I called 360 Plumbing about an outdoor hose bib that was leaking really badly. I called and they scheduled a date less than a week away. Once Brandon arrived he was quick, friendly, and professional. He quoted me one price (which I was happy with), but after seeing my crawl space, he knocked off $25. (something that made the job easier-but I was none the wiser, so I appreciated his honesty). I will 100% call 360 Plumbing Service in the future. S/O to Brandon and the crew!

We had a pipe break and called 360 at 8am. By 830am, Scott had arrived and started to assess the damage. Within 15 minutes, he had located the source of the leak and started the repair process. He explained everything he was doing along the way and showed me the damaged pipe. He was able to replace the pipe and get the water turned on by lunch! The price was reasonable and he was courteous, kind and informative. Highly recommend!

We’ve worked with dozens of businesses in the trades (especially plumbers) both on our home and rental properties, and 360 is one of the very best. We use them exclusively for anything plumbing related. We highly, highly recommend them.Pros:The quality of their work: They are meticulous, precise, knowledgeable, and solutions-oriented. We’ve had them “fix” the errors made by other plumbers, but have never had an issue with their work, ever.Professionalism: We’ve worked with a number of their staff and they have always been communicative, punctual, friendly and helpful. Their professional reputation is obviously important to them.Trustworthy: They never try to “upsell” a repair or new work, and are honest and direct about the costs associated with installations and repairs. Their estimates are always reliable. They also don’t “slow walk” repairs, it might sound odd but they truly hustle on the job.Cons: (very minor, but in full disclosure) They aren’t the cheapest plumber you can find, but they are also not the most expensive. To be honest, I’ve had them come out and fix the work of cheaper plumbers twice now, so learn from my mistake.Payment: (also very minor) but they will not bill you for a repair, or accept payment mailed to them or called in - even if you aren’t on site. It’s a minor inconvenience when it’s on a rental property, but again, thought it worth mentioning.Overall, they are very much deserving of 5-Stars!

Branden and Zach responded to a plumbing emergency at my mothers house. It was a difficult job clearing a sewage blockage and also setting a toilet. Both of these technicians were extremely professional and dedicated to getting the job done. After multiple attempts (and multiple hours of work) they were able to successfully clear the blockage, set the toilet, and left the bathroom clean and ready for use. Pricing was more than fair, and I highly recommend both 360 Plumbing and Branden and Zach for any plumbing work!

My sister recommended 360 Plumbing Service when I told her we were having a problem with our water heater and the water turned cold during short showers. I called on a Monday and the plumber, Sam, arrived at 8:30 the next morning. Our tank was under the house and it was raining but Sam diagnosed the problem and came up and gave us a price. He drained the tank, which he said was in very good condition, replaced both elements and the thermostat. I’m so happy to have hot water and able to take a long shower without the fear of running out of hot water. Very pleased with service. On a recommendation from my Realtor I called 360 Plumbing at 7 am on a Monday morning to resolve a severely clogged toilet line in our home. Turns out the blockage was pretty far down the line and it took a knowledgeable technician and some highly specialized equipment to resolve. Best of all they showed up within 90 minutes of first contact and were finished in just a couple hours. The cost was reasonable, in fact less than what I expected. We would recommend 360 Plumbing.

Our toilet was clogged and backed up into our bathtub/shower. A local plumber tried clearing it with a 6 ft. snake/auger but was unsuccessful and said we might need another plumber to come out and cut out a pipe since it seemed to be pretty far down. We reached out to several plumbers and 360 were the only ones who were able to make it out the same day. They showed up within the first 30 minutes of the 4-hour range they provided and our technician quickly assessed the situation and came up with an appropriate plan. They provided a reasonable quote prior to starting the work and got to it. They ended up having to remove the toilet and in the process of opening up the drains, the clog must have dislodged and went down. They put the toilet back, and ran the pipes with water for 10 minutes to make sure there were no backups, and all was good. Our tech was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and in the end, the final price was much lower than the quote since the work ended up being less involved than originally anticipated. That shows honesty, integrity, and earned our trust. We are very satisfied with 360 and will happily recommend them to others and use them again in the future.

Today, Josh Chapman was out to replace a cartridge in shower valve and install a hand held shower head. The shower valve was stuck and he worked diligently to get it off. He was so kind, honest, and polite. I really appreciated the job he did. No one enjoys having home repairs done, but Josh made the experience pleasant. I will continue to recommend and use 360 Plumbing in the future (and even request Josh again)!

I thank my lucky stars that I picked 360 Plumbing Service from a number of other Plumbing companies in the tri-city area of Richmond that I researched and called. This will be my go to plumbing company and I highly recommend them. Bob the owner is efficient, trustworthy, reasonable with pricing and responds back in a timely manner. I could not have been more pleased with Devin who showed up as scheduled. He was very polite and professional. He replaced the original kitchen sink that was 18 years old. It was all rusted underneath the sink and he had quite a challenge getting it loose. Devin also fixed the garbage disposal that had stopped working years ago. I wanted it taken out because I did not think it could be fixed after sitting unused for so many year. He recommended that he first try to get it unjammed because it would cost me less than removing it and installing a connecting pipe. It was jammed so tightly that he had to remove it from under the sink. He also cleaned it up because it was nasty! I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable bill since he worked extra time to complete both jobs to his satisfaction and to mine as well. It was obvious that he takes pride in doing a job right.

He fixed our problem in a timely manner but he also took the time to educate me and made sure everything else on the tank was in good shape. I now have my go to plumber!

Bob Mancino the owner and all employees of 360 Plumbing are absolutely amazing. I met Bob during a late night flooding issue in my first home where the self install of an instant water heater went really wrong really fast and he repaired it in literally 5 minutes! I immediately asked him if his company did commercial plumbing and they did! So I immediately enrolled them in our company service platform and hired 360 Plumbing for all of the restaurant needs! They have been an integral part of ensuring all the plumbing at a total of 18 restaurants throughout the years and without them we would have been in deep water (literally) several times! Just recently I called Bob at 10pm on a Tuesday night because water was literally pouring through my garage! I was terrified! I called my husband first (not sure why haha) and then called 360 Plumbing. They were at my door in less than 10 minutes, contained the flood and fixed the repair literally within 15 minutes!!! He even recommended a water restoration company that they work closely with who was equally amazing! I would never use any other Plumbing Service other than 360 Plumbing.

We have always been very pleased with this 360° Plumbing. This past week, one of their technicians named Michael Arnold, came out to our house to replace our garbage disposal. He discovered that our pipes were ran completely wrong underneath our sink which led to our having to replace 4 disposals in 13 years. He fixed the pipe issue and replaced our garbage disposal and were very thankful that hopefully this will be our last one! Quality work and quality technicians! Highly recommend this company!

These guys are reliable professionals-- weve hired them several times in various capacities (from light to heavy plumbing). Theyve unclogged drains, replaced a kitchen faucet, and removed a cast iron pipe behind a plaster wall (they replaced a nearly 100-year-old pipe from the upstairs bathroom to the basement). Turned the water back on in the townhouse and immediately experienced a flood in the upstairs bathroom and water pouring down thru the ceiling onto the wood floors in our kitchen. When your hot water heater starts sounding like a freight train you know you have a problem. This is the second time I have called 360 Plumbing Service to come out and fix an issue (two separate issues) and both times the day I call to schedule an appointment they have managed to come out that day. Both times Mike was our plumbing technician and hes extremely nice and professional. Unfortunately the problem today was a two man job so he had Bob come out to help trouble shoot. Heres the thing, Bob is one of the Owners. For an Owner of a company to come out and help trouble shoot and fix an issue is not something Ive ever experienced. Typically Owners are more prone to have the mindset that they cant be bothered to do house calls. That was not the case with Bob!! He stopped what he was doing to come over and help. I got my tankless water heater installed by 360 Plumbing. Sam was the plumber and Bob (his boss) took care of scheduling. There was a hiccup with delivery on my side (THD sent the wrong model). I called Bob and he graciously rescheduled. Shout out to Sam, the plumber who installed the tankless heater. Sam got into his zone and did a wonderful job. I think it is one of his masterpiece work! Well, it was like a new toy, I kept talking, asking questions and interrupting Sam, (to the point to driving him crazy), but Sam kept his cool and explained everything he could (except on how to attain world piece, may be! :-) ). Like others have mentioned, it was on time, neat and professional. Price wise, I had called many other plumbing companies and all of them tried to take me for a ride. Bob and Sam were honest and they did quote the right price. Honesty, and customer service seem to be scarce commodities nowadays but 360 plumbing seems to have an abundance of these two. I hired 360 Plumbing to repair my garbage disposal. Within 30 minutes Devin had that disposal humming like a humming bird. A quarter and a penny had lodged in the mechanism. He was able to dislodge them as much as possible. Then he asked if I would mind giving my hand to pick up the penny since his hand was too large. Sure enough, with his guidance since I could not see the penny, I was able to find it with my fingers and lift it right out! Devin also gave me some tips about how to maintain my disposal in tip top shape. I really appreciated his call before he arrived, arriving on time, careful inspection and repair, and even asking me to use my small fingers. I learned so much that way. 360 Plumbing also spotted a leak in my 2nd floor toilet on another call, and changed out a toilet at my business. The plumbers are the best in my opinion, they know how to communicate the issues involved, and never try to upsell the client. I highly recommend Devin at 360 Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. After searching on-line for a reasonably price plumber, I chose 360 plumbing because of the great reviews.I was so tired of dragging the hose across the yard to water plants, the laws, clean the deck, etc, I decided to get an extra faucet installed.Bob showed up, and I showed him where I needed a new hose faucet , he said no problem.Within minutes, he had all the proper parts from his truck, walked me through exactly how he planned on running the new line, and he began. He carefully removed my insulation, to avoid any issue when making the solder connections.The fittings were installed, and the new hole drilled through the Cinder block and brick exterior without incident, no chipping or broken brick!The whole process was fast and neat, most important, the cost was the lowest I had found after calling 4 other companies.Highly Recommend them.
