After contacting Trio to correct a botched dishwasher installation by another company, they were extremely accommodating in getting my dishwasher installed correctly. The installer called in a timely manner informing me of his arrival time and once here, fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. This will be my go-to plumbing company for future needs. Way to go, Trio!!!

Trio plumbing made replacing our water heater a hassle free experience. When I called Lowes they sent my request to Trio plumbing. Mark called me right away and gave me a quote over the phone. (Which was the best of three I received.) He was very informative of what I could expect. Eric showed up with my new heater when I was told he would. He was very professional and wasted no time replacing the unit. Eric took the time to show me how the unit operates and was ready to answer any questions that I may have. The installer told me that my original heater of 27 years had been installed by the currents owners father. This says to me that they are a good family business and treat you the way you would want to be treated. I then hired them to come back and install a new garbage disposal. We had our water softener that the previous owners put in start leaking. We researched softeners on Lowe’s website and found one that we thought would be good. Ordered it up and then had Lowe’s install it through contracting with Trio Plumbing. Trio was awesome the entire time. They came out to see what we had existing, took some photos, worked up the bid, got it sent back to Lowe’s. Lowe’s called me to verify that I had already purchased the softener, and asked if we were ready to accept the bid. Not too long after that Trio scheduled the install, was very quick and prompt. Showed up on time, out with the old softener and in with the new, about 5 hours. They even disposed of the old system for me! Then we had a leak, no fault of the installer. We had a nice puddle on the floor of the basement about a week after install, found leak Saturday evening, steady drip, called in and they unexpectedly answered late Saturday evening! They were at my house 7am Monday. Very quick! They got the leak stopped, but it came back again. We determined that it was probably a manufacturer defect, but they replaced the connector anyway dying the next and final visit. In the meantime I reached out to Lowe’s and Aquasure. I dried up the area of the leak after the connection was replaced on 3rd visit and have continued to monitor it for a couple weeks now and we have been dry as a bone, I think what I was seeing after the connection was replaced on 3rd visit was some residual water that made it look like it was still leaking after the even though it looked like it was trying to bubble out and around at the connection, but the new connector seems to be the fix. In the meantime I contacted Aquasure and Lowe’s, and have the replacement part to the softener if needed, but at this point everything seems to be holding bone dry and working as it should. Long story short Trio was easy to work with, the installer would even reply to my texts, even when he probably didn’t have to. I’m sure my install was a bit frustrating since it kept leaking, but at no fault of Trio, but in the end we got it fixed and now even have a pre filter too. They were always on time and prompt. I recommend them. Excellent job!

Solid experience. My dishwasher install was subbed to this company and I was told to expect them to call within 5 business days to schedule installation. They didnt call, so by business day 8 or 9, I called them. Nonetheless, they answered the phone after a few attempts and got me scheduled within 2 weeks.Despite the uneasy start, everything went perfectly. I paid for a permit to be pulled and was able to verify that they did, in fact, pull a permit. My installer was timely and quick, and Ive had no problems with my new appliance in the month since installation.

My 20+ year old hot water heater needed to be replaced. I went into Lowe’s around 7:30 on a Sunday evening to inquire about a replacement, was told I’d be contacted in the morning. Mark from Trio Plumbing called me within an hour, talked through my needs, and provided a very fair quote. He even suggested an upgraded model that was running a rebate promo which would more than offset the cost of the upgrade, with some cash back. I agreed and he told me I’d get a call in the morning to schedule a time window. Pat from Trio called around 7:15am and said he was on his way. He arrived about 20 minutes later and took care of everything. Super nice guy who was knowledgeable and very efficient. He drained and removed the old one and installed an upgraded more efficient water heater, in a little over 90 minutes. The cost matched my original quote and I had a new water heater installed in my home within 14 hours from when I first walked into Lowe’s. I was amazed. First class customer service, fast and friendly technician, and I simply couldn’t be any happier. Honestly the best experience I’ve had with something like this. I‘ll use Trio for all of my plumbing needs from here on and hope that I get Pat to work on any jobs I may have in the future. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Lowes or Mark and Pat from Trio Plumbing in Chesterfield. Thanks again, guys!

We talked with them late Friday night and as promised they were here today at the early time of our span, 11-2, they arrived at 11! We were shocked when our water heater went out after dinner on a Saturday night. We hurried to Lowes and at 8:30 PM left with an order and were told that Trio Plumbing would contact us probably Sunday. But by 9:30 that same night Mark from Trio called, went over choices, and explained the cost snd process.We were called on Monday morning snd told the installer would arrive with the new water heater between 12 - 2PM. Adam pulled into our driveway at noon.some equipment in as we showed the old water heater. Adam was very thoughtful about not wanting to track in mud. Adam was also good about communicating when he needed us to not use the water or to turn on water when needed. In an hour, the new water heater was installed, the equipment and old heater were carried out to the truck, and the area was cleaned up.It made it a nonevent!Thank all of you, Pam Wallace

We live in an old (>100 yrs) brick house in STL city. Our kitchen faucet broke and my husband purchased a replacement at Lowes, plus bought the add on service to have it installed. Trio Plumbing called soon after purchase and sent us Patrick Sexton, the absolute BEST plumber ever!! He was on time, super quick, professional, neat, and the nicest guy!!After he installed the kitchen faucet in literally 15 minutes, I asked him to remove an old shower head that was too hard for me to get apart. Patrick unscrewed the thing like it was nothing! He wouldnt accept payment for the extra service either, which was amazingly kind. Hes a rockstar!!! I am so pleased with Trio Plumbing and plan to call on them again for all of my properties!

Very professional and prompt customer service. Was a Lowes purchased large appliance and Lowes sent the install to Trio. The person I talked to at Trio informed me that there is a different company that takes care of installs in my area (I am about an hour and a half away from them, so makes sense). She told me that she would contact Lowes and have then fix it, she said she would contact the company who will be doing the install and let them know to call me back with an installation date. All of this happened, and the other company called me this morning. The lady who I talked to at Trio had no reason to go beyond telling me that there was a problem, but she took care of it anyways. I dont know if it took a simple email or a few calls (2 minutes or 20 minutes of her time) but she took care of it and thats better than most of my previous experiences with these type of contractors. Will recommend Trio plumbing to anyone I know that is closer to there area in the future.

If you are looking for a top notch plumbing company, go no further than TRIO PLUMBING. I had a water heater rupture on a Friday afternoon and called Trio and spoke to Mark. He was totally sympathetic and told me hed have to pick up the water heater that afternoon since the supply houses were closed on Saturday, but would have someone at my home to install it on Saturday. The next morning Adam showed up at 7am and I had hot water by 10am. I could not be more pleased with the courtesy and professionalism extended me by Mark, Adam, and all at Trio Plumbing. They are on my speed dial for any and all plumbing needs...!!

We bought a dishwasher from Lowe’s. Trio was the Lowe’s-provided installer. Trio installed dishwasher but we did not have a good understanding of what was covered by the installation. Trio offered to come back out and do additional work to meet our expectations, even though that work was not specified under the contract. We were happy to pay the labor and parts for the additional work and Trio did not charge us an additional trip charge. We appreciate their responsiveness to our concerns and would recommend them.

Ordered a water heater from Lowes. They used Trio Plumbing for their installer. I admit, I was very cautious but wow...Trio Plumbing did an absolute amazing job. They installed perfectly bonded fittings, no missing pieces, no drops. I cant say they were the most personable people, but I dont really care about that stuff. It was installed quickly (they called the next day) and perfectly.Inspector came out today and passed it with flying colors. I had a water heater installed to replace an old one that had reached its life expectancy and our hot water was starting to smell like rotten eggs.Ive been a homeowner for 30 years and have had a lot of bad experiences with service calls. Having said that, I was very impressed and pleased with the installation and professionalism of this company.I spoke to Mark to set up the service date and he was very accommodating. He answered all of my questions and gave me confidence that his crew would do a good job.Adam texted me to let me know that he was on his way and showed up just a few minutes after 9:00 (I believe the window was 9:00 to noon). He was friendly and asked to see the old water heater.I showed him where it was located and he immediately got to work. He kept me informed on his progress and knew exactly what he was doing. I believe the installation was completed in just over one hour.He told us that it would take about 2 hours for the water to heat up and then wed be good to go. Sure enough, we had hot water that no longer smelled! Very pleased with this operation that could not have gone better.

We recently found ourselves in need of plumbing services when the sewer line inspection colonoscopy for our home sale identified a break. Contacted Mike from Trio and he quickly obtained the needed permit and dig-rite markings as we were not sure if the break was inside the basement floor or outside. Mike Uhles showed up the day after the markings were made and quickly repaired the break (luckily it was just outside the house). Unfortunately the re-scope of the sewer line to the main showed yet another break 100 ft from the 1st break. Mike quickly came to the rescue with a solution as the location of the break was a challenge to get to due to a steep slope in the back yard. Mike went the extra mile for us and did a great job. He even smoothed out and seeded and strawed the ruts caused by the excavator in the backyard - which was not in the contracted scope of work. Cant say enough about Mike and his get it done work ethic! Thanks Mike/Trio!

I had a good experience with Trio. I had the water heater replaced. They gave me a time frame of 12-3 and they were actually right on time at 12. They worked quick, were clean, and accommodating. I had to move the unit over about 12 so they worked with me to get the unit set up where I wanted, and the extra plumbing to move the water lines was cleanly done. There was an added cost for the extra work but it was reasonable.

Unlike the 3 other plumbers I called first who not only dont answer their phones but dont return messages either, Trio has a real live person that answers their phones during normal business hours. My request was forwarded to their service plumber, who contacted me back in just a couple hours and was available within 2 days, for a non-emergency service. A second call was necessary to address a secondary issue. Nick responded to my texts (on a Sunday!) went out the next day, isolated the problem, had to get a part, and had it fixed by Tuesday. Excellent service, very fair and reasonable prices. I was concerned by the other reviews, but Trio was recommended by my realtor who had previous experience with them for another client.

Bought a Whirlpool Hotwater Heater from Lowes and they had Trio Plumbing bring and install it the very next day. They removed the still-under- warranty Sears Kenmore after Sears A&E service failed repair after 3 times - never buy any more Kenmore - its now own by K-Mart Krooks. But Trio Plumbing did a fast, great job, cleaned everything up and the county inspector said once he saw it was Trio that installed it he knew everything would be done according to code. Thanks Trio for getting us hot water in December after NONE for 3 + weeks of cold showers.
