care of it. I appreciate the honestly and thoroughness in assessing the issue and not doing any work that didn’t need to be done.     I did a lot of research and got multiple bids before choosing Warrior Drain, and I am so happy I did. Quick and easy to schedule! They call with a heads up when they’re on the way. Ryan was our technician and he is wonderful. Very professional, personable, and honest. I know very little about plumbing and he sat with me and patiently explained the issues and possible solutions to my basement back-up. He gets extra bonus points from me for being a dog lover and getting down to my dogs level and gaining her trust - they were best friends before he left. Today (about 1.5 months after my original service) I had a small issue that seemed to be related to the original service. I called, they answered on the first ring, and Ryan was back here within 2 hours to fix it. It turned out to be a separate issue (I know nothing about plumbing) but they still took care of it for me. 20 minutes later and I’m good to go. I could not be more thrilled with the service and will recommend them to all family and friends.

    When our sewer lateral started backing up into our basement we could have been in a real mess. We called Warrior Sewer and Drain, a veteran owned business, based on a friends recommendation and from the moment we called their team was courteous, professional, and fast.They scheduled an appointment for that same afternoon and the owner himself arrived promptly with a helper, assessed the situation, and got right to work. No unnecessary drilling or digging. They located the outdoor clean out, determined there were roots clogging the pipe and cleared the clog with their high pressure water jet using their onboard water not mine.Their communication was top-notch.     Nick Goad and Kelly did a really good job explaining to us what might be the problem. Very friendly and professional. Once they finished the job they showed us footage of what they did. Explained how backed up our stack drain was.The only real problem we had was finding a mess they left in our downstairs bathroom, after they had left. It was very messy.Other than that , all in all they were good at their job.We have called and let Warrior know what was done.****Update; quick response fro the company.     I have an extensive roof drain system around my 120 year old house in Webster Groves. I called Warrior as Id had experience with the owner many years earlier on this exact same system. Christian and another tech brought their fairly new water pressure device out and went to work...on time...on budget. However the afternoon did not go as they planned...somehow the device got stuck and required a whole lot of digging and labor to free up. The one hour job turned into almost five. The gentlemen rolled up their sleeves and professionally opened the drain system to remove their device and even put my wifes ferns back in place...fantastic customer service in the face of what must have been an extremely frustrating Friday afternoon for them. Congratulations, Warrior for employing great people. And the drain system handled the following Sunday deluge just fine!

    We used Warrior to inspect and then clean our sewer lateral for our new house we just bought. The inspection went smoothly, and I did not have to be there, and they just billed me after the fact. But, for some reason when they came back out to clear some tree roots in the line, the kid who was on the job would not get started until I was there. He called me four separate time during my busy work day and did not leave a voicemail or send a text message. After the fourth call I finally stepped out of my office to call him back. He said he was talk to him boss and see if he could go ahead and get started. His boss said he was good to go but then he called me back and said I would have to be there for payment. I then told him that I didnt need to be there for payment when they came out to do the inspection so why would I have to be there to pay for the cleaning? He agreed and they just invoiced me to my email. This all took up like an hour of my day and could have just been avoided with some simple communication before hand. Either way, my sewer line is clear with camera evidence to back it up, and I was happy to pay the bill and be done with all this.

    My basement floor drain flooded on Labor Day weekend. Using Google maps I called and left voice messages with several places hoping someone could help and I wouldnt have to wait until Tuesday. Shawn returned my call and was here in 20 minutes. He assessed the situation and explained the process as he worked. It took 30 minutes and he was done! He not only cleared the drain to the main but treated it with something that will attempt to keep tree roots around the pipe away from it and I have a 2 year warranty that the main wont back up again.     Talk about amazing service. Warrior Sewer and Drain was able to get to my need the same morning I called. Communication was thorough and professional. Nick took the time to explore the problem thoroughly and didnt even end up charging me for some of the work because their first attempt didnt solve the problem to their satisfaction. These guys actually camera the line to see whats causing the problem! They were able to clean tree roots out of my old clay tile drain without damaging it using the hydro jet.     Our sewer lateral was clogged and we needed someone to come right away. A friend referred Shawn to us. He was able to come the next day and arrived early. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with zero inconvenience to us. We also love the 2 year warranty he offers with his hydro service. We originally were going to wait a year to get the hydro done because we wanted it done as a bonus for the next homeowners when we move next year, however, his 2 year warranty allowed us to get it done now, save money having to have it done later and still offer it along with the warranty to the next homeowners. We will definitely be leaving his info for the next home owners and call him ourselves whenever we need his services again.

    We called Shawn this morning as a long shot that he’d be able to make it to our house in Fenton the same day to take a look at some drainage issues we started having. He immediately called me back and showed up a few hours later to help. After about an hour and a half total he had assessed the issue, performed his services & had it taken care of. Our problem was solved the same day it started for the most reasonable price in STL including their 2 year warranty which is unheard of!     I called Shawn towards the end of the work day with a backed up sewer line. He arrived within 20 minutes of the call and had the issue resolved in no time. He was extremely professional and was also open to educating me on any potential future issues. There were three different plans regarding the service and follow up service. I was ready to go with the biggest plan out of fear of future issues, but Shawn, being the professional that he is, suggested the lower plan, explaining that my line wouldnt need the attention the other plans would provide. He could have taken the low road and charged me more and I would have gladly paid, but hes an honest man and saved me several hundreds of dollars that would have gone straight to his pocket. Mike did a good job in explaining why my bathroom sink was clogged, why the water was draining slowly in the tub and why water was coming from the utility sink pipe during my washer machine rinse cycle and he also explained how the service I was getting will help with the issues. He reran my PVC pipe from the utility sink to the laundry pipe; he replaced the tubular underneath my vanity sink and cleaned the line after it was replaced. Mike also did a good job with cleaning up the mess after the work was completed. I will use this company again and I highly recommend them.

It appeared to be a leak in a drain pipe from the showers. We called several plumbers with top ratings and it would be days before they could come out. Warrior was the only one that could come out right away for inspection.At first it seemed we needed excavation based on where the water was leaking. But turns out it was ground water. The sump pump had stopped working. They put in a new one and said theyd come back to excavate the pipe which was too small for a scope, if the water didnt stop leaking.
